Abstract: This paper presents the design of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) formation flight control laws and then the virtual Environment setup of a nice structure for close formation flight. The images of the target airplane projected on the video-camera plane of the follower airplane are captured and processed into vision information The simulation setup includes airplane dynamics, autopilots and formation keeping controller and module that creates virtual environment for the simulation of the vision software called Unity3D. The UKF is applied to the relative motion estimator due to the highly nonlinear characteristics of the problem.

Abstract: In order to predict scientific and reasonable torpedo ladle number and optimize torpedo ladle scheduling, this article analyzed operation process and turnover cycle of torpedo ladle in K steel plant as the research object. The relationship between blast furnace supply and continuous caster demand is analyzed. Based on relationship between supply and demand, the calculation model of torpedo ladle number is put forward under the conditions of blast furnace supply greater than, less than, and equal to the continuous caster demand. The control model can calculate the number of normal ladle and saving ladle and casting ladle. Satisfactory effects are obtained after applying the calculation model in production. The torpedo ladle number of different relationships between supply and demand can decrease. The research results supplies new methods for optimization and control of ironmaking and steelmaking interface system. The research methods enrich the theory of integration and optimization of metallurgy process system.

Abstract: Decision capacity and command level is essential for accurate aerial delivery of parafoil. In this paper, we according to the system theory and the modular scheme, put forward the parafoil precision airdrop aided decision model consist ofaircraft flight route model,parafoil maneuvering performance model,high altitude wind field characteristic model, landing terrain environment model, the enemy threat situation model, complex electromagnetic environment simulation mode. Andwe focuses on the aircraft flight route model, landing terrain environment model and the simulation model of high altitude wind. The model can providecertain auxiliary decision information to airdrop commander; can also be used to other specific precision airdrop work.

Abstract: Through the analysis of the role of the force and moment on TV-guided projectile, the rigid body trajectory model of the projectile is established, and the simulation program of trajectory is developed based on MATLAB. The simulation results are basically consistent with the experimental results, so the trajectory model can reflect the characteristics of the TV-guided projectile. The characteristics of trajectory, velocity, trajectory tilt angle and attack angle are analyzed by simulations that can provide theoretical basis for improving correction precision.

Abstract: According to the principle of TV-guided projectile, the impact of ballistic vertical wind for guidance precision in TV guidance segment was analyzed, and the distance errors caused by ballistic vertical wind was calculated by simulation, then error-correcting formula was fitted by binary quartic polynomial. The fitted values was compared with firing table values, the results prove fitting formula can meet the accuracy requirements, so the error-correcting formula can provide a theoretical basis and technical methods to improve the accuracy of TV-guided projectile.

Abstract: For the sake of researching the changes of operating speed when road condition alters, a calibrated model of operating speed was submitted. The model is based on the existed operating speed model fitting to experiment data, complemented and revised by taking vehicle dynamics and driver behaviors in to consideration. The driver model is divided in two parts: decision-making and manipulation. Decision-making contains the limitation of current road condition and forward road condition; manipulation indicates how driver control the throttle and brake to make the vehicle acceleration reaches desired acceleration. Simulation analysis and experimental results show that the model can regenerate how vehicle speed changes according to road condition alters, at the same time demonstrate driver’s manipulation on throttle and brake.

Abstract: Using reverse engineering technology software, Imageware and UG, and taking the card buckle as a prototype for the practical application of reverse engineering, this article discusses the method of combining reverse engineering with rapid technology. Using optical system to collect images, and then through the computer image processing technology to extract edge contour digital points, using the existing CAD software processing system for the reconstruction of 3D model, and taking a detail analysis of the critical technology of surface reconstruction, using rapid prototyping technology for processing molding, so as to improve the efficiency of product design, shorten the product development cycle. And at last, through the test, we get some usual problems and solve them one by one.

Abstract: We investigated supply water temperature of the district boiler between 2006 and 2014.And calculated the design life cycles of heating pipeline based on the district boiler as the heat source. Then superposed the number of the design life cycles caused by pipelines accidents and district boiler of the main trunk lines, distribution lines and subscriber connection line, we obtained the design life cycles of different heating pipes. This result can provide a basis for fatigue damage analysis of heating pipe fittings.

Abstract: Paint workshop energy consumption cost is always the prominent part in the production and manufacturing. How to achieve the purpose of saving energy, improving economic efficiency has been the focus of the industry. The principle, characteristics and application prospect of energy management for the automotive paint workshop are illustrated. Combined with the practical application in painting process and paint equipment, energy saving techniques regarding to the paint assembly is analyzed.

Abstract: The regularity of radon exhalation rate in the over-broken granite tunnel is susceptible to weather conditions and ventilation styles. Based on the calculation model of radon exhalation in tunnel, some experiments have been carried out to analyze the variations of radon exhalation in cases of natural ventilation, blowing ventilation and exhaust ventilation separately. The results show that there is a linear relation between the radon exhalation and the natural ventilation quantity, and also between the radon exhalation and the ambient temperature; the radon exhalation in the case of exhaust ventilation is 63% higher than that in the blowing case under the condition of the same ventilation quantity and ambient temperature. Therefore, it is suggested that operation in the tunnel in high temperature be avoided in summer, and the blowing ventilation be adopted as an effective way for ventilation.
