Abstract: To explore the attributes of cluster supply chain, and provide its driving model (2P&2BP) for more effective and more efficient way in implementing mass customization. The paper analyzes cluster supply chain driving model for implementing mass customization manufacturing using data from case study from 8 garment and IT industrial clusters. In process of implementing mass customization, we found that cluster supply chain has supplying level, marketing level and supplementing level to support its driving model (2P&2BP: Pull/push/burst power/bottleneck press) rather than conventional pull\push model. thus SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) in industrial cluster would have chances to extensively participate cooperate with core companies in the form of supply chain, thus expanding gradually.

Abstract: Background on two stages green supply chain consisting of a manufacturer and a retailer, considering the degree of risk aversion and product greenness, consumer preferences and other factors, the centralized decision-making game model and manufacturer-leading Stackelberg game model are established.Then two game models are compared. The interaction of product greenness, wholesale price, product price,and risk aversion utility for manufacturers and retailers are also disscussed. Finally, the revenue sharing contract is applied to coordinate the green supply chain . The results show that:(1) In the centralized decision-making model, there is a critical value of the product green degree; (2)In manufacturer-leading Stackelberg game model, the higher the green degree of the product, the higher the manufacturer's wholesale price,and the wholesale price increases as risk aversion degree of manufacturers improves;(3)The revenue sharing contract can coordinate this type of green supply chain under manufacturers risk-averse.

Abstract: This paper analyses the quality study based on the whole life cycle actions of the product by transformation of the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) and Project Progress by Fourier ,and designs the quality control system used by PID controller which simulated by Matlab software. Results show that the model is stable and accords with real situation, the outputs of quality control system and PID controller meet monotonically nondecreasing property and deviation convergents.

Abstract: During the past years, Automatic control theory was founded. Especially in the foundation of engineering control theory, control science has formed a number of branches, such as population control, large system cybernetics, biological control and etc. Quality control of product in its whole life cycle is an important research object, especially driver development strategy in national innovation, quality and efficiency should be more collaborative developing. However, that several major engineering practice, the quality control of the situation is very serious, and urgent need to further study on the quality control theory.This paper puts focus on quality control and surveys the source of quality control, especially makes attentions to the development of theory method among quality control, control theory and engineering control theory, and then shows the developing map between quality control and control theory and finds that the quality control system caused by the fusion between quality control and control theory is one new method to break the bottleneck and suggests 4 block models of the quality control system.

Abstract: Researching on the factors affecting the level of credit rating in the netshop of small and micro enterprises in TianJin, the seven main factors are extracted through factor analysis; And then the paper does the regression analysis between the seven main factors and the credit rating levels, so does between each of the main factors and their specific structure. Finally, it calculates the order of importance and the value of impacting. So it can provide a reference for the network shop of small and micro enterprises to enhance the credit rating level.

Abstract: the Taishan geological park is located in the central province of our country Shandong. which between Ji'nan, Changqing,Feicheng and Tai'an, under the jurisdiction of Tai'an city. As a national geological park, Taishan is also one of the world geological parks, many of the geological relics have a very important scientific research value in the tip subject. In the economic development, city image building, historical and cultural heritage and other aspects, it also plays an indispensable role. Therefore, this paper will discussed the present situation of exploitation and utilization of Taishan geological park, to promote the protection of geological heritage management and sustainable development in Taishan.

Abstract: The organizational succession in cluster supply chain is not only a primary upgrading way of industrial cluster, but also a basis of integrating industrial cluster and Logistics Park. This paper analyzes how to integrate organizational succession in cluster supply chain and Logistics Park according to the logistics features of organizational succession in cluster supply chain, and puts forward three integrated models. Meanwhile, through the case study of IT industry in Suzhou, the logistics evolving regulation of organizational succession in cluster supply chain is explored, and some relevant conclusions and suggestions are drawn at last.

Abstract: In order to address the insufficient capacity bottleneck issue in the automotive coating workshop of Aoling Factory during the peak production season, we had made significant improvements on the coating pretreatment and electrophoresis process. Improvements include: optimization of the degreasing alkalinity and temperature; implementation of the Parkerizing low temperature phosphating liquid processing technology; Jin Li Tai low temperature electrophoresis treatment technology; the mixing tank technology; as well as optimization of the electrophoretic paint curing conditions. The production verification test demonstrates that the cycle time for pretreatment electrophoresis process after implementation of the improvements is shorter than that of the previous process, the painting workshop production efficiency is also increased, thus it reduces the cost of production, achieves environmental protection and energy saving, solves the peak production season capacity bottleneck in coating workshop. The improved process is a proven and effective automotive coating technology worthy of promotion and field implementation.

Abstract: Green electromechanical product is the core which protects the environment and resources. Design for disassembly is the main content of green electromechanical product design. Traditional electromechanical product design is chief considerations the effective use of assembly and material. It is not consideration the waste processing, and is an open-loop system. When it creates wealth for the mankind, electromechanical product produce a lot of wastes, and Cause a large number of resources waste. At present, the waste disposal costs are more increasing. Mechanical manufacturing enterprises have pay attention to effectively implement the recycling and reuse of materials. Green m electromechanical product disassembly is an important content of green design. In the product design stage, enterprise must put disassembly as design objective, considers product future reuse, efforts to improve the mechanical parts of the disassembly rate, form a mechanical product life cycle in closed-loop system. In this way, enterprises not only can save materials and energy, but also can reduce the pollution of environment.

Abstract: In the face of chemical disasters, the emergency rescue team must adopt effective methods to comprehensively monitor and control the disaster site and rapidly and dynamically obtain the information of disaster site. Using robots can break through the limitation of complex chemical disaster site on human being, meet the requirements for rapidness, efficiency, accuracy and instantaneity, achieve access to information on the disaster site, give assistance to emergency rescue and realize scientific response decision. Starting from the rescue difficulty factors of chemical disaster site, this paper analyzes the advantages of emergency response robots, constructs the functional design pattern of emergency response robots and conducts the functional designs on emergency response robots according to characteristics of three typical types of chemical disaster site.
