Abstract: Based on summarizing characteristics of three common kinds of filter method (median filter, mean filter and Gaussian filter) through theory analysis and experiments in Imageware software, a more effective method of smoothing point cloud data was proposed, and the algorithm was realized by programming in MATLAB. Experimental results show that the proposed method combines the advantages of the median filter and mean filter in together, achieves the purpose of smoothing, also ensures the shape of the original data. This research result will lay a foundation for subsequent reconstruction precision of curved surface.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of quality management and control in mold manufacturing process, this paper adopts SPC technology to solve the problem of mold production quality control. First of all, it expounded the mechanism of SPC to control the quality and take the machining process of the stamping die mold as an example, using statistical techniques to control the production process quality effectively; Secondly, by using control chart, whether the production process in a state of statistical control could be quickly determined, and the fixture loosening caused by abnormal production would be found and eliminated timely; Finally, through the process capability analysis, the level of process ability could be timely understood, and then two effective measures of improving production processes were put forward in order to reduce the feed rate and improve the process ability of workers.

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of less quality characteristics data in multi-specification and small-batch production, matter-element theory was applied to adjust similarity of factors affecting the quality during the processing, thus similar processes was divided and data shortage problem was resolved. In addition, the relative range method was applied to translate characteristics data, thus drawing the control chart to judge process control state.Through the analysis of a case,the validity of quality control method was verified in the multi-specification and small-batch production.

Abstract: To ensure competitiveness in today’s market, process planning should be collaboratively performed in manufacturing enterprises. Since process planning is a huge and complex job, several designers should process planning together. Designers consult with one another regarding the results through continuous communication and collaboration. In this research, key technologies are studied according to requirements analysis on collaborative process planning system. The flow is described based on the characters of collaborative process planning. The structure of this system is built and the system is implemented to save the cost and improve the reliability of process planning.

Abstract: Computer Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW) has been considered as a promising approach for developing process planning systems and optimizing process plans. Process planning based on CSCW is inevitable for reducing manufacturing preparation time and costs through concurrent and collaborative engineering. Since process planning is a huge and complex job, several process planners should execute planning together. Therefore, information exchange in collaborative process planning is very frequent and the synchronization for each user has a decisive influence in collaborative process planning system. In this research, expression of process documents based on XML is studied and the method that process documents are mapped into XML documents is described. Implementation of synchronous mechanism is presented to develop the system of collaborative process planning.

Abstract: To solve the drawbacks that the existing Pareto chart do not consider the fuzzy attribute of quality and imbalance of the improvement opportunities for quality defects, the nonconformity membership analysis method was introduced to lead a classification analysis on quality defects data, which increased the flexibility of data analysis, and Pareto priority index was introduced to assess improvement opportunities for quality defects, which increased the rationality during decision-making for quality defective items to improve. The two ways were both integrated to the analysis instance of equipment maintenance quality data based on fuzzy weighted Pareto chart, then weights and dynamic threshold were set to get different results of the Pareto analysis. The presented method can provide effective method support for organizations to scientifically analyze equipment maintenance quality data and accurately determine the direction of quality improvement.

Abstract: In recent years, with the continuous improvement of production capacity, manufacturing industry restructuring and achieved great results, significantly increased the proportion of high-tech industries, some traditional industries has continued to decline. Manufacturing is the material basis of our national economy and the main industry, which largely determines the level of development of comprehensive national strength. This has brought great difficulties to the economic modeling and forecasting system. This paper presents an improved modeling and forecasting methods, recombinant methods by introducing chain data and add data growth economic indicators in an artificial neural network training, the time series data input window to solve practical engineering problems forecasts.

Abstract: Based on innovative design generation process model and innovative mechanism, this paper designs an evaluation system of the existing publicity translation frame so as to create an appropriate innovative design to implement quality monitoring and control into practice; at the same time, guided by the innovation design cognitive experiment, it also illustrates the formation of quality monitoring and control on publicity translation system. The cognitive motivation of innovation and strategy selection are discussed, and subsequently Xi'an urban publicity translation system innovation design is used as an example to confirm the presentation and the feasibility of the generated creative solutions.

Abstract: Human resource is an indispensible element of industrial engineering. Based on Neuro-Industrial-Engineering, we combine the cognitive neuroscience and information technology with cybernetics, and advance a new intelligent human-machine system. Starting with neurophysiological signal (such as electroencephalogram) collection, the system is capable of real-time monitoring and online assessment of the workers’ physiological states. Based on the physiological information and the production information, the system could detect the bottleneck of the assembly line and realize automatic control of the assembly line’s flow velocity. It largely enhances the response speed of the system, and increase the productivity as well as product quality, which is much more effective than the Toyota system in which the assembly line is only stopped when a specific production accident has been detected during production.
