Abstract: This paper aims to describe the characteristics of the hardware and software control systems of the key reliability tester, including the mechanical design and design method. The tester adopts STC89C51 as the control core. It can be run separately, as well as used as the slave, which utilizes the standard MODBUS-RTU communication protocol through the RS-485 bus and PC machine (host) to form a MODBUS network. Furthermore, it is combined with the host monitoring platform to form a MODBUS network in order to achieve network control. The control software of the key reliability tester includes a master control program and a communication program. The communication program will be described in detail.

Abstract: Data Acquisition System is very important for Environmental Detection Robot in its self-positioning or measuring the spatial distribution of the concentration of poisonous and harmful gases, so the sampling frequency adjustable multi-channel synchronous data acquisition system was designed to satisfy the requirement of Environmental Detection Robot. Signal conditioning circuit,AD7606 interface circuit and the sampling frequency adjustable function were introduced in detail. The performance test results indicate that the data acquisition system can acquire multi-channel Data Simultaneously in real time, furthermore, the sampling rate and input voltage range can be set according to need, its provides the guarantee For environmental detection robot's follow-up data analysis.

Abstract: Gesture recognition is a kind of interaction of the natural user interface (Natural User Interface), which plays an important role in the application of the body-experience. In this paper, it uses Kinect sensor to track the 20 skeleton joint points of human body, and calculates the distances and angles between the nodes to determine the specific body posture, and then responses to a specific function which is set up and gets somatosensory control effect. Experiments show that, this method has higher recognition rate, short response time, and has a good scalability. The algorithm can meet the common body sense experience requirement of the virtual environment, and improves the efficiency of using virtual.

Abstract: This paper study the wind turbine bearing vibration signal characterization and nonlinear transient characteristics, the transient signal characteristics were established based on Wigner-Ville spectrum entropy and support vector machine (SVM) extraction and fault diagnosis model and quantitative description of nonlinear characteristics of multi-scale method based on LMD sort of entropy, and the effectiveness of dynamic signal feature extraction and fault diagnosis method of the study, a typical experiment platform bearing bearing fault diagnosis experiment verified.

Abstract: Because of the well time-frequency spectrum disposal capability of wavelet packet, the wavelet packet algorithm is used to analyze the time - frequency characteristics of diesel vibration signals. The signal energy distributing characteristics based on wavelet packet transform. are extracted and taken as diagnostic characteristic vector, then improved BP neural network algorithm that connects additional momentum with self-adaptive learning rate was used to classify and recognize faults of diesel valves. The experimental results show the fault diagnosis method of diesel based on wavelet pocket and BP neural network is effective and feasible.

Abstract: For the limitations of the relay iron core in the process of production and detection still use manual measurement in electrical industry, a dynamic measurement system is designed. Abstract: To detect and locate the leakage of the pipe correctly, genetic algorithm is combined with Bayesian theory to determine the leaked pipes. Leakage detection and leakage location are carried out separately. Leakage detection is conducted based on the assumption that there is only one leaked pipe, and the simulation result demonstrates its feasibility. When the leakage detection demonstrates there is leaked pipe in the water distribution system, leakage location starts. Based on the information gathered by the manometers, leakage probability in different combinations of the virtual nodal demand can be fixed according to calculating the pressure of the monitored node, then GA is applied to search the maximum Bayesian value, the pipes with maximum Bayesian leakage possibility are believed to be leaked pipes. Optimization programme was made with combination of Matlab and Epanet, numerical simulation results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract: The ambient energy harvesting based on piezoelectric has become an important subject in recent research publications. A new rectangular-loop piezoelectric energy harvester(RLPEH) is proposed. The characteristic is analyzed by the finite element analysis (FEA) which includes the static analysis, modal analysis and harmonic response analysis. The analysis results show that the RLPEH could reduce the resonant frequency and improve the output voltage. The three order resonant frequency is 18.6Hz, 40.8Hz and 85.4Hz. The output voltage is 42V under 3m/s2 of acceleration and the effective bandwidth is 18.7Hz with output voltage above 10V.

Abstract: Based on coordinate measuring machine (CMM) the given part is measured in any orientation, and then the least square evaluation mathematical model of plane orientation tolerance is established. What’s more, the uncertainty evaluation method of orientation error is proposed according to the uncertainty theory of new geometrical product specification (GPS). The face-to-face angularity is taken as the example to present the effectiveness of the proposed uncertainty evaluation method. The result shows that the uncertainty evaluation method not only meets the requirements of new GPS standard, but also ensures the integrity of the flatness inspection results. As a result, the accuracy of the workpiece inspection can be improved.
