Abstract: A systematic and detailed introduction of IFIX-based SCADA system in public buildings is given in this paper. SCADA system consisting of on-site computer control system, central operation station and intelligent metering system, makes the energy-management system complete. It reflects the energy consumption status reasonably by energy monitoring, combined metering as well as apportion in terms of acquirement. By means of equipments’ energy consumption analysis, the running mode of equipments is adjusted to reduce energy consumption in buildings. The advanced function of SCADA system, moving forward, should be self-adaptive energy management with the advent of intelligent building.

Abstract: A new kind of data acquisition system is introduced in this paper, in which the multi-channel synchronized real-time data acquisition under the coordinate control of field-programmable gate array(FPGA) is realized. The design uses field programmable gate arrays(FPGA) for the data processing and logic control. For high speed CCD image data processing, the paper adopts regional parallel processing based on FPGA. The FPGA inner block RAM is used to build high speed image data buffer is put into operation to achieve high speed image data integration and real-time processing. Abstract: Based on the character that many channels should be used in the periodic non uniform sampling, this paper has transferred sampling to a matrix vector operation by the theory in confederate subspace. By adopting periodic non uniform sampling and reconstruction method basing L1 algorithm, this paper analyzed the reconstruction requirements of the Minimal L1 Norm in periodic non uniform sampling and perfectly reconstructed signals via interpolator. Last, take the multiband sinusoidal Signal as an example, a simulation has been conducted.

Abstract: The promotion of ERP project brings some new blood to enterprises, but the high-risk of its implementation can also discourage many enterprises. The effective prevention and control of its implementary risks is one of the important issues in present-day enterprise information management. In view of the successful application of ERM theory in the enterprise risk management in recent years, it may also be applied in the risk control of the ERP project. The implementation of the ERP project can be divided into three stages, that is, preparation, implementation, application, and a number of risk control points. Meanwhile, the risk control system of stage-management and point-control should be established.

Abstract: A simple algorithm for measurement of both the fundamental active and apparent power in a wide range of frequency changes is prescribed. Assumed that the input voltage and current signals have been filtered to be fundamental components and the noise effects are minimized. In order to accurately estimate the quantity of the power signal, adaptive finite-impulse-response filters (FIR) are used to measure fundamental active power, Prony-based algorithm are used to measure the frequency and fundamental apparent power. To improve the precision of both the fundamental active and apparent power, weighted-least-square (WLS) algorithm has been employed. To demonstrate the performance of the developed algorithm, computer-simulated data records are processed. Simulation results show that this algorithm is applicable to measure power quality under wide range of frequency changes. Thus, the proposed algorithm really meets the needs of online applications.

Abstract: Traditional pseudo color coding for gray images based on image enhancement technique cannot adequately deal with some of the details information of the image. In this paper, an enhanced approach of peudo-color coding with phase-modulated image density is presented. This method has distinct levels, richer colours, and is adequate for human perception of color ,providing a better algorithm for pseudo color coding based on gray images. This method has great potential in research and application and characteristic of strong universal usage, which can process high gray resolution image.

Abstract: As one of the difficulties and hot of computer vision and image processing, Image segmentation is highly valued by the research workers. Yet there is no image segmentation algorithm which is generic, and it is difficult to obtain an optimal feature representation method. In this paper, genetic algorithm (GA) has proposed to segment the image. GA algorithm can improve the efficiency and quality of the picture some extent through the experimental results. The algorithm has some versatility, as long as the corresponding parameters are adjusted, it can also handle the other images. The results show that GA algorithm is very stable, and the fusion result is more satisfactory. Thus, GA can be applied in image segmentation and this algorithm will have good prospects in image processing.

Abstract: “Resources hollowing” is a phenomenon which reflects the conflict between growth and resources shortage, as well as the lost balance between natural resources and economic development. This problem is increasingly serious in developing countries because of the unhealthy growth mode. To achieve sustainable use of resources under such situation, developing countries must make efforts to establish resources price system and the national accounting system, and provide technical support and legal protection for the sustainable use of resources.

Abstract: Per-Pixel lighting can greatly improve the computational efficiency because of the model has been completed the hidden and visibility judge processing. However, each pixel brightness values need to recalculate when the viewpoint changes. And per-pixel lighting will still be constrained computational efficiency in the case of greater pixel number. In this paper, a fast calculation method for view-dependent per-pixel lighting under a fixed light source is proposed, and a symmetric relationship between pixel brightness value and specular reflection was given. Finally, the brightness under the current viewpoint can calculate fastly. Experimental results show that this method has an efficient lighting calculation than the method of per-pixel lighting and hardware-accelerated lighting calculation.
