Abstract: This paper based on the analysis of system structure, uses the method of rate-variable fundamental in-tree of system dynamics, and establishes the feedback structure model of green supply chain management (GSCM) implementation system, using the minimum Archetype Generating set to generate the small feedback archetypes, and find out the dominant factors in the system. Through analyzing the feedback archetypes of the system, put forward to the countermeasures and measures to improve the quality of GSCM implementation.

Abstract: Under the good developing environment offered by China's macroeconomic policies, modern logistics has become an important power of the economy development. Meanwhile, as the national economic artery and important infrastructure and popular transportation, railway plays a vital role in China’s economic and social development. Therefore, to effectively promote the development of national economy, as one essential link of modern logistics, railway should comply with the development characteristics and direction of modern logistics. This paper proposes that railway should adapt to the large scale development trend of modern logistics on the premise of ensuring the social benefits and obtaining the people's accreditation, and develop railway’s diversification management strategy to expand railway market gradually based on the actual needs of the market. This paper put forward three aspects, they are necessity, unique principles and main strategies which offered for carrying out railway’s diversification management strategy.

Abstract: This paper proposes a lightweight mutual authentication protocol for RFID. Based on the simple bit operations, it creates the random number N1 on the tag and the identifier RID on reader to protect the transmission of information, and proves the protocol security at the end. The results show that the proposed protocol can meet the security requirements of confidentiality, integrity, and traceability in RFID applications. Furthermore, the protocol can resist attacks of tracking, eavesdropping, retransmitting and the denial of service, which makes up the security defects mentioned on this paper.

Abstract: Based on the review of related literature about the alignment of new product development (NPD) and supply chain (SC), the related decision variables of NPD and SC are summarized. In order to explore the alignment relationship between NDP and SC, we propose a study framework and the some relationship assumptions. Taking use of questionnaire investigation and Structural Equation Modeling, the relevant assumptions are verified and the mechanism and strategy of the alignment of NPD and SC are explored for Chinese manufacturing enterprises. The research result shows that the modularity and variety of NPD have close relationship with the complexity of supply chain configuration, collaboration and coordination. And the degree of the alignment has an important influence on the supply chain performance of the end product. The relevant conclusions would provide some theoretical reference and practical guidance on the decision of aligning the NPD with SC.

Abstract: Imbalance of supply and demand relation in international market and the increasing volatility of exchange rate force the manufacturer to make reasonable R&D (Research and Development) strategy under turbulent market environment, which has become particularly important to enhance the international competitiveness. This paper presents a fuzzy random variable with multifold uncertain attribute to depict the increasing fluctuation of the market demand and the exchange rate, and thus construct two bilevel programming models with fuzzy random variables, which aims to compare two different R&D strategies: manufacturer involved in R&D independently and joint R&D of manufacturer and supplier. According to the characteristics of the two models, this paper designs the corresponding hybrid intelligent algorithms. The results of the two models in numerical examples show that: collaborative R&D strategy between manufacturer and supplier is better than manufacturer’s independent R&D strategy and the optimal proportion of R&D in this paper can be obtained: the supplier shares 50% of the total R&D cost.

Abstract: Targeting development of control system of a permanent magnet synchronous motor applied to high precision requirement, A strategy is researched to develop a single chip with built-in sensor-less control algorithm which is used as the control core of PMSM control system, the composition of the hardware and the realization of software of the chip are designed, and the simulation experiment is carried out to verify feasibility and rationality of the control strategy as well.

Abstract: An autonomous under vehicle (AUV) should have the ability of self-saving and finishing the certain targets when faults occur, which means that an AUV must have the ability of fault-tolerant control. In order to make it possible, one AUV’s fault-tolerant control strategy is made, which is based on the active disturbance rejection control (ADRC). In this paper, the control method in normal and the one in fault are offered respectively. Besides that, one simulation compared with PID control is made. The simulation results show the AUV’s fault-tolerant control strategy based on ADRC can achieve the goal and has better control results to restrain the shock, overshoot and other phenomena caused by disturbance than the strategy based on PID.

Abstract: In order to develop the control system for fully automatic molding machine which runs stable, reliable and high-automatically, its operational requirements analysis are studied deeply, based on the analysis of present research and development situation on domestic and foreign molding machine, this paper analyses its mechanical structure, working principle, hydraulic system. Finally, the author designs the FX2N PLC control system and briefly describes designing method and characteristics of hardware and software, which solves the problem: the low efficiency of domestic steel automatic stacker molding, collision quality loss and coordination of multiple devices in transit.

Abstract: In recent years, Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV), as a mobile robot, has been developed rapidly, especially with the rapid development of sensor technology, navigational technology has been widely used in the field of automatic guided vehicle. Meanwhile, the guidance mode has broken through the single way of track-laying and is developing towards a diversified direction. This paper elaborated the operating principle and the advantages of several commonly used ways of guiding, put forward the way of guiding which combined laser guidance with electromagnetic guidance and laser site positioning.
