Abstract: Recently, with the rapid development of information network and communication technology, Mobile learning has playing an important role in people's studying and working and becomes the focus and tendency of distance learning. On the other hand, adult education as a supplement of ordinary education has playing an important role in improving labors' total quality, For adult learners are busy for work and they only have to learn at spare moment, so the form of adult education should be more flexible, not only limit to television university and night college. Mobile learning is flexible and individual which can provide adult learners a good way to learn. This issue's aim is to design and develop an adult English mobile learning system.

Abstract: The paper defined the connotation of resource efficiency, and utilized the emergy theory and language to convert different resources which occured input, output and negative effects in the of regional economic system into the amount of the energy value of unified standards, and also established the econometric model of resource efficiency. The author scientifically explained and empirically analyzed the model utilizing emergy symbols, which provided a new theoretical models and methods for measuring resource efficiency.

Abstract: How to recognize the ADS-B messages is the key point of ADS-B receiver, and the preamble is the unique character of ADS-B messages. This paper describes a method for the overlapping test of the preamble detection. The FPGA implementation scheme is given in detail and the verilog HDL codes of this design is accomplished. The simulation result indicates that this method is viable and can detect the overlapping rapidly and accurately.

Abstract: With the data from 1980 to 2009, this paper gave an empirical analysis on the relation of transport development and economic growth by VAR model. Research shows that since the 30 years’ reform and opening up policy of China, the transportation and economic development have got a long-term positive mutually relationship, and make a positive interactive development state.

Abstract: This article first has carried on the brief elaboration to the 4G mobile communication system's network architecture and the key technologies, will face more and more threats facing future 4G mobile communication network security, has analyzed the communication network, the 4G network safety mechanism and 4G the correspondence development faced with the security threat question, next will adopt the mobile communication network security the protection technology, finally proposed in the future must study question and development direction.

Abstract: Synchronization is very important to orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) systems. Taking aim at the problem that the timing inaccuracy of the S&C method and the indistinct peak of the timing metric produced by Park method under the low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and fading channel, a new symbol synchronization algorithm based on the training symbol is proposed in this paper. The new algorithm exploits the training symbol proposed by S&C to correlate the received signal with the known training symbol again at the receiving end to identify the start point of the OFDM symbol. The result of the simulation shows that the proposed method’s timing metric is of the impulse-shaped peak under the condition of the lower SNR and multipath fading channel, and has smaller timing errors compared with the conventional method in terms of mean-square error (MSE) of the timing estimator.

Abstract: In this paper, a specific method is presented for designing program of wave data acquisition and time-domain analysis, which includes brief description of wave height sensor, the basic concepts related to wave data time-domain analysis and specific idea and method of program design. Firstly, computer receives wave data through the serial port. While MSComm control is used for serial prot programming for the most part.Secondly, the methods of the average of some big waves and cumulative rate of value are both used in time-domain analysis of wave data. According to the practical test, the program is stable, expeditious and accurate highly.

Abstract: In this paper, a specific method is presented for designing program of wave data frequency-domain analysis, which includes basic principle and program implementation of Fast Fourier Transform, programming of power spectrum estimation and calculation and display of each order moment of wave spectrum. In the process of introducing FFT, we present specific program flow chart. While in the power spectrum estimation, this article mainly refers to the power spectrum calculation and power curve smoothing. According to the practical test, the program is stable, expeditious and accurate highly.

Abstract: Abstract. We present a concept that classifies the constraint condition group in the strong-constraint condition and the weak-constraint conditions. And all of the contradictions are belong to weak-constraint condition group. Then the contradiction can be eliminated by the weakening strategy. The proposed approach is satisfied to both the common constraint condition group and the contradiction constraint condition group, And this bring the extension of the appliance. Furthermore, as the contrary constraint conditions are also satisfied, the final optimal result that obtained by cultural algorithm will be more comprehensive. The performance of the proposed approach can be shown by five test functions, and examine results prove that this method is efficient and effective to contradiction constraint optimization.

Abstract: In this paper, we suggest and analyze a unified iteration method with error for finding the common element of the set of fixed points of nonexpansive mappings and the set of the solutions of the inclusion problem using the resolvent operator technique. We also study the convergence criteria of the unified iteration method with error under some mild conditions. Our results include the previous results as special cases and may be considered as an improvement the previously known results.
