Abstract: SiC hollow spheres were prepared by template mothod with polyethylene ball.The phase composition, morphology, momicrostructure, porosity and resistivity of the SiC hollow spheres were characterized by X-ray diffration, scanning electron microscopy, porosity test and voltammetry. The mechanism for formation of porous hollow pheres were discussed. The purification efficiency and performance of regeneration under ohmic heating were investigated using the prepared SiC hollow spheres for adsorbing particles in exhaust gas of diesel engine. The results show that the SiC hollow spheres comprise inner hollow and outer shell with much more micropores, and the thickness of the shells with microporosity having 80-120 nm is obout 300μm,The SiC hollow spheres consists mainly α-SiC, β-SiC and with a small quantity C, SiO2 and free Si. The purification efficiency could reach to 94 % or more for adsorbing particles in exhaust gas of diesel engine exhaust gas in 90 min because of its especial pore structure. Within ohmic heating, the SiC hollow spheres could work in a constant state of purification and and can its efficiency of purification could reach to 96% or more of efficiency in 180 min because of its excellent electro-heating performance.

Abstract: Methods to analysis the DOF(degree of freedom) and singularity of pure serial and pure parallel manipulator, which can not be used to the serial-parallel manipulator directly, three type of practical topological units and one type of virtual topological unit adopted, Synthesis method of topological dimensionality of the spatial mobility of each topological unit integrated together, architectures of serial-paralle mechanism discussed, also the formula and process of its topological dimensionality of spatial mobility presented, singularity analysis of serial-parallel mechanism can be carried out based on the forgoing results.

Abstract: For preparing Mo-based composite materials enhanced by SiCf by powder metallurgy, the high temperature of chemical compatibility between SiCf and Mo was analyzed by experimental method in order to find whether the reinforcement can effectively composite with matrix for playing synergy effect. The mixture of SiCf and Mo powder was pressed and then sintered. Using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the fracture surface of the sintered body was observed. Using X-ray diffraction (XRD), the generation of new phase in the sintered body was analyzed. The sinter's density and hardness was tested also. The results are as follows. After 1750°C sintered, SiCf in the presence of metal Mo had decomposed and disappeared. Decomposed products which were C and Si had reacted with Mo to produce mainly compounds Mo5Si3, MoC and a small amount of MoSi2. The disappearance of the SiCf leave more holes in the substrate. Both density and hardness of the sinter are decreased.

Abstract: Many strategies can be developed into mature algorithms to compress video more efficiently than today’s standardized codecs. Future video compression algorithms may employ more adaptability, more refined temporal and spatial prediction models with better distortion metrics. The cost to users is the significant increase of implementation complexity at both the encoder and decoder. Fortunately, it seems that bitrates have a slower doubling time than computing power, so the disadvantage of increasing implementation complexity may one day be balanced with much improved processor capabilities. Development trends and perspectives of video compression analyzed in the following paper, highlighting problems and research directions are also analyzed.

Abstract: This study sought to resolve the current imbalance of demand and supply of the military instructors on the campus in Taiwan. Having witnessed the importance of a sustainable supply of certified military instructors to support the all-people-defense-education, the study first reviewed two versions of teacher training programs carried out by the Ministry of Defense and normative colleges. After exposing the weaknesses of these two versions of selection practice, this study continued with its recommendation. It is hoped that with its suggested concept of building partnership via outsourcing, professional identity of the military instructors can be elevated and ascertained. Abstract: The rupture and deformation of Shaft wall in the vertical topsoil in coal mining, which appears on the common and also is relatively unique phenomenon in China. Today with the increasing of the deep and extra deep Shaft, the destruction of the Shaft wall brings us more difficult task. To solve this basic problem need to figure out the shaft wall rupture mechanism. This paper discusses the current research status of the shaft wall, existence problems and content of the research. We did a lot of engineering investigation and analysis. Focus on the structure design of the wall, the main factors of influence rupture, mechanical characteristics of side wall and etc. Summarizing the shortage that in the study of the shaft wall rupture mechanism, making a supplementary . At the same time, the corresponding relationship between the vertical pressure with the groundwater level, between the groundwater level with vertical additional force. Abstract: A three-dimensional finite element model was created in PATRAN to perform stress distribution into the influence of disbonded adhesive in stepped-lap repairs of composite open-end cylindrical laminated shell. Extracted and studied the value of the stress on every ply, and every node, ordered by the X coordinate. A study has been presented that the rim of patch is greatly affected by disbonded types, however, the central area of the patch is less affected relatively, especially between ±20mm, that the diameter is equal to the diameter of the damage, the stresses are flatly changed. And for the whole model, the maximum is in the sixth layer, so that the internal area is the most easily to be damaged. Therefore, it should be force on this special area in experimental health assessment such as using piezoelectric elements. It could provide certain maintenance basis for the future practical repair.
