Abstract: In this paper we present a spectral clustering method based on the MSRD (Most Similar Relation Diagram). The feature of this method is that both the constructing of the adjacency matrix and the clustering are achieved by spectral algorithm. Experiment on an artificial datasets demonstrate that our method can generate balanced partition and detect the manifold clusters no matter the unnormalized or normalized Laplassian is used and can generate partitions with different features if different MSRD is used. Experiments on some real datasets proved that our method is valid and effective.

Abstract: Relational databases in PLM (product lifecycle management) system are commonly searched using structured query languages. The user needs to know the data schema to be able to ask suitable queries. In contrast, the IR (information retrieval) community has popularized keyword-based search that allows users to use keywords to access unstructured data. In this paper, we integrate IR techniques with structure data search and present an approach for querying PLM databases using keywords. This approach has two significant novel features: an ontology-based query expansion and dealing with semantic uncertainty of keywords based on extended belief network. We applied this approach to a practical PLM database to verify the usefulness of the proposed method.

Abstract: With the rapid development of Internet and mobile telecommunication technology, more and more people use mobile terminal to reading. The rapid development of mobile reading promoted the mobile publishing industry development. But there is no authoritative definition of mobile publishing chain. This paper firstly presented a kind of mobile publishing industry chain according to our research. The mobile publishing industry chain has changed from the original single-chain into a reversed chain. And the paper introduced some crucial problem of mobile Publishing. At last, the paper presented an intelligent system of mobile publishing implemented semantic–based service composition.

Abstract: The topology attributes of both connectivity and coverage in a wireless sensor network depend on the spatial distribution and transmission range of the nodes. This paper proposes an analytical expression of the required critical transmission range of a node, for a given node density, to create an almost surely connected network. Equivalently, if the maximum range of the nodes is given, it can estimate effectively the number of nodes needed to cover a certain connected network. With experimental tests, the method is proved to achieve guaranteed degrees of coverage and connectivity, valuable for researchers in this area.

Abstract: In the analysis of human motion, movement was divided into regular motion (such as walking and running) and random motion (such as falling down).Human skeleton model is used in this paper to do the video-based analysis. Key joints on human body were chosen to be traced instead of tracking the entire human body. Shape features like mass center trajectory were used to describe the movement, and to classify human motion. desired results achieved.

Abstract: The critical operators for genetic algorithms to avoid premature and improve globe convergence is the adaptive selection of crossover probability and mutation probability. This paper proposed an improved fuzzy adaptive genetic algorithm in which the variance of population and individual fitness value are used to measure the overall population diversity and individual difference, meanwhile, both of them are applied to design fuzzy reference system for adaptively estimation of crossover probability and mutation probability. Simulation results of function optimization show that the new algorithm can converge faster and is more effective at avoiding premature convergence in comparison with standard genetic algorithm.

Abstract: In this paper, we proposed a new method of web objects extraction based on entropy theory, which takes both tag structure and content pattern into consideration for object detection. Firstly, it calculates content entropy of each node in HTML tag tree. Then, it uses entropy increasing rate to capture characteristics of object region and identify the minimal sub-tree that contains objects. Finally, a set of heuristics is employed for more accurate extraction. Experimental evaluation shows it can enhance the overall effectiveness of object mining.

Abstract: A GIS based decision support system for eucalypt cultivation and management was developed. The system can help farmers make decision in planting suitability, eucalypt variety selection, planting scheme making etc. The system can also make an economic evaluation for the selected variety so that users can make decision to plant or not. The system supports two groups of users which are eucalypt farmers who cultivate eucalypt in a small scale and forest farms who cultivate eucalypt in a relatively large scale.

Abstract: The paper studies the adaptable capability of applications in mobile networks in the context of the optimizing the network resource usage. Based on a thorough analysis of applications’ adaptability, a unified utility framework is proposed to describe the resource requirement of applications and their adaptability. Utility functions of different type of applications are discussed under the utility framework. Examples for how to use the framework are also given. Simulation results show that the proposed utility framework can be used for optimizing network resources and can therefore satisfy the needs of more applications.

Abstract: During to the asymmetric information on the stock market, and financial fraud incident with increasing, earnings quality becomes the focus of people from all walks of life. Both on all investors, or other stakeholders, how to reasonable evaluate listed companies’ earnings quality appears very important. This article through the BP neural network model to analysis the enterprise's profit quality, the model simulation results are accurate, thus can predict enterprise's profit quality, meeting the demand of information of enterprise stakeholder.
