Abstract: This paper refers to a question about the optimum selection of the city bus routes, according to the different needs of passengers, there are three evaluation criteria: the minimum transfer times, the shortest riding time and the lowest riding expenditure. On the base of the three evaluation criteria we construct three models for the bus system and the bus subway system respectively, using the shortest directed route in the weighted graph, definite database technology; we also adopts the improved Dijkstra algorithm and chromatography to present the resolvent of solving the optimal solution.

Abstract: In cooperative games, the formation of coalitional structure and their allocation are important problems. This paper firstly for participants with different position or itself by the relative inseparable coalition composition, put forward weighted cooperative game. The formations of feasible coalition structure are presented. On the basis of the revenues in all feasible coalition structures for every participant, their allocation indexes are determined and based on the allocation indexes, the revenue of the biggest coalitional structure be assigned to each participant. This method's reasonability represents that the participants' allocation indexes are from the competition among individuals and maximizing the overall revenue reflects all participants' cooperation.

Abstract: If the function is the algebraic sum of finite infinitely small quantities, among which one is lower order infinitely small quantity of the others, the lowest order infinitely small quantity is the main part of the function. However, the limit of the quotient between two infinitely small quantities is equal to the limit of the quotient of their main parts. Similarly, if the function is the algebraic sum of finite infinitely large quantities, among which one is the higher order infinitely large quantity of the others, the highest order infinitely large quantity is called as the main part of the function. Moreover, the limit of the quotient between two infinitely large quantities is equal to the limit of the quotient of their main parts.

Abstract: Concept lattice in essence describe the links between objects and attributes,demonstratesthe generalization and specialization of concepts. The corresponding Hasse diagrams realize the visualization of the data. At present, formal concept analysis has been extensively studied and applied to many areas, such asinformation retrieval, machine learning andsoftware engineering. Based on the above reasons, it is necessary to research the methods of latticeconcept of data mining. This paper is divided into three parts; the first part introduces the basic concepts of data mining. The second part introduces the basic theory of concept lattices. The last part focuses on the application of concept in data mining.

Abstract: This article focuses on the non-parametric test of a variety treatment effects by using the rank test to construct statistics. Discussing when the priori knowledge sufficient condition, the rank test method is more effective than test method.

Abstract: Current fishing port regulation on the number of berths calculation, is taking the method of fixed berthing, regarding every berth as an independent one. This paper analyzes the characteristic of fishing docks by flexible berthing, use Arena to solve out the optimal length of shoreline under the condition of fixed through capacity. Then, compare the results with that calculated by the way of fixed berthing, 11.7% of the shoreline length can be saved, which has demonstrate its advantage.

Abstract: Corpus linguistics has become a study mainstream of language. The research based on corpus is no longer a unique field of computer experts. Developing the machine translation system based on Corpus need to train many high-level talents, which not only are proficient in a number of linguistic theory, with abundant translation and interpretation experience, but also are well versed in computer application software development. Therefore, in this paper, study the corpus-based machine translation methods and analyze the machine translation based on statistics.

Abstract: The essence of virtual enterprise partner selection in agile manufacturing is optimization problem. Aiming at the optimization selection feature of virtual enterprise manufacturing partner, a qualitative and quantitative combination method is proposed to solve the problem of partner selection by combination of AHP-FUZZY and genetic algorithm. At last, a practical example will be used to demonstrate.

Abstract: The multi-room fire will cause huge casualties and property losses. Based on a established multi-room model, it simulates the multi-room fire evolution process and studies smoke spreading characteristics, temperature variation in a typical section. The simulation results show that the multi-room fire develops rapidly, the smoke concentration rises up to dangerous level sharply in all rooms, while the temperature rises up to dangerous level just only in the room of occurring fire. And it obtains the quantified influence of environmental factors on multi-room fire evolution. Finally, based on the results it provides corresponding control measures to reduce the multi-room fire damage.

Abstract: The traffic accident scene drawing system provides a system and method for drawing a traffic accident automatically. With the help of our digital information system, it can create a professional sketch through just a few mouse clicks and can measure the distance of vehicles by some accident images. The apple ios not only inherits the MAC OS X system’s image processing function which realized the image correction and maintained image information better, but also makes the operation control touch screen interface well. The system has realized the collection of photos, graphics, image information processing, setting the scene of the accident report into an organic whole, improving the accuracy of the drawing and the efficiency of the traffic accident treatment.
