Abstract: Dynamic path selection algorithm is one of the most important researches in Intelligent Transportation System (ITS). After comparing in this article, we select Dijkstra algorithm as the optimal path algorithm. The traditional algorithm applies only to the static road network, the improved algorithm obtained optimal path planning program in the dynamic path selection. Finally, the combination of a numerical example, the improved algorithm for real-time, dynamic, effectiveness is verified through computer simulation. The accuracy of the prediction of the traffic flow plays a key role in the path planning, and the fusion forecast information dynamic path selection problem has important practical significance.

Abstract: Test point selection is the basic problem of fault diagnosis systems. It is also one of the key links in designing the condition monitoring system. Aiming at the optimizing the test points on circuit board level, an optimal selection method is proposed. It is the method which combines the SVM algorithm and the feature selection method. The principle and process of the method are discussed in detail and in the fault diagnosis experiment of a circuit board, the effectiveness is verified finally.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the mechanism of combined raceway superfinishing technique of precision bearing, via the relationship between coarse and superfinishing oilstone and raceway geometric accuracy, probes forming mechanism of raceway geometric accuracy under double oilstone pressure as well as auto dynamic control functions. Additionally, this paper analyzes the feasibility of combined coarse and superfinishing technique, brings forward practice methods and steps of combined finishing technique; discusses how to realize smooth transition of technique parameters, so as to reduce surface texture changes of working pieces, achieve assistant grinding of superfinishing oilstone, improve surface quality of raceway and decrease reflection error of superfinishing. Meanwhile, this paper adopts embeded technology to realize auto dynamic control of oilstone pressure, so as to effectively eliminate surface error resulted from oilstone raising and furthermore enhance surface geometric accuracy of precision bearing.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to exploit student preference and propose, discuss and experimentally validate a strategy that aims to reduce time necessary to introduce tutoring of mind mapping to environment engineering students. A survey instrument was designed and used to collect student preferences about mind mapping. Preferences were linked to alternative scenarios of mind mapping deployment. Survey responses from a 60 second-year students from the Department of Environment Engineering and Management were analyzed using conjoint analysis. The findings of this paper provide a well documented framework in addressing mind mapping technique to engineering students. The proposed framework tries to make the best use of the available time for creativity development programs, in environment engineering departments. This framework may also be applied to other creativity enhancing techniques, providing solutions for incorporating creativity in environment engineering curricula.

Abstract: Risks and variables are frequently encountered when executing special projects. If these risks are handled effectively and the variables are controlled with definite and effective manners, the probability of success is enhanced. This study aims to explore and analyze these critical elements and find out the influential factors to success. Findings reveal that at the planning stage of the special project, cost-estimation is deemed the most important element by the overall interviewees; meanwhile, at the stage of deployment, construction costs and administrative management have positive effects on the overall satisfaction level, nevertheless, control-and-guarantee has a negative effective on the overall satisfaction.

Abstract: The curriculum construction is a very important work leading to the excellent course. Processing Technology of Paper Box and Carton (including 32 class hours) is a new elective course to the printing engineering in our college. It is very important and necessary to construct the course in time. At first, the current states and difficulties were introduced in the paper, which was that teaching contents, teaching courseware and teacher team should be all improved. Especially, the teaching content proportion on both paper box and carton was set. And then the ideas and ways used for building up the curriculum system are presented as integrating the teaching contents, reforming the teaching mode and strengthening the teaching management. Finally, the significance of carrying out the teaching reform was put forward, and the achievements of course construction should be applied to the usual teaching work. The curriculum Processing Technology of Paper Box and Carton was reckoned as the excellent curriculum of Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication in 2013.

Abstract: The maintenance project of martial equipments is a task to guarantee the reliable run or eliminating a certain hidden trouble of martial equipments, by using fund, equipments, manpower, through reasonable organizing form, and be accomplished in stated time limitation. The maintenance management of martial equipments is an important content of martial management, and the maintenance management level of martial equipments becomes an important factor to influence the enhancement of equipments’ warfare ability. At present, our management method cannot adapt to the requirement of martial equipments’ development. The maintenance management of martial equipments is a kind of all-round management engineering. Along with the produce of more and more high-tech martial equipments, maintenance management has to face more and more big pressure. The maintenance management of martial equipments has the characteristic of specific aim, restriction of fund and time, one-off point, and there are various kinds of risks exist during the process of martial equipments’ maintenance, that is the basic characters of project. Then, using the method of project management to guide the work of martial equipments’ maintenance is bound to make the maintenance work more and more systemic and standard.

Abstract: As manufacturing and service integrate, service manufacturing has been a new trend in the revolution of manufacturing enterprise. Based on value evolution mechanism, this essay puts main efforts in analyzing the elements, structures and development trend of service manufacturing, and advances a three-layer value chain model based on service production activities, productive service activities and customers' all way participation. Lastly, this essay establishes a three-layer value-added model of service manufacturing value chain, and puts forward six key factors to realize value-added of service manufacturing value chain.
