Abstract: The aim of Computer Aided Innovation (CAI) is to support the engineer’s problem solving process with current design method and knowledge base. TRIZ is developed based on the patents analysis within the cross domain in the world and it is used in innovation design widely. Conflict Matrix, Effect, Standard Solution and Separate Principle are the key TRIZ tools used to resolve the inventive problems. And they can also be used for knowledge representation in the design system. As a Computer Aided Innovation System, Innovation Engine is developed and instructed. The effect of TRIZ methodology and CAI system can be proved with the case analysis of the cavity shape design of the rotor channel in the vertical shaft impact crusher. With limited power of electrical motor, there is a technical conflict in a vertical shaft impact crusher when requirement of improving break ratio of the stone materials. With the recommended principle (Curvature), the conception of a channel with a curvilinear shape can be gotten.

Abstract: In this paper, the rotational invariance technique (ESPRIT) based on the cross-correlation matrix is used to estimate the power quality indices (PQI) . This method enables the alleviation of the effects of additive noise, and improves the computational efficiency. Computer simulation and experimental were performed on synthesized signals to assess the performance of the method.

Abstract: Material science is an interdisciplinary field applying the properties of matter to various areas of science and engineering. In this paper, the notion of orthogonal nonseparable six-variable wavelet bundles is introduced. A new method for designing them is presented by iteration process. A nice approach for constructing six-variable biorthogonal wavelet bundles is developed. The bi-orthogonality property of six-variable wavelet packets is discussed. Biorthogonality formulas con-cerning these six-variable wavelet packets are obtained. A constructive method for affine frames is presented. Moreover, it is shown how to get new Riesz bases of from the wavelet bundles.

Abstract: Through the mental models, mental logic and raven's graphic reasoning test research, this paper deduced a series of graphic reasoning paradigm, and summarized the process of graphical reasoning. Through the demonstration of problem difficulty experiment and written report experiment, confirmed a high relevance between the graphic logic steps iteration and species and questions difficulty. Abstract: Monitoring agricultural market information is the foundation of modern agricultural economy and management. In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy in monitoring and early warning agricultural market information, it is necessary to develop a monitoring and early warning system based on Android smart phone, which standardized collects and analyzes comprehensive agricultural market information. The system consists of two components, a Data Acquisition Platform (DAP) and a Center Control Platform (CCP). Combined with agricultural standards, the DAP are located at agricultural market places, and each DAP is equipped with Android smart phone and DAP system, which includes ten kinds of agricultural market information through manual inputting DAP and then sends the collected agricultural market information to CCP via 3G, GPRS or SMS communication link. The function of the CCP is to receive, store, display, and analyze the database on line. It also provides functions like queries, early warning, and geographic information display. The system has been tested on field for nearly half a year (September 2012 to February 2013) in five provinces in China, this experimental results demonstrate that comprehensive agricultural market information can be achieved by our system, which can analysis price changes of agricultural products spatially and temporally in circulation domain through monitoring agricultural prices in farm field market, wholesale market, supermarket, and retail market. Based on the long-term monitoring database acquired by our system, the relationship among prices of different agricultural commodities can be easily analyzed. With the help of this system, researchers can judge the correlation of the occurrence of fluctuations in agricultural prices and local market conditions. Since the long-term database provides us with the details of the agricultural prices, the system allows us to control price fluctuations timely and maintain the stability of agricultural markets.
