Abstract: A novel coumarin-based fluorescent sensor CFe1 containing imine and thiourea groups was designed and synthesized. It showed good sensitivity and selectivity for Fe3+ ion over other commonly coexistent metal ions with fluorescent enhancement and blue-shift.

Abstract: Product evaluation is the basis for product decisions, and it is also the basis for the correct formulation of the product strategy. The product quality of rural residential buildings related to the pace of building new socialist countryside, to improve product quality, to establish product fuzzy logic-based evaluation model, and through case demonstrates the feasibility and value.

Abstract: The flame performance and mechanical property of bi-layer polypropylene/intumescent flame retardant/clay (PP/IFR/clay) sheets with flame retardant selective distribution were studied. The cone calorimeter measurements demonstrated that the selective distributed IFR can further reduce the peak first heat release rate (PHRR1), especially for the reduction in normalized mass loss. The digital images for the char residues after cone tests suggested that the char layer formed by the IFR particles in the selective distribution PP samples was more rapid and effective. The presence of IFR particles decreased the tensile strength and fracture strain of PP/IFR composites. The IFR composite with IFR particles selective in one layer can improve the fracture strain.

Abstract: A new heteropoly salt with Keggin structure of the 1:1:11 series has been synthesized by the aqueous solution method, and structurally characterized by SEM, TG/DTA,IR,UV and XRD. The results from the experiment showed that the molar ratio of Fe, Zr and Mo accord with 1:1:11, the molecular formula was Na5[Fe(ZrMo11O39)]•19H2O( Abbrev.FeZrMo),it possessed Keggin structure and had good thermostability. The heteropoly salt was used as the catalyst to degrade the acidic-green B(Abbrev. AGB) dye wastewater, the degradation rate could reach 84.49%.

Abstract: Photoelectric thin film is an important information functional material transforming optical signals into electric signals. Composite dielectric photoelectric thin film formed by burying metal nanoparticles in semiconductors is different from traditional photoelectric thin film. It has ultra-fast time response, plays a vital role in the conversion of photoelectric pulses and the diagnosis and measurement of multi-wavelength ultra-short pulses and may be applied in high-speed optical and optoelectronic devices.

Abstract: Magnetorheological fluid is a kind of new intelligent materials, because of its good controllable and mechanical properties; therefore it can be widely used in aerospace, mechanical engineering and automotive engineering, precision processing engineering, control engineering and engineering field. This paper introduces magnetorheological fluid mechanics model of MRF, temperature static shear yield stress, and the influence of MRF static shear yield stress test, introduces magnetorheological fluid in the application of variable hardness collar. The application tendency of the magnetic fluid flow is pointed out

Abstract: Rising fuel prices coupled with environmental concerns to arrest SOx emissions is forcing organizations all over the world to adapt new protocols and fuel standards with the aim to lower the sulphur contents in the fuel to keep SOx emissions in check and in tandem equally optimize the capital spending on fuel. The need to adapt to this new reality is even more obligatory for industries in PAKISTAN where power available through national grid is in dire state and industry has to resort to their own resources sources to meet local demand for Steam and Power Generation. This paper presents the fuel analysis of the Unilver factory at Rahim Yar Khan Pakistan. The increase reliance on diesel fuel, for power and steam generation, is a concern at company as it will directly impact their environmental balance sheet due SOx production. Fuel was analyzed as per ASTM D 975 and results were compared with that of supplier certificate and it was observed there was erroneous reporting in sulphur contents. The impact of this deviation was discussed in length along with its bearing on SOX calculations and environmental balance sheet of the company. The results are expected to be first of its kind and may be helpful to Pakistani industries that endeavor to improve their SOx foot prints in factory premises.

Abstract: Firstly, the principle of public participation in evaluation of irrigation influence on eco-environment was analyzed. Then, the formation of quantitative evaluation systems of irrigation influence on eco-environment was studied, which includes the scope and purpose of public participation in evaluation, the evaluation programs, the forms and evaluation methods of the public inquiry, etc. The matrix of irrigation influence on eco-environment, evaluation index, methods and requirement were set up. Finally, selecting Heigangkou Yellow River Irrigation Area as an example, quantitative index systems of public participation in evaluation of irrigation influence on eco-environment were calculated.

Abstract: Isolation and purification of phenanthrene from phenanthrene waste has been studied by two different purification methods: 1) fractionation and acid wash, 2) fractionation, extraction and chemical removal of anthracene. Experimental results showed that, by the two purification methods, the purity of phenanthrene was increased from 50.29% to 86.06% and 96.36%, and the yields of phenanthrene were 26.58% and 60.5%, respectively. Commercial grade phenanthrene was obtained by purification, and the melting point of the products was 96~103°C.

Abstract: Due to the faultiness of simulation in heavy-oil, unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs with frac-pack wells, a mathematical model was established considering reservoir stress sensitivity, start-up pressure gradient, and fracture flow conductivity failure. Based on the field data of one block in Bohai Bay, together with the numerical model, the percolation mechanism was studied. Results show that for heavy-oil, unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs with frac-pack wells, the sweep efficiency is enlarged and the reservoir pressure gradient is lowered, which result in better productivity and sand prevention results. The flow pattern is proved to be an intermediate of radial flow and bi-linear flow, which is characterized with the concept of fracture flow ratio. The lower the reservoir permeability, the higher the fracture flow ratio and more likely bi-linear flow pattern occurs, thus the advantage of the frac-pack fracture will become more apparent.
