Abstract: Traditional method to correcting ionosphere delay error faces the problem of accuracy and universality. This paper put forward by using multifrequency measuring data to correct ionosphere delay error. The precision of satellite positioning data processing can be improved effectively by dual-frequency first order correct and three frequency second orders correct. The experiment shows that method in this paper has higher precision and more universal than traditional way.

Abstract: The embedded remote monitoring system is based on embedded technology, video coding technology and network transmission technology as the core of the new video surveillance system, it in real-time monitoring system, network, miniaturization, etc than traditional remote monitoring system has outstanding advantages. The embedded server is responsible for the data from field devices and video images, and real-time and reliable transmission to the remote client browser. User through a PC browser login system, can get equipment real-time data and video image, also can control the equipment, so as to realize remote monitoring. This paper designed and implemented a embedded remote monitoring system based on B/S structure, is of important engineering value.

Abstract: With the development of automation and communication technology, measurement information is widely used in various industrial, agricultural, commercial, and other living. At present, the problems exist in the accuracy and time synchronization of the measurement information. That brings the difficulty for data analysis and decision making. This paper starts from the existing measurement information, in-depth analyses the root cause, puts forward the measurement information of differential method, the effect of practical application in electric power system by measuring the differential method of information So as to determine the role of differential measurement method of information and promotion value, provide strong support for the rapid development of automation information technology.

Abstract: This article expounds the latest developments of key technology about carrier aggregation of LTE-A, and introduces cross carrier scheduling. Then it mainly studies the control signaling, reconfiguration message sent from upper layers defined by 3GPP protocol, and Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) blind decoding method which supports cross carrier scheduling. Finally, with correct simulation results, it shows that the method meets the requirement of 3GPP, and provides a theoretical basis for realizing detection of PDCCH in LTE-A system.

Abstract: Skylight polarization pattern is used as an important navigation clue for desert ant and bees. The paper will present a new solar direction extracting method based on the polarization degree measurement. Two kinds of solar direction calculation model will be derived, one is by the polarization degree measurement of two observation directions, the other one is by the polarization degree and polarization E-vector direction measurement of the same observation direction.

Abstract: The non-contact mechanical seal end faces opening friction condition detection and the measurement of film thickness when the end faces is just-lift-off, which are always key problems for scholars engaged in sealing industry for many years, but there is no effective solution. Acoustic emission (AE) signal generated in the running process of mechanical seal end faces has a plenty of information about the faces contact state. According to this, the thickness measurement of mechanical seal and opening condition monitoring technology by using particle filter are put forward based on the acoustic emission signal. Acoustic emission sensor is installed in the stationary ring seat, used for the indirect outer detection of the dynamic and stationary rings opening condition. The acoustic emission signals are processed by particle filter technology, and then the signal features are extracted in time domain, frequency domain and wavelet packet energy. A BP neural network model is established, the features of signal characteristic used as input of the model. It is finally realized that the mechanical seal end faces opening condition was recognized and the film thickness was measured. Eddy current sensor is installed inside the stationary ring and used for direct measurement of film thickness and verify the results got from the BP neural network. Through the experiment, this method is practical and effective, and which can be used in the monitoring of mechanical seal end faces working condition in industrial field.

Abstract: SOFC laid in complicated Marine environment, are extremely vulnerable to all kinds of external factors, and anchor damage is the biggest threat to submarine cable communication. In order to overcome the limitations of existing SOFC monitoring technology, the double M-Z distributed optical fiber sensing technology is selected to apply in on-line monitoring of SOFC, and the monitoring system is designed both in software and hardware. The optimization scheme of being in conjunction with monitoring and control system of SOFC is put forward in anticipation of the possible problem of false alarm in the future application of the monitoring system.

Abstract: The fault diagnosis of electrical control system of certain type mine sweeping vehicle is difficult due to its complex structure and advanced technique. So in the multi-sensor failure diagnosis process, as a result of various reasons, such as the existence of measurement noise, diagnosis knowledge incomplete and so on, it makes the fault diagnosis uncertainty and affects the reliability and the accuracy of the diagnosis result. This article according to the analysis of electrical control system's fault characteristic of the mine sweeping plough’s, proposes a technique based on data fusion fault diagnosis method. The diagnosis process is divided into the sub system and the system-level, the subsystem uses the BP neural network to classify the fault mode, the system-level uses the D-S evidence theory carries on the comprehensive decision judgment for the whole system's fault. Application shows if some sub-neural network diagnosis has error, using D-S evidence theory fusion can effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis.

Abstract: Modern people spend more than 90% of their life indoors and therefore the indoor environment quality has great impact on the body health and working efficiency of human beings. A series of detectors thus been developed to evaluate the indoor environment quality. Nevertheless, these devices are either expensive or too simple. In this paper, a portable detector model, basing on the Lego Blocks Principle, is proposed. Users are able to select sensing modules according to their preference based on the precision requirements, price constraints and size limitations before piling them together like blocks to realize the multi-parameter detection. The measuring results are sent to the terminal mobile phones or remote server for future procession.

Abstract: Microbial monitoring of broiler production can provide an important theoretical basis for the prevention and control of animal diseases and reduce the pollution of the environment. In order to investigate the contamination and spread of Campylobacter jejuni in broiler production chain, we collected samples from the broiler farms, slaughterhouse and market of a big production chain in Qingdao, isolated and identified of Campylobacter jejuni. Then we used genotyping method to subtype the isolates. The result showed that C.jejuni were widespread in broiler pruduction chain, and the strains can spread during the production chain, so strengthen the scientific management of the production chain must be implemented. Control in the feeding, processing and preparation before eating of chicken are the important measures in reducing the Campylobacter jejuni infections caused by chicken.
