Abstract: As a kind of inevitable problems in life, setback has attracted many scholars' attention. Based on 12 guests’ interview cases in “Date with Lu Yu”, a very famous talk show, this paper aims to preliminary discuss the direct influence of major life setbacks on female talent growth. In addition to traditional direct influence factors, we make a two-stage division of affecting process and effect. Finally we put forward conclusions and recommendations.

Abstract: Based on the current literature review, there exist some important limitations in the conclusions of influencing factor analysis, not only in organization and team process perceptive, but also in team type perceptive. Thus, this paper presents a factor classification method of the Lens Model perspective by referring to the two-stage theory of Lens Model, aiming to break the existed limitations. Then, we preliminary verify the rationality and necessity of it combined with the example of Huawei corporation and probably give some recommendations for company management at last.

Abstract: With the prosperity of e-commerce, more and more people willing to perform web shopping, the traditional recommendation algorithm makes the quality of system decreased dramatically in this situation. To solve this problem, we present a simplified recommendation algorithm that combines the content and clustering techniques to calculate the customer’s nearest neighbor. Experimental results show the efficiency of our algorithm.

Abstract: The performance of a supply chain can be evaluated according to its customer service, the cost condition, cooperation and development capacity. This paper proposed the index system of supply chain and evaluation model based on BP Neural Network. The experiment proved this model can be immune from the inherent subjectivity and uncertainty of traditional methods in choice of weight and Correlation coefficients.

Abstract: Implementation of pulsed-pump technique in fiber amplifier is highly useful in the situation of low repetition rate and high energy pulses operation. In this paper, the ASE (Amplified Spontaneous Emission) dynamics simulation in a pulsed-pumped ytterbium-doped double-clad fiber amplifier is presented for the first time, which provides important guidance about optimizing the pulsed-pump mode. The simulations of ASE dynamics are carried out by solving the rate equations and light power propagation equations in fiber using the finite elements analysis method, including variations of ASE output power at two terminals of the fiber in the time span from 0 ~ 740μs after pump light injection. Furthermore, a way of optimizing signal injection time is discussed.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to explore the lead-lag relationship of housing prices between new and existing market by using the housing price data of eight districts in Wuhan over the period 2001Q1 to 2010Q2. The HP filter and cross-spectral analysis were employed. The empirical study shows that the housing price in the new housing transaction-oriented market structure, the price cycles of new housing are shorter than that of existing housing, and the new housing prices fluctuate frequently. The relationship of housing prices between new and existing market is strong, and the new housing prices are leading or synchronous with the existing market, not consistent with the conclusion that the stock is leading the flow.

Abstract: The WIFI technology plays an import part in business intelligence areas. Considering its low cost and convenience to use, we propose a WIFI deployment model for collecting the customers' shopping path data and purchased items data. First we define preference value (PV) and conclude its relationship with sales value (SV). Then we present an algorithm to obtain the preference path and the best sales path. Based on the differences between the two paths we come up with some suggestions to improve the in-store management.

Abstract: This paper proposes a method that is used for increasing the throughout of network processor. This method enables network processor to have a better ability of extensibility, and can benefit to the next generation network processor. It adopts the mailbox technology, the hardware-based label technology, and an algorithm that coordinate with multi-processor and multi-thread based on hardware.

Abstract: The paper is based on the SGR model by Robert C Higgins. Through regression analysis and panel data, we find that the diligent boards and the stock-keeping ratio of board directors are associated with higher sustainable growth, while board size can restrain sustainable growth to some extent,With respect to the other variables, results indicate that CEO-duality and percent of independent directors on the board do not significantly influent sustainable growth.

Abstract: In competitive petroleum markets, oil price forecasting has always been an important strategic tool for oil producers and consumers to predict market behavior. In this study, we researched the monthly crude oil price in the period between 1988 and 2009. Firstly, we present a state space model to represent oil price system. Secondly, we determine the parameter estimates of the state space model for oil price through a faster algorithm to compute the likelihood function. Lastly, we use the Kalman filter method to estimate the next three months’ oil price and compare it with the econometric structure model as a benchmark. Empirical results indicate that the state space model performs well in terms of some standard statistics indices, and it may be a promising method for short-term oil price forecasting.
