Abstract: Vision is the main way that people perceive the environment. Visual communication and scale, color and texture are important factors which impact people’s cognitive result of an urban environment, such as the impression of the city landscape. Based on the visual experience as the breakthrough point, this paper emphasize the history section of the line of sight control and city planning, using the principle of the line theory, to provide reference for the design of the city’s external space.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the factors influencing the contemporary architectural innovation. It puts forward that the model of standardization and mass production contribute to similar “international” architectural form, which results in the disappearing of the “national character” and“regional character” of Chinese architecture. However, simplified traditional expressions make contemporary architectural innovation too superficial, leading to a “trap” of imitation. It also pointes out that the combination of the methods of symbol and metaphor , technology and materials of modern architecture, a further exploration of traditional culture symbols, cultural energy stimulating is the power source of contemporary architectural innovation, and make a argumentation through success and failure cases.

Abstract: Experience economy is heading towards the market. Such mode of operation on the basis of experience for the design, production, processing, services, and education is gradually being accepted by the market and brand experiential marketing will be accepted by the majority of consumers. On the one hand, experiential economy will provide a comfortably material consumption space for consumers; on the other hand, it also provides the consumer space of psychological experience for consumers. This type of commercial experiential space will become increasingly concerned by operators and consumers. In this paper, we take the needs, motivations, interests, using experiential marketing at Starbucks as an example, to explore the design space from the perspective of behavioral psychology, including the elaboration of relevant theories and explaining how to use the space designed specifically to improve marketing performance.

Abstract: Taking the development of buildings techniques as the main line, the evolution of urban architecture in Guangzhou was briefly discussed. Western building technology is the main thrust for the evolution of Chinese modern architecture, leading Chinese architecture transformed from traditional styles to the modern. Being a process of importing, imitation, digestion and absorption of the western building technology, the evolution of Chinese modern architecture could be divided into three stages: budding stage, implantation stage and localization stage. At the budding stage, the change is concentrated in the evolution of masonry techniques and building materials, such as brick and stone. The representation of the implantation stage is the advanced materials and techniques, such as cement, plate glass, steel and reinforced concrete structures were successively imported. According to application times for advanced technology, it is probably on the same level for China and Western building technology in the implantation stage. During the localization stage, with the growth of Chinese designers and craftsmen, traditional building styles were explored and practiced in new architecture forms to adapt the local environment combining with the western building technology, and all the tests have promoted the localization of modern building technology in Guangzhou.

Abstract: college enrollment in recent years, to accelerate the pace of construction of new university campuses. Build infrastructure during the file that is an important part of college, but also a testament to the new campus construction. So do the new campus construction file management has a very important significance. By analyzing the characteristics of the new campus infrastructure file, Reflections and proposals put forward new campus of the university infrastructure records management, designed to better manage new campus infrastructure file reference.

Abstract: In the current context of globalization and regional characteristics of urban and rural culture general lacking, due to the long history and has the heavy connotation, the historical cultural heritage reflected the rich local culture and traditional cultural imprint. According to the definition, the content and relationship of material cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage, this paper intensively study the non-material cultural heritage factors loaded by buildings architecture cultural heritage, and presented the problems and coping methods during the course of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection.

Abstract: Based on the theory of project management and human resources, combining with the practical construction situations in China, using theoretical analysis and comparative analysis, four important characteristics are extracted in engineering project using EPC mode, that is, mobility, duality, commodity & humanity and collaboration. Furthermore, the origins and implications of above characteristics in depth are analyzed, and some management methods are presented with the guidance in connection with them in theory.

Abstract: The construction project for the construction woks is the cost center of the construction enterprise and the standpoint of the cost management for the construction enterprise, strengthening the cost management is the inevitable choice of the construction enterprise to accumulate the funds and enhance the competitiveness. Since the construction project period is long, it is complex to recognize the median income and measurement of the intermediate cost, and the bidding period and the cost incurred after putting into use are uncertain, the traditional cost management method no longer meets the practical needs of the management for the building construction enterprise. This requires us to be innovative in the cost management mode of the construction project, and make a scientific estimation in the future level of cost and possible future trends through the objective-cost planning research of the construction project.

Abstract: China implements a floating exchange rate system after reforming the exchange rate mechanism in 2005. So far, nearly eight years, the RMB against the U.S. dollar increased from 8.2:1 to 6.1:1. Exchange rate risk of China's foreign contracted engineering industry has become a serious problem in the rapid development of the industry situation, this paper established exchange rate forecasting model base on the model of VaR through analysis the daily average exchange rate from July 22, 2005 to September 30, 2013, and estimate the rate of return by using the variance - covariance, historical simulation method, providing a theoretical basis for avoiding the exchange rate risk of China's foreign contracted projects.
