Abstract: This paper was based on the theory of spatial econometric model. It selected the panel datas of the guanzhong urban agglomeration of five core cities from 1998 to 2012, and inspected the commodity residential house price if there is a space dependency relationship between the two cities. On the basis to analyze the main factors influencing the commodity residential house price volatility and research on the influence of the housing price direction. Results show that the sample is significant spatial correlation between urban housing prices. Xi 'an have great influence on regional cities housing price. The urban population, household disposable income, land acquisition costs, sales area are the main influence factors affecting housing price volatility.

Abstract: With the continuous increase of the number of college students, more and more college graduates choose to stay in cities for work and living. Most of them were born in rural areas and central towns, who live in urban villages after graduation. They have received excellent higher education, but they engage in low-income and unstable work; they are the hard core of social construction in future. However, their current living status is worrying. Thus it has become a major social issue in social and economic transformation period of China. This paper conducted field survey on the status of housing security of college graduates, analyzed its cause, and proposed corresponding countermeasures and suggestions referring to domestic and overseas relevant experiences, so as to let more low-income college graduates be able to enjoy the benefits brought by urban housing security.

Abstract: With the aim to improve the controlling efficiency of engineering project, this essay probes into the comprehensive evaluation of controlling efficiency of engineering project and put forward scientific comprehensive evaluation method to provide support to reasonable comprehensive evaluation of controlling efficiency of engineering project. Complete comprehensive evaluation index system of controlling efficiency of engineering project is constructed from three aspects, i.e. implementation efficiency of construction objective, external coordination efficiency and professional qualification enhancement efficiency; based on matter-element analytical method, mathematic model that could evaluate controlling efficiency of engineering project comprehensively is constructed.

Abstract: In order to change our corporate credit defect engineering supervision status, this paper uses Porter’s five forces model to analyze our engineering supervision enterprises, and the credit system construction. Our thesis project supervision companies can change the status of lack of credit by starting professional liability insurance, and other methods.

Abstract: This paper discusses the targets and evaluation standards for suppliers selection, and sets a evaluation mode, combined entropy weight and TOPSIS model. The basic idea of this model is use entropy weight to confirm the weight of each evaluated index, and then ensure the most suitable supplier through TOPSIS model that close to ideal matrix, so as to well avoid the subjectivity assured by low level and multi-factors. The paper introduces this model into detailed practical cases, which aims to state that the combination of entropy weight and TOPSIS model is a very efficient method for suppliers’ selection in supply chain evaluation system.

Abstract: Currently, more than half of the residents of St. Petersburg are not satisfied with their housing conditions. Plus a constant influx of migrants, which gives additional burden to domestic demand. The article analyzes the secondary housing market and the market of apartments in buildings under construction, the dynamics of the activity of demand for apartments. There are the comparison of the prices of residential real estate, depending on the type of apartment, house type, the district where the housing is located. Shown prospects for real estate investing. Highlighted the importance of energy saving technologies and good condition of communications when choosing real estate.
