Abstract: A new highly selective poly vinyl chloride (PVC) membrane thiocyanate (SCN–) electrode of copper (II) complex with ethylene-diamine-bis-(salicylaldehyde) [Cu (II)-SALEN] base with neutral carrier was studied, it displays a preferential potentiometric response to SCN– . The electrode exhibited near Nernst potential response to SCN– with a concentration range of 1.0×10-1~1.0×10-7 mol/L, a slope of -46 mV/p SCN– and a detection limit of 3.5×10-8 mol/L in pH5.5 of phosphate buffer solution at 25°C. PVC membrane electrode based on Cu (II)-SALEN had good selectivity to SCN– and some common anions had little interference with it. This electrode was applied to the determination of SCN– in waste water and the result obtained were in good agreement with those of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method.

Abstract: A comprehensive experiment was conducted for heat transfer characteristics for an array of impinging gaseous slot jets to a flat plate with strong turbulence (nozzle exit Reynolds number Re=22500~64700).Find that turbulence intensity of flow has an important influence on local forced convective heat transfer coefficient. Meanwhile, the nozzle-to-plate spacing and nozzle exit Reynolds number Re would affect the mean forced convective heat transfer coefficient of the slot jets. And heat transfer efficiency of slot jets has been set to show the relation between ability of the jets and energy consumption of gas supply.

Abstract: In this paper,a method for wire rope non-destruction testing is proposed based on metal magnetic memory technology. The identification of metal magnetic memory signal depends on Signal Noise Ratio (SNR), but the sensor and signal processing determine the SNR.The unstabitily of environment and amplifier saturation can decrease the SNR, By signal processing, the necessity of realtime filtering for SNR is demonstrated. This paper utilizes Kalman filter to analysis the signal. The principle of Kalman filter is introduced The results shows us that the SNR and reliability of system is greatly improved with this method.

Abstract: The Qi-Great Wall tunnel which crossed the Qi -Great Wall ruins was a large span double-arch tunnel with two-way and six-lane and the maximum depth was less than 5 meters, in order to protect the safety of thr surface ruins in the tunnel construction progress, surface subsidence control was particularly important. Through comprehensive geomechanical model test and numerical simulation , the surface subsidence wich generated in the process of construction according to construction methods of excavation and support was studied, the distribution of surface subsidence got through two methods was fitted well, and research results could provide guidance for the construction.

Abstract: The reaction mechanism of 2-propynyl-aniline with propyne catalyzed by AuCl3 has been studied by the B3PW91 method with the LANL2DZ effective core potential and basis set for gold, and 6-31G* and 6-311++G** basis set for C,H,O,Cl. The calculated results show that the reaction occurred through eight steps. The hydrogen migration step with the highest activation free energy of 198.13 kJ/mol is the rate determining step. The catalyst is easy to detach from the product with an activation of free energy of 48.83 kJ/mol. In addition, although the reaction has a relative high activation free energy, it can smoothly yield the indole derivatives because it is a strong exothermic reaction of 418.60 kJ/mol.

Abstract: Supercritical carbon dioxide extraction had been used in the extraction conditions for carotenoids from the marigold flower (Tagetes erecta L.). Five significant factors (particle size, temperature, pressure, time and co-solvent addition) on total carotenoid yield were obtained using one-at-a-time design (p≤0.05). The optimal extraction conditions were 55 oC, 50 MPa and 180 min. Under these conditions, the yield of carotenoids was 6.872mg/g.

Abstract: Though the motor car I or motor car II of the diesel multiple units (DMUs) has the same objective condition, the difference of the wearing oil, particularly the condition of the calculator software comprehensive processing is a new topic that we should pay attention to. In this article, we have done with the values of ferrographic analysis and spectrometry analysis of motor car I and motor car II of the“New Dawn ’’DMUs ,for example, with the help of the Delphi 7 software and gotten homologous curve diagram at the same condition. We can evaluate the wear degree of diesel engine of the motor car I or motor car II of the DMUs and have a new way to deal with the wearing of the electric multiple units as well as the other types of the DMUs according to the characteristics of ferrographic analysis and spectrometric analysis of the motor cars.

Abstract: In this paper, we present the fatigue equation through the bending fatigue test which is loaded at the three dividing point on the beam specimen and by using the two-parameter we calculate distraughtly the probability distribution of the fatigue life of cold recycling materials. we analysis the mechanism of fatigue damage by analyzing the microscopic composition of the cold recycled materials. The results show that anti-fatigue performance and fatigue life to the stress sensitive degree of cold recycled materials, while in condition of high stress ratio, the content of gravel has limited impact on fatigue performance of cold recycled materials.

Abstract: RH vacuum refining is a complex metallurgical process, which includes multiphase flow, heat transfer and different chemical reactions. It plays an important role in the iron and steel making. The fluctuation of free surface in the vacuum vessel has a very significant effect on the quality of the molten steel. In the present study, a 3D mathematical model of the gas-liquid-slag three-phase flow was established in the vacuum vessel of RH-TB. The results show that the fluctuation of free surface in the vacuum vessel and the diameter of slag-hole are both influenced by the injection rate of oxygen and the circulation rate of molten steel. When the injection rate of oxygen is changing from 2.355m3/s to 3.925m3/s, the fluctuation of free surface is changing from 0.175m to 0.28m and the diameter of slag-hole is changing from 0.746m to 0.852m. The present study could be helpful to optimization and refining effect improvement of RH vacuum circulation refining furnace.

Abstract: With the development of lubricating oil industry, alkaline additives containing metal ions have become an indispensable add ingredients. Alkaline additives has greatly improved the performance of Lubricating oil, extend the service life significantly and play an important role in protecting the engine, but the excess of alkaline additives on the impact of post-processing engine will have a negative influence. In this paper, alkaline additives, impact on the performance of lubricating oil can be verified through a trial basis, and come to the actual lubricating oil using recommendations.
