Abstract: This paper systematically presents a thorough analysis on the construction of the heating monitoring system in Nanjing General Hospital, China. The monitoring method and strategy of were discussed in detail. Besides, the optimization design of the simple closed loop control system was conducted. Finally, an optimal operation analysis system consisting of the heating host machine, costumer thermal monitoring system, and outside environment monitoring system for the heating room was established. As a result, the heating quality, the heating efficiency, and the relationship with costumer were greatly improved.

Abstract: This paper introduced a new power flow control strategy for a variable speed engine-generator based range-extended electric vehicle. The specific fuel consumption map of the internal combustion engine (ICE) has been obtained by off-line experiments to achieve optimal fuel efficiency. Finally, a typical range-extended electric vehicle is modeled and investigated such as acceleration traversing ramp, maximum speed, fuel consumption and emission are performed on the dynamic model of a range-extended electric vehicle. The energy consumption and cost were compared to tradition range-extended electric vehicle. Computer simulation results obtained, confirm the validity and performance of the proposed power flow control approach using for series hybrid electric vehicle.

Abstract: On the basis of the moon as regular sphere approximately, establish fixed coordinate system of the moon, In the condition of the least energy consumption, collecting information furthest, landing on the landing point precisely and so on, found the astronomy model which is based on geometric area. Meanwhile, combined with the direction and cycle of the moon's Autobiography, as well as the formula of universal gravitation etc, analyze and design the preparation orbit, then work out the related parameters.

Abstract: A new technology of lattice distortion modification of cotton/linen fiber and yarn is introduced in this paper. The process parameters and control requirements in the lattice distortion modification processing are analyzed for designing its control system, The hardware system is designed using the Omron PLC as control core and the human-computer interaction interface is built by using configuration software. At last, a real time accurate program on fuzzy compensated decoupling control of the temperature and pressure in the modification process is presented. The test production results show that the control system designed totally meets the production requirements of the lattice distortion modification of cotton/linen fiber and yarn.

Abstract: In order to meet the technical production requirements of the ammonia modification equipment, this paper develops a set of electrical control system based on Omron CJ2M Series PLC, including the configuration of the hardware and software, the assignment of the input/output, and the design of communication system. The control system provides a perfect human-machine interaction and realizes the automation control of the devices.Through actual application, this control system can meet the control requirements of the ammonia modification production and raise the production automation level of the factory and increase labor productivity.

Abstract: The Power-On-Live Manipulator with hydraulic system can complete many different repair works in the Substation. This paper focuses on the study of the kinematics of six DOF manipulator, and establishes the forward kinematics equation based on the analysis of the whole power-on-live manipulator. The methods of analytical and geometric are used to complete the power-on-live manipulator’s inverse kinematics calculations, and then the effectiveness of the power-on-live manipulator’s forward and inverse kinematics are verified by the numerical simulation software and the dynamic simulation software.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose an improved self-adaptive GA PID and compare it with traditional GA PID in simulation. This research indicates that improved self-adaptive GA PID can reduce system’s overshoot and regulation time and perform effectively.

Abstract: This paper mainly introduces a kind of product packaging transmission line control system based on Siemens S7-200 PLC. It elaborated the main function principle of the system and the implementation of the control program; SIMATIC WinCC flexible 2008 of SIEMENS was used to monitor the status of the system, and display the real-time data and alarm report. At the same time the system can also be controlled by the screen.

Abstract: In this paper, a vehicle stability control system is proposed to improve vehicle comfort, handling and stability. The control system includes reference model, DYC controller and Distributer. Reference model is used to obtain the desired yaw rate. DYC controller determines the desired yaw moment by means of sliding-mode technique. Distributer, based on maneuverability and comfort, distributes driving torque or braking torque according to the desired yaw rate. Simulation result shows that the proposed control algorithm can improve vehicle handling and stability effectively.

Abstract: The traditional genetic algorithm was improved, and the marine steam power plant main steam pressure control was as an object, the improved genetic algorithm controller and the traditional genetic algorithm controller is studied by the simulation. The simulation results show that the improved genetic algorithm controller system can effectively reduce the overshoot and adjustment time of main steam pressure.
