Abstract: Wind generating stand-alone supply systems has presented new demands for induction generator. The dual stator-winding induction generator is presented for these demands. In this paper, the electromagmeshic field analysis for an optimal sample of dual stator-winding induction generator is proposed via maxwell2D ANSOFT. The physical model and mesh cutting model of FEA are setup. The field analysis of no-load and rated-load are presented respectively. Post disposing results are analyzed.

Abstract: Molecular dynamics simulation based on the Morse potential is carried out to investigate the rapid solidification of Zn. Radial distribution function, the energy analysis, Voronoi polyhedral structure analysis are used to analyze the microstructure evolution of solidification process. The results showed that amorphous structure formed when the cooling rate exceeded 2.5×1012K/s; crystal formed when the cooling rate less than 7.0×1011K/s; complex structure formed when the cooling rate was between7.0×1011K/s and 2.5×1012K/s.

Abstract: Super-capacitor is suitable as braking energy storage device for electric vehicle because of its high charge and discharge rate, long life, simple structure and reliable performance advantages. When driving motor of the electric vehicles runs on regenerative electric power state, it can not only provide braking force, but also charge to the energy storage device to recover the kinetic energy, thus endurance mileage of electric vehicle can be extended considerably. In this paper, braking energy recovery model was built by using the Matlab/Simulink software, and whole vehicle model based on automobile theory, the motor efficiency model and super-capacitor model were mainly included. Meanwhile some researches were made on the simulation, and the impact of the super-capacitor on the braking energy recovery was analyzed.

Abstract: An isolated heat exchange system is added to Beijing Unicom computer room in order to reduce air-conditioning energy consumption of original computer room. The steady-state model of the heat exchange system is built using mechanism modeling method according to actual operating data and the basic principles of heat transfer process. To obtain the maximum of energy efficiency of the system, the complex method was used to search the optimal operating point. By comparing the data before and after optimization, it shows that the complex method for solving operational problems of heat exchange system is very effective.

Abstract: With Normalized Energy Stability Margin(Sne ) as stability criterion, this paper studies the tumbles of omni-directional static walking of a quadruped robot around the line connecting two adjacent supporting legs on rough terrain, proposes the method to improve the stability of quadruped robot by increasing the (Sne ) value, which is realized by lowering the height of center of gravity(COG), and finally substantiates the feasibility of the method through a simulation experiment.

Abstract: The 3D numerical models of a single free falling bubble hitting water surface and multi bubbles floating upward and fusing have been achieved by considering the influences of surface tension and wall functions in theoretical framework of VOF. On that basis, the 3D hot-state numerical model for simulating top-blown bath in ISA furnace is presented. The influences of the injection flow rate and the depth of immersion on mixing behavior and temperature distribution are discussed. The results of this paper provide the reference of theory calculation of optimizing operation of ISA furnace.

Abstract: The Finite element analysis model of fiber-reinforced iron-boron alloy was established in this article. Effects of the fiber properties on residual thermal stress and tensile strength of the composites were calculated. Composites with different fibers were calculated and comparatively studied.

Abstract: The car door modal analysis was an important method to obtain its dynamic characteristics. In order to analyze the natural frequency of the door, avoid resonance with the other vibration sources in the vehicle structure and reduce traffic noise, the right front door of a vehicle was made modal analysis based on the finite element method. First, the car door three-dimensional model was established in the CATIA, then it was imported into the HyperMesh to mesh, at last, imported into the Nastran, and the related settings was made to calculate the 7 modal frequencies of the door. By analysis of the vibration shape chart, the door low stiffness positions are found to provoid the reliable reference for optimizing the door design.

Abstract: This paper provided a kind of method to analyze the flux of the switched reluctance motor(SRM) at different rotor position and current by ANSYS. Then the derivative of static inductance with rotor position angle was computed by cubic spline interpolating function, on this basis, the non-linear inductance model with the lookup table of Switched reluctance motor drive system(SRD) was established by SIMULINK. The dynamic properties of SRM was studied comprehensively. Through a prototype simulation of three phase 12/8 SRM, analyzing the characteristics of torque and current to establish reasonable control strategy at the different turn-on angle and turn-off angle. Simulation results showed that the SRM model was reasonable and efficacious, a new idea was proposed for design and debugging of the actual motor control system.

Abstract: In this paper, a novel structure of hybrid magnetic bearing with PM bias and inductance displacement sensor is proposed. The operating principle of the hybrid magnetic bearing with PM bias is introduced. The Electromagnetic Force Model is built in the paper, which is useful for the hybrid magnetic bearing control. An example is given. The analysis of finite element method shows that the structure of the hybrid magnetic bearing with PM bias proposed in the paper is feasible and the calculation method for hybrid magnetic circuit is correct.
