Abstract: This paper presented a new method of sliding mode control for position control problem in view of the uncertainty of friction model of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor (PMSLM). This is an estimation compensation control scheme for non-homogeneous sequence data.The stability of the proposed control law was verified according to Lyapunov stable theory.Comparison with traditional control was given through Matlab simulations, which proved the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed control method for PMSLM drive system.

Abstract: A back-stepping adaptive control strategy is proposed to direct torque control (DTC) of surface permanent magnet synchronous motor (SPMSM) in order to solve some problems existed in conventional DTC. The output of the designed controller makes space vector modulation (SVM) possible, which further ensures the inverted switching frequency to be fixed. The stability of the controller is verified via Lyapunov stable theory. Simulation results show that the presented control strategy can solve these problems effectively and show strong robust to external disturbance and noise.

Abstract: A nonlinear dynamic contrastive analysis of face-gear drive with and without pinion tip relief is studied. Firstly, a 2-DOF lumped parameter dynamic model of face-gear drive, considering contact characteristics, backlash, time-varying mesh stiffness, is developed and the dynamic equations are deduced. Secondly, the mesh characteristics along the line of action are obtained by applying tooth contact analysis, and the time-varying mesh stiffness is calculated by using the FEA method. Finally, the dynamic equations are solved by using Runge-Kutta numerical integral method. By comparison of three cases of pinion tip relief on dynamic response, it is found that under the condition of pinion tip relief, the vibration amplitude is reduced.

Abstract: Researchers designed a set of solar watering system with voice broadcast, LED display and keyboard functions, which bases on soil temperature and humidity, light intensity and other parameters to perform automatic control. The system takes the STC89C52 microcontroller as the core controller. This paper describes the design principle of the system and gives the corresponding circuit diagram; and due to the software programming has features of convenient and flexible, researchers use it to program and control the open and close of solenoid valve in order to meet the design requirements, achieving the aim to watering flowers timely and appropriately.

Abstract: By adopting Laplace formula in arbitrary minimal size to deduct the additional pressure of curved surface, this article aims to conclude additional pressure expressions of arbitrary curved shape. Then, the origin of additional pressure of each curved surface can be clearly comprehended.

Abstract: For the NLOS(non-line-of-sight) mobile robot system which use S3C2410 as a controller ,use ARM-Linux as an embedded operating system, this paper presents the positioning of the robot and its implementation method , which uses GPS global positioning technology and methods of map to achieve robot’s locate and track.

Abstract: In the premise of parallel computing, large eddy simulation (LES) model was adopted to set up math formers for the characteristics of airflow origination in CRH2 Electric Motor Train Units(EMU) in this paper. The Smagorinsky-Lilly dynamic sub-grid model was adopted for fitting local turbulent structure and confirming benchmark model coefficient. Amended balance layer model was used to the wall functions. The temperature and velocity fields in the compartments were numerically simulated. Furthermore, area discretization adopted finite volume method. The results showed, adopting the method of enlarging calculation region, the instantaneous and continuity of turbulence were reflected truly and accurately. The analysis provided a reference for LES of airflow organization in high-speed train. It was also a new reference for the evaluation of comfort environment in the train.

Abstract: Inverse design is the process of using a certain means of measurement to measure entity or model, and according to the measurements, refactoring physical CAD model through Three-dimensional geometric modeling methods. Basing on the little model, use reverse engineering methods, three-dimensional scanning technology and Raindrop Company produced the inverse engineering software to finish the reverse three-dimensional modeling design of little bear punch. Applying Master CAM to set parameters, simulation run, and automatically generate NC code, in the vertical machining center, complex curved surface NC machining of the model can be finished. In engineering practice, it can improve work efficiency, reduce the labor intensity of product development, and reduce the artificial error of the design.

Abstract: The process of locomotive bogie wheelset assembly was investigated in-depth. And the Jidoka process of wheelset assembly based on automatic storage and retrieval system was researched. The wheelset assembly Jidoka system structure and function were discussed. The wheelset fitted optimization mathematical model was set up.

Abstract: The objective of this paper is to research on the application of proportional controller based on phase plane division in the tension control system of coating device to improve the quality of tension control. Firstly, the control strategy of proportional controller based on phase plane division and the parameter tuning methods are analyzed. Then the simulation model of tension control system is built with the help of MATLAB SIMULINK. Finally, the simulation results are given. Simulation results indicate that the tension control system is effectively controlled by the proportional controller based on phase plane division.
