Abstract: To identify damaged position of oil derrick, this paper presents a damage identification method for oil derrick using LMD and sample entropy to extract eigenvector and SVM to identify classes. Hammering vibration response signal of damaged derrick is decomposed into several PF components. The sample entropy of PF components is calculated and used as eigenvectors. SVM classifier is constructed based on eigenvectors of different damage location, and this method can identify damage position accurately. This method is verified by comparison with recognition result of LMD and information entropy.

Abstract: For the linear discrete-time multisensor time-invariant system with uncertain model parameters and measurement noise variances, by introducing fictitious noise to compensate the parameter uncertainties, using the minimax robust estimation principle, based on the worst-case conservative multisensor system with conservative upper bounds of measurement and fictitious noises variances, a robust weighted measurement fusion steady-state Kalman filter is presented. By the Lyapunov equation approach, it is proved that when the region of the parameter uncertainties is sufficient small, the corresponding actual fused filtering error variances are guaranteed to have a less-conservative upper bound. Simulation results show the effectiveness and correctness of the proposed results.

Abstract: This paper is focusing on the application of BIM and RFID technology in the technical research and development center project of the EPRI of China. Firstly, the paper makes a introduction of BIM and RFID. Secondly, discusses the advantages of these two technologies which applicate in management and maintenance of electromechanical equipment of this project. Finally, make a conclusion that BIM and RFID technology is very beneficial to the management and maintenance of the electromechanical equipment.

Abstract: Tesla disc turbine has many advantages compared with the traditional blade turbine, but there are few researches on fault diagnosis of Tesla disc turbines for industrial dust blower. In this paper, 3-dimensional model Tesla turbine is established by using CFD software FLUENT to analyze the inner flow field in the given pressure and boundary conditions. The experiments provide a good foundation for the theoretical research and the application of fault diagnosis of the Tesla disc turbines for industrial dust blower.

Abstract: A coordinated Volt / Var control strategy for wind farm group is proposed. The area voltage control center monitors the pilot bus in the central substation where many wind farms are connected to, and coordinates all kinds of reactive power resources in different wind farms to regulate the voltage profile of all wind farms. The genetic algorithm is used to solve such a multi-objective optimization model. The simulation results of a typical wind power system show that the coordinated control strategy has better performance than the current individual one in respects of security and economy of the grid.

Abstract: A new approach to analyze and synthesize linear uncertain systems with time varying norm bounded uncertainty is presented in this paper. First, the uncertainty set is separated into several different sets according to the maximum singular value of uncertainty.Based on the new classification, the original uncertain system is transformed into a Markovian jump system. Second, via a parameter-dependent Lyapunov function, the problems of robust H∞ analysis and synthesis is studied.Based on this, two sufficient conditions for designing parameter-dependent controllers are established. Finally, numerical simulations are used to illustrate the developed method.

Abstract: A new upper limb exoskeleton mechanical structure for rehabilitation train and electric putters were used to drive the upper limb exoskeleton and kinematics simulation was carried. According to the characteristics of upper limb exoskeleton, program control and master - slave control two different ways were presented. Motion simulation analysis had been done by Pro/E Mechanism, the motion data of electric putter and major joints had been extracted. Based on the analysis of the movement data it can effectively guide the electric putter control and analysis upper limb exoskeleton motion process.

Abstract: The steering mechanism of tracked vehicles is complicated and large, which is an obstacle for its miniaturization. According to the theory of rubber-belt CVTs, a new kind of steering mechanism for small Tracked vehicle is designed. The mechanism consists of two symmetrical-layout rubber-belt CVTs. A sliding part for steering is designed, which can slide axially to make the transmission ratio of one transmission increase while the other reduces, so that the tracked vehicle turns. The steering motion is calculated and its motion discipline is founded. The steering sensitivity and steering smoothness are analyzed, and its steering performance is evaluated.

Abstract: Based on the methods and standards related to both domestic and overseas air conditioning unit performance testing, a new air conditioning unit performance test bench for measuring refrigerating capacity has been developed. The test bench, which includes removable exterior environment simulation room and interior environment simulation room, applies air enthalpy method to measure refrigerating capacity of air conditioning unit. The experiment result shows that exterior environment simulation room can save 50% construction cost by using removable room. Its room temperature has high accuracy and stability by using hot air of air conditioning unit and exterior air, which can save 50%-60% energy consumption. The accuracy of testing Bench is less than 4%, which is better than the national standard GB/T 19842-2005.

Abstract: This paper first introduces PAC dosing system, then research the feasibility of the project goal. confirmed the goal can be achieved. Research on the project, and analysis the process of this project, and implementation finally. After the PAC dosing filter automatic cleaning device completed, control charts are used to verify the device, results show that, PAC amount is controlled in the range of 1.8~2.2mg/L, COD is above 35mg/L.
