Abstract: Building wall plays a key role in the noise isolation. As a there are lot of open holes in the wall for various construction equipments, pipes and lines, it is an important issue how to determine the maximum area of wall cracks with the given expect sound insulation. The calculation model is established with immune algorithm, the expected value of the sound isolation is defined as objective function, the areal density, thickness and Young modulus of monolayer wall are defined as bounded variable. The global maximum value of objective function is obtained by the MATLAB program and so to determine the materials, thickness and construction details which reach to the sound insulation.

Abstract: This paper is based on the contest of renovation of Qingdao Hiser Hospital. It first analyzes the current problems existing in Qingdao Hiser Hospital, then, pinpointing to the problems, applies the concept of priority of passive technology to the design of renovation scheme, and finally, adopts passive technology to do the renovation design, to resolve problems like noises, natural lighting and natural ventilation, etc.

Abstract: Residential district is the mainstream living form of Chinese cities. China launched 192 smart cities pilot in 2013, so Smart Residential District is a great important part of smart city. There is an urgent need for complete technology systems of Smart Residential District in consideration of its initial construction .This paper combined the construction experiences of Intelligent Residential District with Digital City, based on the higher demands on living and life qualities as well as the development of Internet of Things (IOT), cloud computing and other ICT techniques, then proposed technology system of Smart Residential District. The result of this research gives the guidance to the top layer design for Smart Residential District and improves its construction level and quality.

Abstract: As the weak area of the residence envelope’s, window’s sound insulation is very important in the way of indoor quiet assurance. Base on the road traffic noise as sound sources, the sound insulation comparative studies is made between the insulating laminated glass and double insulated glass. The article choose two similar rooms near the Gaoerji road in Dalian assembled with the different windows, one room’s window was assembled with the insulating laminated glasses, and the other was assembled with double insulated glasses. Research shows that sound insulation effect of the wall with insulating laminated glass is better than the wall with double insulated glass 4dB.

Abstract: This research intends to evaluate the level of affect of fire damage on the waterproofing layers performance level that are applied to the upper surface layer of underground parking area slab. Samples were collected directly from the fire damage site in order to evaluate how much of the waterproofing performance is retained in the water proofing layer. As per the designed procedure of this research, the involved structures that underwent fire damage were first examined and the samples that were afflicted by the fire damage were visually inspected. The sample collected from the fire damage site was taken and compared with the same undamaged sample type in order to evaluate the difference of the former's waterproofing performance capacity. The conclusion of the research finds that despite the 250mm width concrete surface slab being subjected to intense fire damage, there was no deterioration in the waterproofing layer's performance capacity.

Abstract: The roof of the building is the main protective element of the entire structure. First of all, a good roof covering should fully protect the building from possible precipitation in the form of rain, hail or snow. Besides it is desirable for a roof covering to have a sufficient period of operational use. In order to prolong the life of the roof and to increase energy efficiency of buildings it is required to normalize the level of temperature and humidity [1].

Abstract: Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a digital representation of physical and functional characteristics of a facility. A BIM is a shared knowledge resource for information about a facility forming a reliable basis for decisions during its life-cycle; defined as existing from earliest conception to demolition. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a process involving the generation and management of digital representations of physical and functional characteristics of places. BIM are files (often but not always in proprietary formats and containing proprietary data) which can be exchanged or networked to support decision-making about a place. Current BIM software is used by individuals, businesses and government authorities who plan, design, construct, operate and maintain diverse physical infrastructures, from water, wastewater, electricity, gas, refuse and communication utilities to roads, bridges and ports, from houses, apartments, schools and shops to offices, factories, warehouses and etc.

Abstract: Gymnasium of Greenlake View Hotel, including all kinds of complicated function, is the key seismic precautionary category building. The structure is characteristic of over-length, irregular plane and irregular elevation. Reinforced concrete frame form is adopted according to plane form and use function. The weak areas have been found by analysis, comparison and review of calculation based on multiple structural analysis programs. Finally, we can guarantee the security of structure in two ways: one is strengthening the weak areas by adopting some measures; the other is executing strictly all indicators of standards.

Abstract: Architecture is the important power in promoting the city evolvement in the update process hence the reasonable reconstruction and update of old buildings in the city is the vital method to realize city update. This paper will commence with the purpose of old building reconstruction and main reconstruction method. It also discusses how to explore the potential of old buildings to the maximum so as to endow it with vitality and life. In this sense, it can realize the organic renewable of old building as well as the sustainable development of the city.

Abstract: In order to prevent the solar heater falling off the roof in extreme weather and spread the solar building technology, this paper gave a feasible inclination and new connection for collectors used in slope roof and ridge in cold district. The reliability of connection was analyzed under snowstorm and fierce wind condition. The results showed that raising the inclination angle of heater 3°higher than local latitude was beneficial to ensure the security of collector and to reduce the energy consumed by buildings. In the event that the whole load has acted on a single expansion in combined load condition, it remain contained 286% safety margin, while safety margin was up to 415% under fierce wind circumstances individually. It is obvious that the connection is quiet suit for installing heaters on the roof without forethought pedestals.
