Abstract: Based on the first panel of some coal mine in the western loess tableland, this thesis has carried out three-dimensional exploration. The emphasis of experiment is shooting factor(well depth、dynamite), at the same time, the experiment of instrument factor and receiving factor has been carried out to choose the best shooting factor and receiving parameter. By proper layout observation system, elaborate static correction and comparison about various methods of static correction, this thesis has drawn the following conclusions: (1) From the experiment of well depth, interference wave is mainly composed of multiple refraction wave and surface wave, in general, the greater of the well depth, the smaller of the interference of refraction wave, and the interference of surface wave has dropped. Refraction wave energy is related to excitation horizons; (2)From receiving profile during the process of the experiment, the wave detector of dominant frequency being 25Hz has little difference with the wave detector of dominant frequency being 60Hz, so each has its advantages. The levels of reflection wave groups in coal seam of 60Hz profile are relatively abundant, and the continuity of the bottom reflection wave in coal seam of 60Hz profile is greater than 25Hz profile, and it is easier to trace, compare and explain. (3) From the process of the experiment, the complexity of surface conditions has little influence on data, on condition that being constructed strictly and completing static correction, it is absolutely possible to finish geological exploration.

Abstract: As a mechanical component, sensor can detect spatial information. Sensor technology has been widely used in national defense, aerospace, industrial inspection and automated production areas and so on. However, the sensor calibration device cannot meet the demand of the development of the sensor. In this paper, a multi-functional force loading device, which is of good technical performance, reliable operation, wide measurement range and simple measurement method, and a six-dimensional force sensor calibration method are described.

Abstract: This paper proposes the risk management strategy of the product design and development process. The process control mechanisms based on the risk management. Risk identification, assessment, migration, monitoring and reporting are applied in the product development process. Under the supervision and guidance of risk management, the risk point of product development cycle of measuring instrument is shortened about 30%, and the development costs are reduced too. The risk management improves the economic efficiency of enterprises and enhances the competitiveness of enterprises.

Abstract: This thesis, based on 3D printing technology, explores the customization design methods of creative product, expounds the significance and importance of product customization design from the perspective of demand in the market and energy saving, discusses the advantage for combination of product customization design and 3D printing technology, aiming to advocate meeting the market demand and also saving energy through product customization design by using 3D printing technology.

Abstract: Based on the full analysis of draw-bar box types and functions, and summarizes the occupying larger space question of the box when placed in. Through the studies of the wide application of folding structure in the product, for a particular user, carries on the structure improvement design of rod boxes, not only to retain the existing functions commonly used, while achieving clothing classification, convenient placement, save space; embodies the idea connotation of green design, and highlights the importance of structure design for product innovation design.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to present the catastrophe theory method for the optimal design of machine components. A brief description of the cusp catastrophe is presented in the introduction. The statement of optimal design problem is given in the second part of the paper. A single criterion design is presented; the reliability function is used as the objective function. The last part is devoted to probability approach. Manage variables are viewed as stochastic quantities, analytical and statistical linearization methods are used for the reliability function evaluation.

Abstract: The variation on the product functional parameter has been shown to cause potential failures. These potential failures may not be caught in production line, but become the reason of customer complaints. To enable the development of robust method to detect variation, this work explores the possible sign from the data of sector reports and transforms the questioned data to the variation by Six Sigma Methodology. The key techniques of DMAIC, MVA, SPC and RSMDOE are utilized. The method is designed with three phases: firstly it is to analyze the data from the sector report to detect the peculiar value. Then the performance is evaluated to identify the variation. In the last step the issue related to the variation is solved by design optimization. The method is evaluated in the manufacturing site with the material consumption data, and the excessive 20% consumption caused by the variation is saved, which demonstrates this variation detection method is in feasible and efficient manner for quality management.
