Abstract: The experimental studies have suggested that thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar is a splendid material with thermal insulation and energy conservation. The practices also prove that this material can produce excellent thermal conservation effect when it is applied to building with the request for thermal insulation and energy conservation. In light of the fact that the thermal insulation gazed hollow bead mortar hasn’t been spread in Luliang rural area, taking the actual environment in this area and the special method of the building’s construction into consideration, the construction technology of the thermal insulation gazed hollow bead mortar regarding the thermal insulation and energy conservation of the residential wall will be expounded.

According to the aspects of material the preparation stage of construction, on-site construction stage marching into the arena, the blanking of prestressed with unbonded tendons, the manufacture of fixed end, the install of prestressed reinforcement, the pouring of the large volume, the tension of prestressed, ect. Abstract: The construction environment under negative temperature has a great influence on the quality of steel structure in winter, especially the negative temperature welding construction of steel structure. Based on the building steel structure engineering, this paper discussed the construction technology and technical measures of steel structure under negative temperature in northeast China in winter, such as the installing construction, the welding construction, the paint coating construction and so on.

Abstract: when slurry shield drives in fine silty sand layer, the waste sand consists of a large amount of fine silty sand, it will wastes a lot of money if the waste sand is buried.In laboratory, we use the waste sand as the sand source of shield synchronized grouting, studying on the feasibility of the processing method and slurry properties. The results showed that the sieving waste sand in fine silty sand layer can be used as the sand source of shield synchronized grouting, it is a better way to increase the strength of slurry by increasing the ratio of fly ash for the slurry used the waste sand as sand source.

Abstract: In South Korea, the need for residential modular buildings has highlighted, due to the increase in demand for small housing and the high land price in urban area. Thus, the cruse housing system (CHS) was developed to build high-rise residential buildings. The object of this study is to analyze the characteristics and fabrication processes of CHS residential buildings when the in-fill construction method is adopted. The result of this study showed that there is the potential to utilize the fabrication processes of CHS in-fill construction system to build high-rise modular buildings.

Abstract: With the development of social economy, the car has been gradually into the ordinary families. Now Chinese car ownership are increasing year after year and simultaneously the shortage of parking lot are increasingly prominent, so we need to construct large underground garage to better solve the problem of parking space nervous, and then the fire safety of underground garage will be a problem. According to the characteristics of the underground garage fire, the paper analyzes the application conditions of several kinds of fire control facilities commonly used in practice and puts forward the integrated design concept of fire control system and by promoting the combined automatic sprinkling and foam system, the paper also provides some useful reference for city fire protection design of underground garage.

Abstract: Statistical energy analysis (SEA) method is an adequate tool to solve complex problems to building acoustics. This research on the application in variety of the building materials as the subsystem of SEA model is performed. For the purpose to explore the relationship between the building element and its mode, these commonly used building materials are selected to determine this relationship. It is indicated that the properties of building material have obvious effect on the modal density and modal overlap of building members. As the consequence, a useful technique to account for a building member to be appropriate for a SEA (statistical energy analysis) subsystem is presented.
