Abstract: The phenomenon of waste in enterprise production process is very common, how to eliminate waste in order to reduce these costs has been become a key issue for enterprise managers. In this paper, seven waste from the point of lean production: inventory, overproduction, waiting, unnecessary transport, extra action, defective products and excess processing have been analyzed, and eliminates waste which is widespread in enterprises based on the theory of industrial engineering, lean production and other technology-AHP analyzes the effect of implementation have been used.

Abstract: According to 62 field fault data from a certain type of 8 NC machine tools, maintainability distribution model is established based on the repair time. Hypothesis testing shows that the repair times of NC machine tools fit mathematical model of lognormal distribution. This provides the basis for maintainability assessment of NC machine tool as well as the development of maintenance strategy in the future.

Abstract: This paper considers single machine scheduling and due date assignment problems in which the jobs need to be delivered to customers after processing. It is assumed that the delivery times are proportional to the length of the already processed jobs, and a job's processing time depends on its position in a sequence. The objective functions include total earliness, the weighted number of tardy jobs and the cost of due date assignment. We analyze the problems with two different due date assignment methods and conclude that the problems are polynomial time solvable. We provide a dynamic programming algorithm with O(n3) times for the problems.

Abstract: Cut angle is one of the best important parameters of chimney demolished by controlled blasting. The suitable angle is effected by a lot of factors. But mechanical principle is not entirely clear. The theoretical value of angle is usually designed by experience formula . At the same time, the factual angle made by blasting is also fuzzy and random. So in this paper, the formula to calculate fuzzy reliability of cut angle is derived according to fuzzy reliability theory. It provides an credible parameter for engineering blasting designer. Linear memberships function is adopted for theory value of cut angle and the factual blasting angle is a random variable which is suggested to be normally distributed. At last, an engineering example is given to verify the method of this paper.

Abstract: Thousand Millions of e-waste generated annually over the world. In 2012 289.32 metrics kilotones of e-waste generated in Malaysia. A good reverse logistics network design is needed to support the product recovery process in order to reduce waste disposal and landfill. This paper propose a mathematical model to examine if the reverse logistics of each state on Malaysia can be sustain with the profit made from resell of refurbished computers and components to cover the cost of overall system. In the case study we examine the model in each state of Malaysia with the information of Malaysia Census 2010 to determine if any such facility can be establish. The research will recommend reverse logistics approach appropriate to Malaysia.

Abstract: Prediction of traffic flow is an important content of intelligent transportation system and the basic of traffic organization. Due to the poor accuracy of single predicted methods, this paper used Grey relational analysis to determine how important of each predicted methods in combination model. Using test methods to try to get the best weight set. By a case, the conclusion showed this weighted method was very effective.

Abstract: Green supply chain is necessary for economical sustainable development. In this paper, green supply chain and traditional supply chain are compared and analyzed, characters of green supply chain are discussed, and the harm of traditional supply chain to the environment is very serious. Then, DEA model is introduced to evaluate green supply chain. Based on the above, this paper finds out effective non-DEA enterprises by bringing the performance indicators of 12 enterprises into DEA model, which can provide the reference for enterprises to improve operating mode of the supply chain or develop a new green supply chain.

Abstract: In mobile computing, mobility management is a fundamental issue. The substance of mobility management are proxy and forwarding based model to achieve, the difference of a variety of technologies are the choice which proxy and forwarding entity is chosen and what strategy to implement proxy and forwarding services. The paper propose a basic framework based on mobile agent technology forwarding proxy migration, combined with a mechanism for automatic proxy service deployment for mobile environments by using active network nodes, collaborative support to complete the optimization proxy services, which has a unique advantage of dynamic execution, reducing the switching overhead, improving efficiency of the system and showing good applied characteristics.

Abstract: the internet of things, an important part of the new generation information technology, is known as a information industry wave after the computer, internet and mobile communication network, and has been included into the core area of Chinese strategic emerging industry. In view of unceasingly domestic food safety problems, the paper put forward the construction of food safety monitoring system based on internet of things technology, to promote resource-saving, environment-friendly society sustainable development.
