Abstract: An approach, which is called Communicated Information Systems, is introduced to describe the information available in a number of agents and specify the information communication among the agents. The systems are extensions of classical propositional logic in multi-agents context, providing with us a way by which not only the agent’s own information, but the information from other agents may be applied to agent’s reasoning as well. Communication rules, which are defined in the most essential form, can be regarded as the base to characterize some interesting cognitive proporties of agents. Since the corresponding communication rules can be chosen for different applications, the approach is general purpose one. The other main task is that the soundness and completeness of the Communicated Information Systems for the update semantics have been proved in the paper.

Abstract: In this paper, a new RT method for the calculation of radio coverage in urban environment using a virtual source tree, which is based on the numerical simulation of geometrical optics (GO) and the uniform theory of diffraction (UTD) and can solve some of the problems that other RT methods have, is presented. It is developed for two-dimensional (2-D) environments and can be applied to any complex propagation environment. It is fundamentally a point-to-point tracing method, so reception tests are not required and it guarantees high accuracy. To validate our RT method, signal path loss was calculated, and it was also compared with the published measurements. The results of the proposed method in this paper show good agreement with the measurements.

Abstract: Transferring plays an important role between different lines of urban rail transport and routine public transit. The convenience of a transfer station not only directly affects the efficiency of the whole traffic network, but also is a key factor that influences travel convenience. Based on GIS, through the study of the convenience at the 16 subway transfer stations in Beijing, the article tries to find the relationship of the evaluations on the transferring between metro-metro and metro-bus. Finally, by further clustering analysis on the spatial distributions of the transferring evaluations, this article reveals the existing problems of the layout of transfer stations and proposes several effective suggestions and countermeasures for them.

Abstract: Emergency management system has become more and more important. Through introducing the purpose and meaning of emergency management assessment system in China, and constructing the framework of emergency management assessment system. In order to put forward the assessment methods of emergency management system. By using the assessment method to quantify the emergency management system, and point out the emergency ability. Finally, emergency management assessment system provides reference for emergency management system.

Abstract: This paper describes in Using Self-Organizing Map (SOM) neural networks and its auto-clustering ability to study intrusion detection. The feature pattern of each SOM unit is constructed using PCA feature extraction method and a simplified PCASOM model is proposed. An online learning algorithm is also given and its properties are analyzed. And then the simulation result was given.

Abstract: The research of this dissertation focuses on the quantitative methodologies of the network security assessment. So the dissertation gives the term “Model-based network security risk assessment” a more meaningful definition. The methodology called a model-based will use one network security analysis model to design the scenarios of threatens according to the Patterns behaviors of vulnerabilities and threatens in the network. And then the risk assessment will be done under those scenarios. Following this new definition. The dissertation Proposes a Component-centric Access Graph Based Network Security Risk Assessment Model (Oc-AGNSRAM).

Abstract: The signal distortion will be taken place and a set of attenuation time series will also be produced due to the interaction between the radio wave and the ionospheric irregularities when radio wave propagates through the ionosphere. In this article, based on the traditional chaotic time series prediction and the characteristic of the attenuation time series of the ionosphere, the traditional chaotic prediction method is modified, and a more suitable method is given. Final, by using the modified method, a set of attenuate amplitude time series of the radio signals which propagates through the ionosphere were predicted, and analyzed its prediction accuracy. The results showed that the modified prediction method is very good and accuracy at the short-term.

Abstract: Questionnaire Survey is one of the most popular methods in Social Science study, the process of which consists of three phases: data collection, analysis and representation. At present, the practical operations of the three phases are still backward, and the methods used in data analysis and statistic are still simple. This paper designed a Survey Analysis System based on data visualization, which can not only realize survey on the internet, but also brought data visualization into the phases of data analysis and representation, so as to help users to obtain and operate data visually and handily.

Abstract: Knowledge talented person flow frequently. It discusses various results of knowledge talent fluxion through Environment, Organization, Leadership and the Human nature (EOL-H).In addition, the thesis also proposes that He Principle means the provision of attractive soft and hard environments by organizations in order to increase their competence concerning talent attraction.

Abstract: In this paper, we use the definition of control Lyapunov functions to study finite time inverse optimal control for affine nonlinear systems. Based on control Lyapunov functions, a finite time universal control formula is presented, which can ensure the closed-loop system is finite time stable. From this, less conservative conditions for the finite time inverse optimal control are derived. We design a finite time inverse optimal control law, which minimizes the cost functional. A numerical example verifies the validity of the proposed method.
