Abstract: Distance education is a field of education that focuses on the pedagogy, technology, and instructional system designs that aim to deliver education to students who are not physically "on site" in a traditional classroom or campus. It has been described as a process to create and provide access to learning when the source of information and the learners are separated by time and distance. This emerging technology is becoming widely used in universities and institutions around the globe. With the recent trend of technological advance, distance learning is becoming more recognized for its potential in providing individualized attention and communication with students internationally.

Abstract: Distance education is the process of creating an educational experience of equal quality for the learner to best suit their needs outside the classroom. The types of available technologies used in distance education are divided into two groups: synchronous and asynchronous. Synchronous technology is a mode of online delivery where all participants are "present" at the same time requiring a timetable to be organized. Distance education has long had trouble with testing. The delivery of testing materials is fairly straightforward, which makes sure it is available to the student and he or she can read it at their leisure.

Abstract: Campus grid is to use grid technology, the existing campus network, distributed, heterogeneous computing resources and information resources to the virtual integrated together to form a pool of available computing resources and can provide information platform for users to query information. This paper presents job scheduling model based on open grid service architecture by analyzing the current status of campus network and grid technologies. The simulation results show that the models are feasibility and validity.

Abstract: Electronic commerce is becoming increasingly important in business, but lack of intention to purchase has become a main barrier in the development of electronic commerce. Thus, effective measures are needed to promote consumers’ intentions to purchase in online consumer to consumer stores. This paper will discuss issues about goods delivery cost and delivery quality in E-commerce. According to the result of research, the paper predicts the future development trend of China E-commerce.

Abstract: Data mining is the process of analyzing data from different perspectives and summarizing it into useful information. The financial management of enterprise management is an important component of the work is the core of enterprise management, improve business management and enhance the economic efficiency of enterprises is very important role. This paper proposes an improved data mining method to enhance the capability of exploring valuable information from financial statements. Experimental results indicate that this proposed method significantly improves the performance.

Abstract: The extraction of ground navigation line is one of the basic technologies of mobile robot visual navigation. Due to the shortcomings of traditional Hough transform and the least square method to extract navigation line, a new method of navigation line extraction based on edge detection is proposed in this paper, which includes three stages: image preprocessing, morphology de-noising and edge detection. First, using monocular camera to collect image of navigation line laid on the ground in advance and preprocesses the collected image, and then using morphology to remove separated points and empties, finally, detects the edge of the processed image, and calculates the slope of navigation line according to the calculated midpoints, then computed the deviated angle of the robot according to the slope and adjusted in real time in order to achieve navigation. Results of experiments show that the method has good feasibility.

Abstract: In this paper, gear-shafting system dynamics theory has been introduced into the torsional vibration calculation of the marine propulsion shaft and the vibration equations of a marine gear-shafting system were established using the lumped parameter model by taking the gear-shafting system in marine propulsion shaft as the research object. In order to solve the problem of vibration equation, dynamic simulation has been done in MATLAB software, in which the natural frequency of the system has been obtained from the simulation curve by changing the input frequency, meanwhile, the conclusion that the gears pair comprehensive meshing error is independent of the system natural frequency has been achieved. Thus, the analysis method presented in this work is available for the torsional vibration calculation of the marine gear-shafting system.

Abstract: The paper mainly discusses large aircraft project that affects Xi'an local economy and the supporting for it by local government other way. Yanliang district of Xi'an is the only National Aviation high-tech industry. Though deeply analysis the large aircraft market and economic situation of Xi'an with theory of industry chain and Solow Model, then it can be found that the economic interaction between large aircraft project and Xi'an.
