Abstract: We have designed Fuzzy controller to the hot rolling h-beam’s water supply system based on Fuzzy toolbox of Matlab software, we also analyzed the limitations of conventional Fuzzy controller, and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures, which is adding integral functions in Fuzzy controller to eliminate static errors existing at traditional Fuzzy controller. We also adopted Smith predictor to estimate lag phase effects for stability of the system. Simulation results showed that, the controller encompasses rapid responsiveness, excellent stability and strong robustness.

Simulation of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor for Electric Vehicle Indirect-Torque Control System
Abstract: For the request of electric vehicle on drive motor, the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) get more and more attention by its small size and torque characteristics. By analyzing the traction motor characteristics with a constant torque starting and constant power operation, the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) algorithm is used to replace the switching table for direct torque control (DTC) strategy. By analyzing the mathematical model of the PMSM, for the existence of permanent magnets, the rotor coordinate system is applied when calculating the stator flux. Meanwhile, the electric vehicle starting block and the brake block are simulated for the characteristics of that walk namely stop. The results show that the speed has a smooth transition and the torque has a quick response.

Abstract: Vehicle’s turning back performance was an important aspect of handling and stability. Good and suitable turning back performance can reduce effectively the driver’s fatigue and busy. Taking a car for example, in the ADAMS software, the car’s dynamics model was established. According to ISO 4138 and ISO 8855-1991 standards, low-speed turning back virtual test was carried out, and then apply the QC/T 4801 1 999 limit vehicle handling and stability indicators and assessment methods to evaluate the results of the simulation, the result is 86.50835 points, indicating that the model performance of the low-speed turning back is very good.

Abstract: This paper discuses the zero internal force control of a dual-arm space robot installed on a free-flying spacecraft without base position and orientation control holding a single object. In order to save energy consumption, scheme with zero internal forces control, in which the disturbance to the base can be effectively decreased. The validity of this method is proved by computer simulations for a grasp system with a dual-arm space robot of three freedoms.

Abstract: The duplicate rectifier’s control strategy and principle are researched. Besides this paper derivers a formula for calculating support capacitor from the relation of power transfer in rectifier. Established simulation model of Traction Power Supply System based on Matlab/Simulink, in order to build platform of Traction Power Supply System’s load condition on digital simulation tests. Through coupling the simulation model of Traction Power Supply System and PWM rectifier, analyzes adaptability of PWM rectifier when the fluctuation of the supply conductor voltage. So we need cut down the railway vehicle’s power when the voltage too low or too high.

Abstract: Vehicle’s steering wheel angle pulse input performance was an representative test of handling and stability, it characterizes vehicle’s handling and stability by the transient response of the steering wheel angle pulse input. Taking a car for example, in the ADAMS software, vehicle dynamics model was established. According to GB/T6323.3—94 standards, the steering wheel angle pulse input virtual test was carried out, and then applied the QC/T 480—1999 limit vehicle handling and stability indices and assessment methods to evaluate the results of the simulation, the result is 66.2247 points, among that, the resonant peak level is 36.0973 points, indicating the vehicle's steering transient response ability is poor, should be improved.

Abstract: A photovoltaic generation monitoring system based on WinCC is introduced in this paper. The photovoltaic generation monitoring system is composed of programming intelligent models, PLC, industrial control computer. The human machine interface (HMI) of upper computer is developed by WinCC. With a friendly HMI, the system is convenience for operation and maintenance. System reliability and good control effects are shown in real time operation.

Abstract: Introduce system’s overall function design concept and key technologies. The system is divided into driving module and driven module. According to the depth of calling, the system can also divide into four application modules, and is developed in coordination with Visual Basic 6.0, Visual FoxPro 6.0 and Visual LISP. Each module uses Windows and AutoCAD as executive support system. Under the control of interface program, the module can automatically execute and transmit data. Focus on the program interface design of the driving module. Users can be allowed to arrange and combine five common types of mechanical transmission. 3905 kinds of transmission scheme that is less than five levels can be got. The system can finish total design computation, work capability computation, tolerance database inquiry and drive part drawing drafting automatically and continuously. Mechanical design efficiency can be greatly improved.

Abstract: In this paper, a turbidostat model with single species for an inhibitory growth-limiting nutrient is considered. The dilution of the turbidostat is controlled by a critical cell concentration in the bioreactor. It is shown that the limit system of the proposed model has a coexistence equilibrium which is global asymptotically stable. Moreover, it is shown that the limit system doesn’t exist limit cycle in the first quadrant. In addition, it presents the discussion of the bioprocess optimization.
