Abstract: ultivariate process capability indices (MPCI), as an important means of statistical process control (SPC), can be used to ensure the high reliability of semiconductors manufacturing process. However, the reasonable sampling number is an important factor when considering MPCI values. As general, the large sample number requires much effort and time, or even cannot be achieved. In this paper, we evaluated the impact of different sample size on the calculations of multivariate process capability indices using simulation and analyses. After getting enough data and choosing disparate sample numbers, corresponding multivariate process capability indices can be obtained, which demonstrate the relationship between sampling numbers and calculation results. The conclusions have critical guiding significance for manufacturing semiconductors with high reliability requirement.

Abstract: Introduces a method of using STC89C51 microcontroller as the control core, the system capacitance sensor for measuring and controlling liquid level. Through the analysis of field level condition, by using the capacitance sensor to detect the liquid level of a field physical quantity, and then detected information through the processing circuit, transmitted to the microcontroller, the use of computer technology, the level data collected in the field of real time signal processing. Through the application of the system, achieved the industrial level of indirect measurement, automatic control and management purposes.

Abstract: For the point of high-resolution remote sensing image segmentation, this paper compared the segmentation effect between eCognition and EDISON through adjusting appropriate parameters. The experiment show that eCognition plays better than that of EDISON in segmenting more complex ground objects, while EDISON plays better in segmentation more uniform ground objects.

Abstract: Defects inspection of printed matter that combines the image processing technology with printing principle is a kind of automatic detection method for high speed printing. In view of the displacement error, stains wrinkle, fuzzy words in the current printing industry, this paper has adopted template matching algorithm to compare the standard image and the detected image, followed by the neighborhood method to analyze, then extracted the defects and marked the defect location. This study has good anti-noise function and makes detection precision be controlled within 0.5mm×0.5mm.

Abstract: In the micro-climate cloth researching, we usually need to accurate measuring the body temperature, in this paper we choose the constant-voltage temperature measuring system based on the NTC thermistor to measure the temperature. Because the resistance of the thermistor and the temperature is not linear, so this will cause the output of the measurement circuit is not linear. In actual measurement we usually require the output of the circuit varies linearly in the required range. This paper mainly research the linearization problem of the NTC thermistor bridge circuit in the required temperature range.

Abstract: Valve plate differential pressure leak measuring device uses channels in the plate instead of the pneumatic pipe lines in traditional leak measuring devices. The integrated device in this paper will integrate the whole leak measuring pneumatic system on a fixed valve plate through combining self-made valve plate and pneumatic valve, which will significantly reduce the cost, simplify the design of the differential pressure leak measuring pneumatic piping, make the operation more simple and improve the reliability and accuracy of leak measuring device. The pneumatic charging valve and the pneumatic release valve can work in both high and low pressure conditions, so the range of application is very wide and all these features will significantly improve the competitiveness of the differential pressure leak measuring device company.

Abstract: Aiming at the relatively complicated methods of zero-line detection of artillery, and the limiting of high requirements for target range measurement or the field of calibrating artillery of combat troops, this paper presents the method that laser alignment is applied to complete zero-line detection of artillery. This paper introduces the basic principles and methods of the method, and conduct theoretical analysis, modeling and calculation and determination of related parameters based on the optical principles of laser. This method can be used to complete zero-line detection of artillery in small venue, and provide convenient conditions for the detection for aiming line of artillery, the method is especially suitable for limiting of the field of calibrating artillery of combat troops, and calibrating artillery before shooting in a relatively harsh climatic conditions.

Abstract: Blades are an important part of aviation engine, its manufacturing compliance seriously affect the performance of the engine. Blades tend to be free-form surface modeling, which makes it extremely difficult to measurement. Since no probe radius compensation, high efficiency, non-contact optical measurement methods get more and more attention, but the inspection uncertainty of optical measurement is usually between 30um to 50um .To reduces the optical non-contact measurement uncertainty, this paper presents an Optical-triangulation-based method for measurement of blade sections. There is a data optimization process in the method, and this feature makes the proposed method can obtain better measurement results. At last, some experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of this method.

Abstract: Nowadays,artificial recognition is widely used in the mushroom inspection system, however, it depends on subjective judgment of inspectors.Therefore,the testing personnel's experience, technology and other factors will affect the objectivity and accuracy of test results.Commodity inspection system need a high-speed, objective and accurate method for the on-line hair detection in the mushroom.On the basis of summary of domestic and foreign research, this paper studies the target identification and feature extraction techniques based on computer vision, conducts a feasibility study for the real-time hair detection system.

Abstract: In this paper, calibration algorithm of point-structured laser’s beam space position can work in coordinate measuring machine (CMM) system by using the object-oriented design method with VS2010.And then, building complex mathematical model to achieve the auto-calibration process,so it can improve the efficiency and the repeatability of the probe calibration. The calibration experiments proved that the auto-calibration model was right.
