Dynamics Analysis of Gear Mesh of Transmission Based on Virtual Prototype

A commercial transmission provided by enterprise is analyzed in this paper. Its 3D model is established in UG software, its dynamic force and corresponding frequency diagram of constant mesh gear pair is analyzed in coupling mechanical system simulation(ADAMS). According to the result of analysis, the conclusion can provide basis for fatigue property, strength checking, structure optimization of gears and shafts, and noise abatement of global transmission. This method is an additional project for the stability, security of transmission products.
