Abstract: In the introduction to this dissertation, one flowing algorithm is proposed in this paper considering the SAR Interferometry. The basic idea of this algorithm is that we can adopt the same imaging parameters, such as the doppler centroid, etc. when converting the two raw data from signal information to images for Interferometry. ERS-1/2 Tandem 0 level data in Zhangbei have been tested in this artic, the better phase fringes could be acquired compared with standard 1 level SLC data provided by ESA process station. The experimental result indicates the proposed method is highly desirable for research and application for InSAR technology.

Abstract: As one of the difficulties and hot of computer vision and image processing, Image segmentation is highly valued by the research workers. Yet there is no image segmentation algorithm which is generic, and it is difficult to obtain an optimal feature representation method. In this paper, particle swarm optimization has proposed to segment the image. PSO algorithm can improve the efficiency and quality of the picture some extent through the experimental results. The algorithm has some versatility, as long as the corresponding parameters are adjusted, it can also handle the other images. The results show that PSO algorithm is very stable, and the fusion result is more satisfactory.

Abstract: In order to improve the quality of college mathematic education, cultivating rational thinking of people, and improving the quality of nation, this paper make a comprehensive and systematic survey and analysis on college mathematic education. Results show that the team-constructer and quality of students in university have been changed, and it is not optimistic for mathematic learning of students. For the above problems, it is important and necessary to adjust the teaching content, improving teaching methods and means, promoting the cultural ideas and history of mathematics, and show humanistic concern to students.

Abstract: In this paper, Monitoring network point about total content of Nitrogen in surface soil was studied on optimization in Hangjiahu plain, based on the geostatistics, variance and linear correlation. And Background of Total N in soil were compared before and after network point optimization. The result showed that sampling density may improve from 1 point/4km2 to 1 point/64km2. this monitoring result of Total N only can reflect spatial distribution of Nitrogen, but can not reveal its actual circumstance. Detailed investigation of the lowest scale must be done if the distribution of Nitrogen in surface Soil wanted to be understood comprehensively. Zhejiang Province had firstly completed multi-purpose geochemical survey for 1:250000 from 2002 to 2005 [1]. Total N content in surface soil was the central task of the survey because high nitrogen content in soil fertility was not only the characteristics of the land but also one of the reasons of non-point source pollution. In order to grasp the overall trend of geochemical in Hangjiahu plain and timely discover the changes about environment quality of soil total N elements, a multi-level environmental geochemistry monitoring network must be promptly established[2]. But it’s a problem needed to be solved immediately by the geological, environmental and agricultural scientists that how to meet the needs of the accuracy of the premise, with a minimum of sampling points to design the best program of distribution, thereby saving time and cost of sampling. At present, most people used properties of soil spatial variability and spatial analysis methods to solve this problem [3].

Abstract: In this paper, we introduce the mathematics teaching software, in which we mainly focus on the series limit. More specifically, we comment on the clarification ofthe series limit, and the common formula for a variety of limit as well as the common process. This mathematics teaching software can give intermediate result which others can not present, but also provide an intermediate process. Most importantly, it can solve the unsolved problem which other software can not.

Abstract: Based on the mathematical model of the digital image distortion, the processing flow and algorithms of the digital image rectification was proposed in this paper using the theory of plane graph transformation theory. Considering the selecting of the distortion image and the retaining of the geometry conformation after the rectification, the rectification function was designed for the original algorithm. Experiments show that the algorithm can effectively carry out the building texture distortion rectification.

Abstract: To the deficiencies of traditional methods for avoiding motion image blurring, a motion blur image restoration method is studied based on Wiener filtering in this paper. The formation factors of motion-blurred images and the imaging process are analyzed, and the motion blur degradation model is established. It introduced the working principle of Wiener filtering, described the steps of blurred image restoration in details. The experiment testing and data analyzing are also conducted. Experimental results showed that the method can has good performance.

Abstract: This article proposed the adaptive harmonic detection based on artificial neural network,and which can test the amplitude and phase of all the harmonics. This paper also proposed the quasi-resonant control ratio strategy of active power filter. This strategy can compensate a specific harmonic of power system in real time, can achieve Static error-free control and with a strong ability of anti-grid frequency fluctuations. The results show that the method is feasible and effective.

Abstract: This article takes government portals as study object, consults the domestic and overseas study in customer index testing which especially comes form America, and according as the characteristics of the services in government portals , to construct a theory model for government portals customers satisfaction index testing ,and build a assorted index testing system for it. On the basis of that, according to the structural equation theory and algorithm, built a model bases on the structural equation for the government portals customer satisfaction index testing, effectively solved the problem that how to test the government portals customer satisfaction, gives a useful reference for the build of government portal in the future.
