Abstract: The Xing-long hydro project is situated on fine sand foundation, whose seepage stability is a vital factor to the safety of the buildings. By means of field sampling, seepage deformation test and filter test to fine sand and filter material, the seepage deformation character of fine sand and filter material are studied. The seepage failure gradient of fine sand is very low under natural condition, its seepage stability should be satisfied under the protection of filter materials, but the protective capability of natural filter material is limited, it is suggested that the filter material be optimized by getting rid of the particles less than 0.5mm.

Abstract: Based on the project of a university teaching building, according to the construction situation of the Cast-in-situ BDF hollow floor, we analyzes quality defects of the traditional pouring and the Two-time concreting shaping process, and put forward flow construction-crossing pouring technology. Flow construction-crossing pouring technology, effectively guarantees the construction quality of cast-in-suit BDF hollow floor, reduces the quality defect of exposed tendons, holes, honeycomb, pitted.

Abstract: In recent years, the phenomenon of highway slope instability occurred frequently.Slope failure caused by various diseases seriously affect the normal operation of the highway, directly endanger traffic safety. Through the analysis of the investigation of guizhou highway slope protection status,we summarized characteristics and causes of the slope diseases and put forward some meaningful Suggestions on the slope protection measures, to provide a scientific basis for highway slope design, construction and maintenance.

Abstract: Temporary bracing is often viewed as an unnecessary step in the process of constructing a structural facility. Unfortunately, many times this often-neglected step becomes the subject of avoidable litigation and lawsuits. This paper presents a remedy case of a deep foundation pit during the construction of the bracing system located at the business center in HePing district, TianJin. Through frequent inspection and suitable countermeasures, the potential disaster was mitigated in time. There were some lessons learned from this case history.

Abstract: For the reinforced concrete hollow slab bridge with six spans is in Shandong, Zhucheng province. Through the general inspection, special inspection and checking and analysis of bearing force. We make a comprehensive evaluation of bearing force and working conditions. So it could provide detailed reference material and data for future maintenance.

Abstract: The deformation law of concrete at early age not only affects the shrinkage and cracking of concrete structure in construction, but also further influences its mechanical performance, safety and durability. Based on the existing test methods of cementitious material deformation at early age and aimed at the existing problems, this paper puts forward five kinds of technical solutions to improve the measurement method. Try to use the change in light signals, the electrical signals and leverage-buoyancy method to implement the automatic and continuous deformation monitoring of early-age concrete. Lastly the combination of corrugated pipe, tilt flat base and eddy-current transducer was recommended as the optimal non-contact measurement method for monitoring the deformation of early-age concrete.

Abstract: Through the analysis of different temperature crushed stone value, it is found that the specification required by asphalt aggregate selection method is not suitable for all materials. 3 kinds of aggregate are selected and make the crushed stone value test; the different temperature experimental results show that the crushed stone value at room temperature may be higher or lower than that at higher temperature. So, higher temperature crushed stone value are likely to pass or fail whatever normal crushed stone value is qualified or not. The relationships among crushed stone value of aggregate at different temperature and its water absorption, lithology and internal structure are discussed and analyzed in the paper to explain this phenomenon.

Research on Early Warning Management of Construction Engineering Quality Based on the Failure Theory
Abstract: On the basis of Failure Theory and combined with the characteristic that construction quality accidents frequently occur, this paper analyzed the categories of construction quality failures, investigated into the establishment of quality failures database and the process of quality failures knowledgeablization, and finally constructed the monitoring and alarming system of quality failures. The present study not only provides powerful theoretical support for improving the management standard of construction quality and preventing or even eliminating the accidents in the construction process, but also offers practical guidance in these aspects. Besides, the study contributes to the healthy, stable and sustainable development of construction industry.

Abstract: Through the related technical information of the monitoring of bridge construction, this is to determine BP neural network's input and output parameters, to establish the neural network fore-casted model, and to carry through the prediction to the main beam of deflection. In the application, the data of deflection deviation has generated through the cast-in-place segmental cantilever to train the BP neural network. The deviations which are produced in the pre-run neural networks predict the follow-up segment in construction, and then simulation control in the cable-stayed bridge is realized in construction process.

Abstract: In order to overcome the defects of the present risk assessment model of the pollution from ships, a new mathematic model of quantitative risk assessment based on GIS and AIS is presented and established. Through statistical analysis of historical pollution accidents in the specific sea area and in accordance with the relevant data such as streams of traffic and ship type etc obtained by AIS, the frequency of the ship accident can be calculated. It makes the marine pollution assessment more scientific n and quantitative.
