Abstract: The image registration is a very important task in image processing. In the field of medical imaging, it is used to compare the anatomical structures of two or more images taken at different time to track for example the evolution of a disease. Intensity-based techniques are widely used in the multi-modal registration. To have the best registration, a cost function expressing the similarity between these images is maximized. The registration problem is reduced to the optimization of a cost function. We propose to use neighborhood meta-heuristics (tabu search, simulated annealing) and a meta-heuristic population (genetic algorithms). An evaluation step is necessary to estimate the quality of registration obtained. In this paper we present some results of medical image registration

Abstract: This paper presents a new built-in self-test (BIST) method to realize the fault detection and the fault diagnosis of configurable logic blocks (CLBs) in FPGAs. The proposed BIST adopts a circular comparison structure to overcome the phenomenon of fault masking in diagnosing multiple faulty CLBs and improve the diagnostic resolution. To test the memory block in every CLB, different TPG structures are proposed to obtain maximum stuck-at fault coverage. For the LUT mode of the memory block, the TPG based on the LFSR is designed to provide Pseudo-exhaustive testing patterns, and for the distributed RAM mode of the memory block, the TPG based on FSM is designed to provide March C-testing patterns. Besides, the comparator-based output response analyzer (ORA) and the cascaded ORA scan chain are used to locate the faulty CLB and propagate the comparison output in every row. Finally, fault-injection experiment results verify its ability to detect and diagnose multiple faulty CLBs in faulty FPGAs.

Abstract: The dew point detection often occur in the industrial field, and control schemes of intelligent dew point measurer directly influence its detecting precision and response time. The sensing signal of dew layer thickness is used as the control object directly in previous control schemes. When the control object is stable and reach the set value, the temperature signal is detected and be used as the dew point temperature. Control effects of above schemes are not ideal because they ignore the radioactive statistical fluctuation. The more effective control law of intelligent dew point measurer is presented by introducing the real signal of dew layer thickness and using Gevers-Wouters algorithm to estimate it. It can make the control process more accurate and improve the detecting precision and response speed of intelligent dew point measurer. It is suitable for real time applications.

Abstract: In this paper, frame differential method will be used to detect moving targets in a static background video file, and pre-contour can be obtained by binarizing the detected targets . However,, the result are not what was expected, so the expansion and corrosion of mathematical morphology are used to extract the final contour of moving targets. in the progress of dealing with massive data , mathematical morphology is not good enough to achieve the need of the real-time in video surveillance. Considering the dilation and erosion is a kind of parallel processing operations, in order to improve the speed of mathematical morphology operations, this paper offers detailed implementation process of the dilation algorithm for parallel computing on GPU. Experimental results showed that GPU parallel processing on mathematical morphology algorithm faster than the CPU serial processing.

Abstract: Combining with the characteristics of stratosphere platform, this article introduces the marine ship target detection based on GNSS-R technology. The basic working principle is proposed for receiving the signals and detecting the marine targets, mainly from the relationship between geometry, the scattering signal characteristics, the signal reception technologies,subsequent data processing and other aspects of the possible implementation techniques. The detailed reflected signal power calculation is also given out, and calculation results show that the receiver placed on the stratosphere platform can achieve reliable target detection, and verify the feasibility of the stratosphere as a GNSS-R's receiver platform for marine target detection.

Abstract: This paper used computer to simulate thinking modes of human brain, to establish an artificial intelligence expert system for diagnosis and treatment of child AD/HD based on artificial neural network. The diagnosis system involves expert knowledge database, artificial neural network and the relational database. The clinical data were obtained from 10 epidemiological and outpatient department, and 1125 valid data were harvested for the system compilation. The diagnosis of 627 cases adopting the man-machine double-blind controlled trial, the Kappa value was 0.98 (P < 0.001). The research can help junior clinicians to learn abundant clinical experiences of senior child psychiatrists, and can help children of AD/HD throughout the country.

Abstract: In the guiding system for fillet welding of corrugated sheet based on laser line projection, the Laser Lines Projected on the Corrugated Sheet and Plane (abbreviated as LLP_CS_P) are interfered by the irregular width of Assemble Gap to be Welded (abbreviated as AG-W), the Scratches of the Metal Surface (abbreviated as S_MSS), the Laser Line Projected on the Welding Point (abbreviated as LLP_WP) an so on. As a solution of these problems, an algorithm and on-line processing system based on morphology are proposed to stably and accurately locate the endpoints of LLP_CS_P. First, the interferences are separated from the laser line projection. Second, the interferences are eliminated by morphology filter. Third, the locations of laser line projection at AG-W are obtained through connected component labeling and extreme theory. Image acquiring and processing on line indicate that this algorithm and system can perform stably and effectively under the condition of irregular width of fillet welding seam of corrugated sheet, scratches, welding points. The trajectory and width of welding seam are monitored on line to guide the torch to track the AG-W and adjust welding parameters adaptively.

Abstract: According to the configuration characteristic of high-power transmissions and working principle of multi-plate shift clutch, the clutch dragging process is analyzed at first in this paper. After introducing the usual monitoring method of clutch dragging process, a portable vibration monitoring method is proposed. And then a GMDH forecast method on the basis of the morbidity index is presented. The practical application of the method can reduce the probability of clutch invalidation, and significantly extend the clutch’s working life.

Abstract: In the salvage process, data about the shape of shipwreck, sink sitting posture, buried degree and other related information should be required in order to develop salvage program. Three-dimensional imaging sonar is used to provide such data for salvage work by underwater acoustic detection and three-dimensional imaging technology. An application example is described and the results show the effectiveness.

Abstract: Through discuss the relations of e-derivative, derivative and logical functions, we propose e-derivative differential equations detective method of circuit error. We gives the theorems and proved theoretically that circuit error-detection system, which combines with e-derivative differential equations detective method and derivative differential equations detective method is having completeness, this system is able to detect all the circuit error. At the same time, we explain that the corresponding principles of the circuit error-detection system, and reveals the relationship between the circuit error and the function data (value). Finally, we give detection examples for all possible detected cases. For the present error-detection system only with derivative differential equations detective method, the circuit error-detection system which we proposed make up the deficiency and defect of the original system, which can not be detected for many circuit error and is do not know the reasons. We construct a complete circuit error-detection system.
