Abstract: Aiming at the current situation of long cycle and high cost for planetary reduction gears designing and manufacturing in the field of engineering machinery, analysis on the environment has been established by using reducer virtual prototype in this paper, simultaneously the article brings forward a strong realization system from virtual simulation to finite element analysis. The results show that the virtual prototype model possesses high reliability and rapid correction method, it can shorten the design cycle greatly, and the method has certain practical application value.

Abstract: In the shipborne C2 system which is very complex, menu is also the most important style of human-computer interaction ( HCI for short). For how to design and organize an efficient menu system, this paper presents a solution based on matching degree model relating to battlefield situation, tactical and technical performance, war condition and C2 series. At last, through an example, this paper draws some conclusions and proposes some requirements.

Abstract: Manufacturing industry itself is right in the process of digital transition. the changes made by 3D printing technology may change the economic outlook of the manufacturing industry and carry out a thorough subversion of people’s living styles in the future. The time of universal participation in design is coming. This paper attempts to explore the development trend of product design patterns and its causes in the era of 3D printing with the premise of a more and more personalized consumption demand, in order to create innovative product design with unique architecture, realize the high integration with technology and face the coming great revolution.

Abstract: In order to achieve the reliability, high efficiency and economy for the development of vehicle CAN network, CANoe is used to develop and test for vehicle CAN network platform. Firstly, the vehicle network architecture is designed for the demand of platform. Then is the vehicle messages database is developed by using CANdb++, including specific messages and signals, and the key parameters of bus load rate, messages delay, etc. are analysed on basis of the simulation model. Fianally automated test is carried out for the network management process, messages comparison, messages delay and other monitoring jobs by using supplementary developing tools of CANoe in simulation and in the real-time vehicle tests. The results show that the developed CAN networks is of better performance in terms of real-time, robust, efficient, while the functions of automated testing system is practical and easy to use.

Abstract: With invariable time delay theoretically,Smith predictor is deeply studied,the fact that the Smith predictor depends on the math model of the system is found ,and so it is very difficult to control the time-varying delay system well. Therefore,it is necessary to take an effective method--using PID controller with the digital Smith predictor,and studying its control algorithm,and doing the simulation in the lab of micro-computer control. Simulation results have proved the efficiency of the algorithm and the validity.

Abstract: Greenhouses in the growth of the crops will often because of unfavorable environment not good growth, in order to be able to effectively control the temperature inside the greenhouse greenhouses, humidity, light intensity, make inside the greenhouse crop growth environment to fulfill the requirements of the best. This system by using HOLTEK series single-chip microcomputer as the control center, with various sensors for detecting module, peripheral equipment and control system in all parts of the corresponding function. Mainly by the power supply module, temperature and humidity and light intensity detection module, keys module and ZigBee wireless communication module, display module, a real-time monitoring environment, data display, automatic control function, can effectively control the growth of crops in good environment and the unnecessary waste of resources. At the same time, this system in warehouse management, flower cultivation, aquaculture, and other fields also have broad application prospects.

Abstract: Not only the geometrical imperfection induced by welding but also cutouts will influence the buckling of large-scale thin-walled steel cylindrical shell under wind loading. Based on the practical cylindrical shells of a desulphurizing absorption tower, in consideration of the correlation between welding induced imperfection and circular cutouts, the influence of cutout position on buckling of cylinder under wind loading is investigated by nonlinear finite element method. The results indicate that the buckling capacity varies slightly when the cutout position moves along meridional direction in the neighboring region of welding imperfection. The buckling capacity varies significantly when the cutout position moves circumferentially as the cutout is located in the welding imperfection. The buckling capacity reaches the minimum value as the cutout is located in the buckle center of cylindrical shells without cutout.

Abstract: Accurate vibration signals are important for signal analysis in the method of analysis vibration of hydraulic support tail beam. Signal acquisition position needs multiple comparison and optimization on site. Natural characteristics analysis of the hydraulic support tail beam can offer theoretical guidance to optimize sensor installation position. In this paper, impulse hammer excitation was used to analyze the inherent property of the hydraulic support tail beam which provided useful information for setting the signal pick-up place.

Abstract: A series of fatigue tests is performed for polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) specimens without scratches and with scratches. The scratch depth is set to be 0.2mm, 0.3mm and 0.4mm, respectively. Based on the experimental results, it can be deduced that contained fatigue limit of specimens with scratches significantly decreases compared to specimens without scratches. Besides, contained fatigue limit decreases gradually with scratch depth increasing from 0.0mm to 0.4mm. Consequently, it can be concluded that fatigue properties of PMMA will decrease when there exists scratch and for scratch depth from 0.0mm to 0.4mm, fatigue property decreases remarkably with deeper scratch.
