Abstract: TC21 is a first high strength and damage-tolerant titanium alloy self-developed in China, which has independent intellectual property. As it is known to all, titanium alloy TC21 is widely used in aviation and aerospace fields. The experimental study of cutting force is a important content of machining mechanism about TC21. In this paper, the orthogonal experiment were carried out to study. The predictive model of milling force in milling TC21 was built by analysis of multivariable linear regression on the basis of experiment. Statistical test results indicated the established predictive model were in highly notable test status and had high reliability.

Abstract: According to exist problem of servomechanism health condition assessment because of complicated measurement data, a method that based on grey target theory is proposed. By combining the principal component analysis (PCA) and correlation analysis to filter index and determine index weight, then target correlation was obtained by weighting the coefficient of correlation between measurement sequence and standard model that determined by required figure and measurement data, at last, health condition of servomechanism was assessed by matching health condition degree. Experiment shows that this method with clear procedure can exactly evaluate the servomechanism health condition.

Abstract: the optimal configuration of section switches requires the nonlinear integer programming and the technology, reliability and economy should be taken into account. Therefore, this paper put forward a planning method to determine the optimal additional number and installation position of section switches, which is based on the original frame and switches and combined with the drawing functions in the digital system of the distribution network wiring diagram. The objective function of this method considers the annual investment cost of section switches, the annual operation maintenance cost and the annual loss in outage. It also gives consideration to the correction of investment constraints on the jurisdiction index interval to calculate the number of required additional section switches. Finally, the digital system of the distribution network wiring diagram is utilized to simulate the actual configuration of switches, and the configuration of section switches is optimized by simulating faults through disconnecting the power supply.

Abstract: This paper considers the m-machine flow shop problem to minimize weighted completion time. A heuristic algorithm is presented to deal with the problem for large size problem. At the end of the paper, some numerical experiments show the effectiveness of the heuristic.

Abstract: Internal control Quality evaluation of the information system based on the risk management is a more significant issue in the corporate governance. It presents a proposed method for the development of quality assessment and risk evaluation and early-warning for internal control of the information system, and shows the application of the ordinal logistic regression model and its advantages. It involved several steps: processing a quality design through QFD based on the customer need, building a quality evaluation index system of internal control based on risk analysis, building the ordinal logistic regression model, differentiating and analyzing the quality evaluation to reach the internal control quality evaluation result.

Abstract: A novel neural network based modeling for non-linear model identification technique is proposed. It combines a nonlinear steady state model with a linear one, to describe the disturbance and dynamics in the coal-fired power plant. The modeling and training algorithm is used to develop a model of nitrogen oxides (NOx) emitted from the process where one-step ahead optimal prediction formula are developed. Two cases show that the resulting model provides a better prediction of NOx and fitting capabilities.
