Abstract: GIS technology can be used to support spatial data collection, management, processing, analysis, modeling and display to solve complex planning and manage problems. [2,3] Plot ratio is an important indicator in the reasonable development and utilization. City land suitability evaluation is the basis of urban land development direction. [1] This paper using superposition analysis module and spatial analysis extension module in ARCGIS10.1 software to volume rate statistics, carry out the city land suitability evaluation, and make the results visualization.

Abstract: By investigating on the joints and fissures in Shapinggou molybdenum mine based on digital borehole camera technology, the dominant orientation of joint fissure in surrounding rock and ore body were statistically analyzed. Applying the theory of metallogeny and geostatistics, the relationship between joint fissure and lode’s extension direction is explored. The results indicate that joints in the ore body of ZK61borehole have only one dominant orientation SE126°∠68°, however, the dominant orientations of joints in surrounding rock were SE118°∠73°, SW225°∠70°and SE122°∠65°, NE79°∠63°. Then a preliminary conclusion showed that the lode’s extension direction is specific and it is influenced by joints of surrounding rock. Results of other boreholes are generally agree well with the ZK61, suggesting the analysis reliably reflects the lode’s extension properties and the conclusion presents important references for deep ore prospecting.

Abstract: Two methods of depth measurement by the expendable temperature, conductivity and depth profiler are introduced in this paper. For their shortages, the measurement of pressure sensor and the theoretical calculations of depth were fused by the Kalman filtering algorithm. The depth measurement from the pressure sensor is corrected in real time. It is validated by the experiments that the algorithm can significantly improve the accuracy of depth measurement. The phenomenon of clutter and knotted in profile data of temperature and salinity due to fluctuation of depth data can be corrected as well.

Abstract: Fusion of close range photogrammetry (CRP) and terrestrial laser scanning (TLS) technology has been a hot topic in the field of building reconstruction. There are many ways to realize the fusion of the two kind data. In this paper, we propose a method for 3D-2D data registration based on Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT) algorithm and range intensity data. 3D terrestrial laser scanner and digital camera are different sensors, which will lead to large difference between intensity image (derived from range intensity data) and color image. The traditional image matching method can not apply to register these kind images. This paper focuses on studying the feasibility and practicability of SIFT algorithm on such different images matching. The result shows that the principal of SIFT method is suitable for the registration of the two kind images.

Abstract: The paper evaluated vegetation and soil comprehensively over Chuxiong Prefecture from TM Imagery on February 19th, 2003. The results showed that the vegetation and soil environment in Chuxiong prefecture was medium, the excellent land ratio in Dayao county was the largest among them, poor land ratio in Yuanmou county was the largest. Adding excellent and good land ratio up and sort them from large to small, the sequence were Shuangbai county(56.18%),Chuxiong city(54.57%), Lufen county(52.38%), Dayao county(51.21%), Yaoan county(50.33%), Nanhua county(46.53%), Wuding county(41.83%), Mouding county(39.92), Yongren county(39.41%), Yuanmou county(11.81%).

Abstract: This paper discusses the resurvey conditions of the GPS horizontal network for WZ Bridge in Wanzhou District, Chongqing City, China. Through the adjustment of the observation data, this paper shows that using the short side as the lofting directed edge in high-precision lofting should be avoided. Further, resurvey results show that the control network accuracy can meet standard requirements. The control network can be used for precision measurement in the anti-collision facilities installation engineering of WZ Bridge, and can also be a reference for other engineering control networks in mountainous river areas.

Abstract: The paper retrieved vegetation fraction cover over Chuxiong Prefecture from TM Imagery by dimidiate pixel model on February 19h, 2003. The results showed that the mean vegetation fractional cover in Chuxiong prefecture was 0.400117, it’s secondary area mean vegetation fractional cover from large to small were Lufen county, Shuangbai county,Chuxiong city, Yaoan county, Dayao county, Wuding county, Nanhua county, Yongren county, Mouding county, Yuanmou county.

Abstract: GPS is the most prevalent technology to monitor the surface deformation of landslide. The paper mainly intends to solve two critical issues of GPS data procedure. One is the inconsistent issue of control points, which may leads to a distorted monitoring network and wrong deformation value. The inconsistent control points can be detected by comparison of precise GPS baseline solution and known baseline length. Another one is the issue of bad approximate position in RINEX O file, which may cause the no solution of baseline. The paper presents an approach to amend the approximate position by the priori information. A numerical case is illustrated to validate the approaches.

Abstract: The pursuit of human being in “upward” architecture goes back to establishment of the gothic church, experiences development of the Chicago School and finally realizes popularization of the international style. Nowadays, the skyscraper has achieved an incredible height, and the techniques of architectural design are diversified just like a hundred flowers in bloom. Nevertheless, the design philosophy of conformity of interior and exterior and unity of form and spirit established by the predecessors at first is still worthy of inheritance.

Abstract: The harmonious development of ancient city walls in China and their surrounding spatial forms faces a very complicated situation. In this study, the multivariate analysis method is used to coordinate, summarize and analyze the complicated influencing factors for objective data support, providing the objective reference and theoretical pattern to the reasonable protection and sustainable development for ancient city wall and its surrounding space. As a preliminary exploration of the study, this paper aims to establish the overall study framework.
