Abstract: Herein, a novel fuzzy PID temperature control system was proposed based on the technological process and control requirement of the crystal annealing furnace. Simultaneously, the electric control system was also designed with SIEMENS S7-300 PLC as the master controller. The results indicated that the system has the merit of rapid response time, low temperature fluctuation and all of the test items could meet the requirement of the actual utilization.

Abstract: The valve is an important control unit in all kinds of fluid conveying system, which has formed a series product. The design of the valve product follows the characteristic process, and there is a strong correlation between its components. Using knowledge engineering related theory and method, through mining and presentation about the field design knowledge and structure knowledge of the pressure valve, implements the pressure valve parametric variant design templates by using the top-down design and parametric design technology on the NX platform. It can greatly improve the design efficiency and quality through the rapid variant design of series of the valve with the template.

Abstract: Analyzing the pipeline sheet of X70 level, the work also establishes three-dimensional element model of pipeline welding with ANSYS (software of large general purpose with finite element analysis). After comparing different plans, changes of outer diameter and wall thickness are found influencing distributing laws of welding residual stress of welded pipes. Thus, the laws are concluded.

Abstract: Reverse engineering technology has been widely used in engineering design field. This paper proposed a CATIA-modeling-based reverse engineering technology for vehicle rear axle design. The general process for reverse engineering includes the pretreatment of the point cloud data, the establishment of the grid, the surface reconstruction of parts, the analysis of curved surface, and so on. Finally, the paper puted forward practical and feasible solution to the problem.

Abstract: The modern design theory and method of the differential case is discussed in this paper. The various factors affecting on the reliability of differential case are analyzed. The influences of these factors on the reliability of differential case are found to be a nonlinear relationship. The reliability calculation model of differential case is established on the basis of the theory of fuzzy-neural network. After the model was established, samples are used to train the network to determine the weight and threshold in the model. After using the sample parameters to train the network model, and then using the sample parameters to test the network, the results need to meet the requirements.The reliability of differential case of an electric car is calculated. Abstract: Typical molding methods-Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) were presented on the basis of principle, formation, development of RPM(Rapid Prototyping and Manufacturing). Take mobile front cover as the example, the process of making sample used the method of SLS was introduced.RPM technology for rapid product development model, not only can improve the design quality and shorten the trial period, and can be modified at any time by CAD and re-validation, which has strong market competitiveness. RPM is a multi-disciplinary in a modern manufacturing techniques, will be more widely used in areas such as new product development. In short, rapid prototyping technology will be developed into a kind of technology can be adopted widely in enterprise, bring huge economic benefits to the enterprise and society.

Abstract: Now most of the living garbage is transported to landfill. After soaking, waste water come from garbage will flow to the ponds, rivers and farmland. So living garbage is one of the main reasons of agricultural pollution. To solve this problem, a new type machine for compressing and packing garbage was designed, which is composed with brace, steering wheel, hopper, transmission, compression, banding, etc. The machine disposed garbage dispersedly. When the operator stamps the pedal, the gear will roll, and the rack, and slide piston will be moved. So the garbage will be compressed , packed , stacked, and can be air-dried. So the water and soil could not be polluted. This treatment of garbage can effectively reduce soil and water pollution

Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of the vehicle in the desert, fully excavating the underground resources in the desert, through the research of efficient crawling desert creatures running mechanism, six-legged robot is proposed. In this paper, the six-legged robot trajectory and steering mechanism was analyzed. Results show that the foot can be triangle gait as point contact and then realize the ideal steady state; Layer type group legal steering mechanism can smoothly change support and direction.

Abstract: This paper introduces the working principle of power system on tracked vehicles. Tracked vehicles with high pressure air or pulling the battery starts, due to the main power supply system power supply, can't fight. Through an analysis on the failure of electricity generation of the main power system, a tachometer sensor is designed and used as main power providing excitation and causing an electric potential difference, which realizes passive power supply after non-battery starting.

Abstract: To coat with much of lubricating grease is an effective approach to slow down the wearing and rusting trend of each mechanism, the lubricating grease must be removed before grease-change maintenance and overhauling of the artillery. At present, the grease removing methods mainly include physical heating, mechanical removal, chemical cleaning, etc. Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various methods, this paper proposes to use the technology of a high-pressure water jet cleaning. This method overcomes the problems in the process of grease removal.
