Abstract: The human wrist has three rotational DOFs. Elbow muscle group work together to drive the wrist joint. According to the above characteristics of human wrist, parallel mechanism with three rotational DOFs of the imitation of human wrist is built. Traditional method for calculating DOF based on arithmetic is not that accurate. The method for analysis of DOF based on theory of constraint screw is explained. According to theory of constraint screw, the parallel mechanism built was analyzed. All the kinematic pairs in the mechanism will be expressed with screws so that the common constraints and the over constraints will be obtained. Through analysis above, the DOFs of the mechanism can be calculated and which a few degrees of freedom of the mechanism will be known. The new method avoids the disadvantages of the traditional method.

Abstract: The shipboard power system network dispatch automation was a recently developed technology which can effectively enhance supply and distribution electrical power system safe operation ability and reliability. With science and technology development, the shipboard power system is getting more and more complex, it is very important to extract the fault accurately and quickly. Based on the characteristics of the shipboard power system, the database technology was used to solve the fault extraction for the shipboard power system network. Simulation results showed it can satisfy real time request and process multi-fault situation appeared in the system and show all the fault branches information.

Abstract: In modern agriculture, greenhouse environment implementation of automatic detection and control is necessary. The key technology of greenhouse facilities is the temperature control. The microcontroller is core processor and the temperature sensor is used to collect temperature data, and transmitting the data to the single chip microcomputer, the data collected will be sent to the digital display, so that operator could observe the current temperature. It can adjust the temperature environment inside the greenhouse in the system and flexible to meet the plant growth habits.

Abstract: The design of control system is composed of scheme, components, hardware equipment and software structure in continuous grinding machine for working stone slabs based on PLC, CCD camera and touch screen in the paper. Switch between manual control and autocontrol of grinding machine is realized through information acquisition from CCD camera, communication between PLC and touch screen. The electrical control measure of PLC is designed to substitue the traditional control circuit in order to realize non-contacting control. Control system of continuous grinding machine for working stone slabs is composed of the signal acquisition system, PLC and touch screen. The control system of grinding machine is more advanced and reliable, meanwhile production efficiency will be improved greatly.

Abstract: In order to improve the safety of buses, based on the research of bus tyre pressure and temperature monitoring system, the control strategy of independent safety control system is proposed, namely in the tyre abnormal initial sound warning prompt, later will enter the fault mode engine "limp home", limiting the power and velocity of the engine, but in the tyre burst or rapid leak the emergency braking control system can take effects for bus, while the engine is "idle" working mode, the driver controls the direction of travel and brake on the bus is just as input of emergency braking control system. Compared with the traditional tyre pressure monitoring system, the system can not only realize the tyre pressure abnormal warning, but also realize the emergency brake control, and the safety of control system which has been installed on the VDS A01 models achieve the basic performance requirements for our design. It has good practical value.

Abstract: According to large energy consumption, overload and re-reflection problemr, the control algorithm of wave-maker has been improved based on Jonswap spectrum. The control algorithm is comprised of the offline calculation of the control waveform and the real-time governing of the wave paddle. Offline algorithm is implemented on a personal computer, whereas paddle control is realized on a programmable automation controller. The experiments results show that the speed is continuous and stable, change rate of load has been optimized obviously and achieves the purpose of energy saving.

Abstract: Acquiring causal knowledge of abnormity is essential to Missile-Launching reliably. There are lots of Knowledge Acquisition methods. But it is absence for usage and maintenance support process. So it is necessary to start the research on new knowledge acquisition technology of aid Decision-Making for Missile-Launching. Based on the Usage and Maintenance-Support Process, this thesis acquires knowledge with the ESD and CESD (Converse Event Sequence Diagram) method. First, this thesis gives the concept of CESD. Then, in order to adapt the CESD model of the complex systems more effectively, this paper expands the CESD framework and provides a software frame of computer aided ESD study. Finally, the operation of pulse power supply system is analyzed on the basis of the improved ESD and CESD. This sample shows the applicability of ESD and CESD methodology in knowledge acquisition technology of aid Decision-Making for Missile-Launching.

Abstract: This research constructed a hot press control system according to the hot-press technical process of wood-based panel, and applied the fuzzy control and traditional PID control to this system. Experiment and simulation results showed that the control effect of the new method is optimal.

Abstract: Aiming at the problems existed in the Production process of Scheelite Alkali Autoclave,The monitoring system and temperature control method for Scheelite Alkali Autoclave reactors were presented. The system use AT89S51 SCM as the core controller, monitor the temperature in the reactor and jacket belt on real-time, and then adjust the temperature by control the steam valve and the refrigerant valve with the Fuzzy-PID hybrid algorithm.The control result shows that it has good security and feasibility.

Abstract: The primary current, the secondary voltage and superficial temperature of ignition coil witness characterization of work performance of the ignition coil. In this paper an ignition coil testing platform based on Labview is developed. The real-time performance parameters of the ignition coil are acquired by data acquisition card,high voltage probe, STM32 micro controller which include the primary current, the secondary voltage and superficial temperature of ignition coil. The results indicate that the testing bench significantly improves the collection of ignition coil performance parameters.
