Abstract: A new process has been developed in treating train laundry wastewater for recycling. In the work, the process of coagulation-sedimentation and SBR has been researched, the results has shown that the characters of the wastewater was great improved by coagulation-sedimentation under the conditions of 80mg/L of PAC as coagulant and 30mg/L of APAM as coagulant aid, and then by SBR under the conditions of 2.0h of anaerobic time, the effluent concentration could achieve the reuse standard of GBT18920-2002, and it could be applied for miscellaneous use.

Abstract: The simulant wastewater containing high concentration ammonia-nitrogen was treated by electro-chemical oxidation process in intermittent experiment. The influences of different factors including plate distance, current density, chloride ion concentration and initial pH on ammonia-nitrogen and total nitrogen removal were studied.According to the results of the test, the optimal reaction condition was determined as follows: plate distance was 40mm,current density was 90mA/cm2,chloride ion concentration was 8000mg/L, initial pH was 10。Under the above condition, the total nitrogen concentration reduced from 2000 mg/Lto 280mg/L when the reaction time was 8h, and the removal rate reached 86%. As we can see, the effect of the treatment is quite positive.

Abstract: The novel pseudo imprinted microspheres were synthesized by aqueous suspension polymerization using theophylline as the template and employed as a special sorbent of solid-phase extraction for selective extraction of acyclovir from swine tissue. The pseudo imprinted microspheres revealed high affinity and selectivity to acyclovir, and the matrix interferences could be efficiently eliminated, which make the extract of solid-phase extraction clean enough for HPLC analysis. The parameters that affect the extraction efficiency of solid-phase extraction were investigated, including solvent of extraction, volume of loading sample, washing and elution solvent, etc. Good linearity was obtained in a range of 0.05~15 μg/mL with correlation coefficient (r2) of 0.9991. The recoveries at three spiked levels were ranged from 91.4% to101.0% with RSD less than of 5.0%.

Abstract: Water-based anionic polycarbodiimide crosslinker which the storage stability is more than 6 months was synthesized by isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), sodium hydroxyethyl sulfonate(SHES), 3-methyl-1-phenyl-2-phosopholene-1-oxide(MPPO). Polycarbodiimide crosslinker was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and was applied to aqueous polyurethane resin coating agents which containing carboxyl groups. The mechanical properties, the swelling ratio of the film in water, 0.05mol/L Sodium hydroxyl and butyl acetate and the dry and wet rub and abrasion resistance were tested. The infrared spectrogram shows the characteristic peak of -N=C=N- appeared at 2200~2100cm-1 and the characteristic peak of -SO3-appeared at 1105cm-1.The results of application indicated that: WAPC was applied to polyurethane resin, tensile strength of the film increased from 1.485MPa to 3.752 MPa. The swelling rate in water,0.05mol/L Sodium hydroxyl, butyl acetate decreased from 444.9% to 126.1%,181.9% to 92.5%,351.2% to 186.4% respectively; WPAC was added to top coating of coating agent, it was founded that the dry and wet rub resistance were both increased.
