Abstract: The detection and tracking of moving object is the important research of image analysis and understanding as well as in computer vision field, and have extensive application in the traffic monitoring, the military, industrial process control and medical research, but less application in the underwater monitoring of fish. In this paper, in order to be able to real-time detection of the fish in the digital video system moving target, proposed the fish moving target detection algorithm under a camera. With an improved background updating method of adaptive Gaussian mixture model, a method to detect the target fish based on Gaussian mixture model combined with edge detection operator.

Abstract: To meet the requirement of the data acquisition for the remote fault diagnose system of the large-scale railway maintenance equipment, this paper proposed a vehicle-carried data acquisition and monitoring system based on embedded Linux and 3G technology. In the proposed system, the hardware design for realizing the data acquisition function is based on CAN bus, and monitoring function is based on wireless sensor networks.

Abstract: In this paper, a simulation method of detection probability of aircraft target for Over-The-Horizon Radar (OTHR) by computer is proposed. The effects of different ionosphere states on detection range for OTHR is concluded, which become constraint on simulation of detection probability. Taking variety of target RCS with attitude during flight through given track into consideration, simulation model of target dynamic RCS is established. Models of instantaneous detection probability and comprehensive detection probability are also presented. Then, detection probability of aircraft can be obtained through utilizing all models above based on given calculation steps. Simulations show that ionosphere state and target RCS have a great influence on detection probability.

Abstract: In the vehicle detection stage,in order to solve the problem of Gaussian Mixture Model having poor adapting capacity on the sudden changes of the illumination,this paper designs a illumination judgement factor.When the factor is greater than a certain threshold,this paper uses three frame difference method for target extraction,otherwise uses the Gaussian Mixture Model.In the vehicle tracking stage,the Kalman Filter is introduced to improve tarcking accuracy and tracking efficiency,at the same time,a tracking list is designed for single and multi objectives tracking.The results show that the method can adapte the sudden changes of the illumination and can achive a better effect of vehicle detection and tracking.

Abstract: A kind of intelligent prompt temperature measurement system was designed which was based on single chip micocomputer. It used the pyroelectric infrared sensor to collect the emitted infrared from human body and to preprocess the signal output of the sensor.Then it could be the conversion signal by the A/D transformation inside SCM .The AVR SCM could control to realize the temperature operation and processing, and send the temperature value to the LCD to display and the voice prompt. Simultaneously, it was added the clock function and over temperature alarm function which made the design more practical. Theoretical basis and the software platform were used in this design of the hardware production and software debugging, and finally the design requirements were realized. The temperature measurement system had the advantages of short response time, non-contact,no interference by temperature field, convenient operation.

Abstract: The conventional image of the mark is mainly targeting the video image within the target pixel level positioning, the positioning accuracy is poor, and is easily affected by noise. To this end, the introduction of a Canny edge detection and Zernike moments method of combining precise positioning mark targets for sub-pixel edge detection, and for the oval shape characteristics mark the target, using the least squares fitting to mark the target oval central location positioning . Experimental results show that the higher positioning accuracy of this method, anti-interference ability, with high robustness, and can meet the requirements of real-time video image processing.

Abstract: In order to improve time-grating sensor’s measurement accuracy, which is influenced by stability of the components, temperature and mechanical processing in precision measuring procedure. A novel compensation method based on Fourier series approach and least square is presented. With this method, the measurement error is separate into a lot of harmonics, and the optimal parameters of compensation are evaluated by least square method. The accuracy analysis certificates that time-grating sensor’s measurement error is reduced from ±14.8′′ to ±2.5′′ by applying the error compensation method, which is compensated about 80% compared with no compensation. Sensor’s accuracy is effectively improved.

Abstract: In recent years, along with the speeding up of the wide application of computer technology and information technology in our country, computer measurement control system has been widely used in more and more occasions. The temperature is an important parameter in many monitoring and control system. In some strictly requiring temperature monitoring, more real-time and high precision temperature measurement are needed. The traditional temperature measurement method is dependent on measuring the analog quantities of electronic components, and then converts it into visual measurement results. From the aspects of hardware circuit design, it is of great trouble to develop and takes much work, at the same time; the problem anti-interference is more outstanding. Modern temperature sensor is evolving from analog to digital, from integration to the direction of the intelligent in rapid development, making it convenient for this topic to measure temperature in the application field.

Abstract: Control precision of the anti-aircraft gun servo system related directly to the artillery firing accuracy, and it is a very important item in performance test of the fire control system. In order to test the control precision of an anti-aircraft gun servo system and correct the firing data, the shaft angle conversion circuit and digital signal interface circuit are designed based on the industrial computer platform and the data acquisition module of PCI bus. In that way, software arithmetic of shaft angle conversion based on the general A/D is realized. In the practical application the arithmetic has a good performance.

Abstract: The electricity parameter detection of special optoelectronics devices is constrained by the situation of their real performances inconformity to their test results.To solve this problem,this paper first pointed out the differences between special optoelectronics devices tests and ordinary ones,then analysed different reansons of the phenomena and classified them.At last, a solution was put forward to solve the problem of situation two,which can be thought to piont out an effective way of thoroughly ending the phenomena.
