Damage Evaluation of Lead-Free Solder Joints Based on Micro-Electrical-Resistance Strain Measurement
Abstract: The relationship between the micro-electrical-resistance strain and the damage was obtained via the theoretical formula deduction, which provides a theoretical foundation for the feasibility of measuring solder joints’ damage based on micro-electrical-resistance strain. Single shear lap creep specimens with a 1 mm2 cross sectional area between thin copper strips were fabricated using lead-free solder (Sn-3.5Ag) to quantify their micro-electrical-resistance strain with in situ micro-electrical-resistance strain measurement under the shear tensile loading. The results showed that the micro-electrical-resistance strain of the solder joints had two stages at the room temperature. And it increased slowly with an almost linear growth trend at the first stage but increased quickly with an almost exponential growth trend at the second stage. The creep damage curves were very similar with the classic creep damage curve.

Abstract: Currently, the chemical pollution of water detection is mainly based on optical method. However, the optical detector is easily restricted by light and weather conditions. Optical measurement can be set on the target feature point, such as the laser reflection apparatus in laser measurement. This article applied the optical measurement method to research detection of water chemical pollution. Use theoretical and mathematical models of optical measurement method to perform the detection of chemical contamination in water. Optical measurement method is the trend of future development.

Abstract: In traditional purity detecting system, the purity of gem is determined by depending on the obtained shape of the reflection spectrum and the different shape features. Once gem is mixed, the system cannot accurately identify the aliasing and deformation reflection spectrum, and the accuracy rate of detection is low. A detection system for the purity of gem based on aliasing spectrum splitting algorithm is proposed. By extracting the detection spectrum characteristic parameter of the gem, the superposition and correlation for spectrum characteristic parameter is calculated; aliasing spectrum information is made splitting to classified achieve the purity detection of gem. Experiments show that this method improve the accuracy rate of the purity detection, and achieves satisfactory results.

Abstract: During the process of pear damage detection based on computer vision, there are many noise in image acquisition. For a long time, rapid detection equipment cannot be utilized to identify pear damage. To solve this problem, a method of identifying damage pear is studied. This paper proposes a method for pear damage identification based on geometric features. First, with morphological method to remove the noise of pearimage to obtain the best edge detection method and best threshold suitable to the pear damage, so as to detect the damaged edge of the image. The experimental results show that this method can effectively identify the damaged pear. Compared with conventional edge detection method, the recognition accuracy has been significantly improved, and solve the long-standing problem of automatic identification and improve the detection efficiency of pear damage.

Abstract: Research on high-density network intrusion features problems, which improves the detection accuracy. For high-density network, an intrusion feature detection system based on intelligent expert systems and neural networks in is proposed. First, use expert systems for known high-density network intrusion detection. Use the neural network expert system to detect those which cannot find the unknown high-density network intrusion. Finally test results using neural network expert system rule library to be updated. Experimental results show that this method can effectively detect high-density network intrusion features, which ensures the security of the network and achieves satisfactory results.

Abstract: The earthquake resistance detection method for high-rise residence is researched in this paper. Traditional earthquake resistance detection does not take into account the non-fixity of high-rise residence materials, resulting in easy deformation when residential material is borne the large impact force, thus affecting the earthquake resistance of high-rise residence. To solve this problem, an earthquake resistance detection method for high-rise residence based on maximum entropy algorithm is proposed. According to the strength of impact force that the residential building materials can be borne, the pressure-bearing detection model of residential building materials is established. Using the maximum entropy method can calculate the deformation rule of fixed high-rise building materials caused by pressure-bearing. Thus, the earthquake resistance detection of high-rise residence can be completed.

Abstract: This paper presents a system about health monitoring platform. The health monitoring platform design is based on the concept of medical wisdom, it achieves high degree of cooperation between patients and doctors by more intelligent, more comprehensive interconnection and more stable data transfer. There are two parts in the platform which are General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) network module and monitoring and management system based on web. The implementation of the platform provides a convenient solution to telemedicine.

Abstract: Based on the research and analysis of video sequence of the Intelligent Transport Systems,this paper especially had a in-depth discussion about the critical step of video detection—shadow removing, analyzing the causes and characteristics of the shadow,describing the current shadow removal algorithms,and proposed a new method of image texture-based vehicle cast shadow elimination approach based on the existing algorithms.Experimental results have proved that this method can remove the vehicle shadow well and still hold very complete target vehicle information and laid the foundation for extracting vehicle target.

Abstract: In order to deal with self-collision detection in fabric dynamic simulation, we provide a set of optimized strategies. In rough detection phase, we use the continuous normal vector cone method applicable to quad bounding volume tree. The method uses the normal vector cone information between every two sub-trees for the pruning, which can filter out more areas where intersection is impossible, thus can improve the efficiency of collision detection. In accurate detection phase, we provide a set of reasonable detection strategies for the primitives within the time step, which can enhance the efficiency of while effectively ensure the correctness of collision detection. Our method can effectively deal with self-collision in the dynamic simulation with the good sense of reality.

Abstract: In order to monitor a wide distribution, quantity, long working hours for industrial electric equipment, this paper provides a solution based on Zigbee wireless sensor networks. The core CC2530 chip is the control center of the entire system, and holzer sensor is selection as a current sensor. Through the wireless network which is composed of terminal nodes, routing nodes and coordinator, the collected data is sent to PC terminal and displayed. The experimental results show that the wireless sensor network can effectively and reliably collect current harmonics of electric equipment and transfer to the PC terminal in time.
