Abstract: To determine the inter-regional power replacement, this paper starts from the inter-regional power transmission and out-purchased demands and puts forward the analysis models of power transmission and out-purchased. Then it focuses on the decision problem of inter-regional power transmission and out-purchased where power supply exceeds power demand and provide the corresponding optimization algorithm. The models shows that inter-regional power replacement can reduce the generation pollutants emission, promote the power efficiency, and raise renewable energy grid-connected content like hydropower, wind power and so on, making magnificent economy and environmental effects.

Abstract: In many text mining applications, it is needed to cluster documents according to demand of users. However, Traditional documents clustering that use unsupervised learning are not able to meet this demand. In this paper, a new clustering approach that focuses on the problem is proposed. Main contributions include: (1) Expresses user requirement by topic with multiple attributes (2) Annotates topic semantic by ontology, calculate dissimilarity between topic semantics and build dissimilarity matrix. Experiments show that new approach is effective.

Abstract: With the rapid development of wireless communication technologies, users could get many kinds of services and applications now. And as the number of users and the amount of traffic are growing, the contradiction between the infinite demand of users and the finite radio resources is getting increasingly apparent. According to this situation, this paper propose a radio resource allocation algorithm based on bargaining game theory for fourth generation long term evolution (LTE) system, with which the network could balance the situations of users in different classes and enhance the utility of users. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm could allocate the radio resources efficiently and provide users with higher utility.

Abstract: The motherboard is one of the most important parts of a computer. According to the ATX motherboard, this article introduces the numerical simulation of temperature field on the motherboard by using thermal analysis software. Firstly introducing the heat production of a motherboard briefly, then the article takes advantage of ANSYS software modeling based on the prototype of ATX motherboard, meshing, solving, and compares the results with the actual value which are well agreed. From the simulation results, it is shown that the display card and Northbridge CPU with higher power consumption. Their heat dissipation configuration should be enhanced.

Abstract: To improve the algorithm of the structural coupled imaging technique, a method using damped least squares is adopted to calculate the structural component of model updates instead of the truncated SVD solution, which produces multi-physical structural coupling images with high efficiency. A synthetic model test shows better performance and the cross plots reveal a convergence characteristic, which indicates the potential of improved structural coupled imaging algorithm.

Abstract: A new enhanced Discrete Element Method (EDEM) for modeling the system composed of cracked solids is developed by coupling the traditional Discontinuous Deformation Analysis method (DDA, a kind of implicit version of DEM) with Moving Least-Squares (MLS) meshfree approximation functions. Tracing crack growth inside fracturing blocks and other related capabilities are available in the postprocessing procedure at each iteration step. Some numerical examples are provided to verify this method, and it is prospective to solve stability problems of the slope with non-through joints and other fracture mechanics problems in a new way.

Abstract: Nowadays, continuous sampling data have been widely used in the research field. However, many unpredictable distortion data points, caused by varying reasons, appear in the raw data randomly. Therefore, removing distortion data points are obligatory for raw data processing. The conventional method is the artificial recognition method, which has serious problems when applied to large volumes of data. Another way is the filtering method, which is limited by application conditions, has a bad influence on valid data what people do not expect. In this paper, we proposed an effective interpolation method to remove the distortion point. This method based on the assumption that changes between adjacent points in continuous sampling data are limited. The distortions can be recognized from the magnitude and the change rate and removed. At last, the polynomial interpolation method is used to obtain the final result. Such method has been used in the preprocessing of aeromagnetic data and gets a good result.

Abstract: A combination model of Theil coefficient and Induce Ordered Weighted Averaging (IOWA) operator based on improved bee colony algorithm is proposed by introducing the Theil coefficient, IOWA arithmetic operators and bee colony algorithm. The model is built from correlation angle, and adopts IOWA arithmetic operators to make the weight coefficient of each model only related to prediction accuracy of the point at every time and has nothing to do with the prediction method. The optimal weight coefficient can be decided through bee colony algorithm, it can be showed that this model can reflect the wind power trend preferably, with which the prediction accuracy can be improved significant

Abstract: This paper is concerned with the convergence of the h-p version of the finite element method for three dimensional Poisson problems with edge singularity on quasi-uniform meshes. First, we present the theoretical results for the convergence of the h-p version of the finite element method with quasi-uniform meshes for elliptic problems on polyhedral domains on smooth functions in the framework of Jacobi-weighted Sobolev spaces. Second, we investigate and analyze numerical results for three dimensional Poission problems with edge singularity. Finally, we verified the theoretical predictions by the numerical computation.

Abstract: In view of the defects of existing axiomatic definitions of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy entropy, an improved axiomatic definition of the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy entropy is presented and the corresponding formula is structured in the paper. Firstly, defects in three kinds of the axiomatic system of entropy of IVIFS are analyzed in detail respectively. New axiomatic entropy definition is proposed for the sake of more reasonable depiction of the fuzziness of IVIFS. Based on the new axiomatic entropy definition, a new computational formula is mentioned. Finally, an example is showed to illustrate the effectiveness of this new formula. Overall, the results indicate that the improved axiomatic definition and the new proposed formula are reasonable and effective.
