Abstract: Community detection in Big data society network is problem we must solve.we use the sparse coding effectively identify implicit in the internal structure of input data and model. In the same tim we use the modularity community detection cover the random structure problem of the real society networks. It was proved feasible by the results of experiment with real society networks.

Abstract: Edge covering problem, dominating set problem, and independent set problem are classic problems in graph theory except for vertex covering problem. In this paper, we study the maximum independent set problem under fuzzy uncertainty environments, which aims to search for the independent set with maximum value in a graph. First, credibility theory is introduced to describe the fuzzy variable. Three decision models are performed based on the credibility theory. A hybrid intelligence algorithm which integrates genetic algorithm and fuzzy simulation is proposed due to the unavailability of traditional algorithm. Finally, numerical experiments are performed to prove the efficiency of the fuzzy decision modes and the hybrid intelligence algorithm.

Abstract: Using the differential game theory, we studied the investment problem on public libraries, and established the Leader-follower differential game model, which is between the governments and the private enterprises (social organization). By building the Hamiltonian solving the Stackelberg balanced optimal solutions in the main two game players when they choose their strategies. By adjusting the strategy of government and social utility’s coefficient of dynamic to increase the comprehensive social utility of libraries.

Abstract: In this paper, we study long-range dependence of hydrological records with high frequent and massive data set. For detecting breakpoints, we apply the Evolutionary Wavelet Spectrum (EWS) to provide a segmentation of the original time series. And rescaled range analysis (R/S) for estimating the Hurst exponent that describe the long-range dependence phenomenon are used. The results affirm that the hydrological records have long-range dependent (LRD) behaviors.

Abstract: Event matching plays a critical role in content-based publish/subscribe system. Most traditional methods focus on existing subscriptions separation and combination. However, an event usually comes with certain probability distribution in each dimension. Thus taking both existing subscriptions and probable coming event into consideration can improve event matching time efficiency. Based on that, we put forward PF (Priority Filter), a highly efficient event matching algorithm. By building up a unified model with historical subscriptions for continuous and discrete attributes, we derive formulas to calculate each attribute’s filtering rate. Besides, in order to guarantee time efficiency both in matching, inserting, and deleting, a red-black tree regarded as a priority filter is built up on all attributes according to filtering rate. Experiments demonstrate that PF has a 30% faster speed compared to existing methods with acceptable insertion and deletion time and memory consumption.

Abstract: In C++, there exists static dispatching technique and dynamic dispatching technique. To move some dispatching at executive time up to compile time can reduce length of complied code and improve the overall running speed. We analyze the necessity of introducing static dispatching technique and those used commonly, and then we present a way to realize static dispatching technique by using enable if template group in Boost library non-intrusively explicitly to manage the overloaded set of template functions. More importantly, in this way, one could overload template functions by their return values.

Abstract: This thesis proposes several methods for bilingual corpus form different websites, such as Automatic acquisition of bilingual corpus base on "iciba" web, CNKI and Patent network. It introduced methods, procedures of the acquisition of a variety of corpus. We proposed different methods to obtain the bilingual corpus for different characteristics of different sites, and achieved fast and accurate automatic access of a large-scale bilingual corpus. When we obtain the bilingual corpus based on "iciba" web, the main method is Nutch crawler, which is relatively good, and has an accurate retrieve and a good correlation. In addition, we give up the idea of bilingual corpus obtained from the entire Internet, but we use an entirely new access, that is to access to the basic information of scholarly thesis’s in the CNKI to obtain the large-scale high-quality English-Chinese bilingual corpus. We obtain GB level of large-scale bilingual aligned corpus in the end, which is very accurate by the manual evaluation. And the corpus makes preparation for the further cross-language information retrieval research.

Abstract: The paper put forward a new aided translation's pattern, Bilingual Assisted Translation Search Engine. It's different from traditional machine translation, does not rely on the computer's automatic translation, but according to relevant translation list given by system, and get the correct translation by people. Compared with automatic translation machine, it has better quality; compared with artificial translation, it has more efficient. For users, the relevant translation we provide more accurate and matching unless there is a large corpus, so the core of the system is the construction of the bilingual corpus. The paper adopted the method of web data mining and search engine technology, completed the construction of large-scale corpus automatically.

Abstract: The paper introduces the recent advances of machine translation technologies by decrypting several famous machine translation systems, and discusses the trend of the future development. The application of machine translation is introduced at last. In this paper, machine translation of the core of a few, summed up the machine translation system framework, discussed the modeling machine translation factors should be taken into account, a detailed analysis of segmentation, alignment sentence, the translation of knowledge acquisition, translation clips choice and in the machine translation: Generation's role in the process, completed a Machine Translation modeling, achieving a machine translation system.

Abstract: Based on the research on correlation technique at home and abroad, this thesis implements a term automatic intelligent real-time translation system in patent documents translation of English-Chinese. Through the analysis of noun terms in a large number of bilingualism corpuses, the source language terms need to be reordered firstly. And then the n-best candidates can be obtained after being translated by Moses. At last, the best result is chosen according to scoring the n-best result again.
