Abstract: This paper explores the post-Wenzhou earthquake destruction characteristics of the Zipingpu reservoir highway retaining wall and examines influences such as the type of retaining wall, location of retaining wall, and retaining wall design process in the disaster area. The results show that during high intensity earthquakes, the use of flexible reatining methods such as anchor cables and soil nails suitably adds fortification intensity to retaining walls located on buried faults. In addition, in high intensity earthquake areas, the highway section of the curve (especially in the reture curve) must be taken into account earth pressure calculations. Dirt retaining walls are widely used, but in cases in which other designs are used in substitution of the function of dirt retaining walls, determinations must be made regarding the economic efficiency, and technology. Dirt retaining wall loads only calculate for the permanent load and the base variable load, so with respect to earthquake regions where peak value speeds are above 0.2 g, other calculations

Abstract: With the Internet services increased explosively, the requirement for network bandwidth is rigorous. Upon the extraordinary development of process capability, Memory access control has become a key factor that impacts the performance of network processor. The paper proposed a storage management for fast packet buffers in network processor, which can enhance the utilization of bandwidth. Experiment results shows that this approach improved the rates of accessing to memory system in network processor remarkably.

Abstract: In order to solve the financial risks of electric power enterprises analysis problem, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used in this paper. By constructing evaluation index system and calculating index weights, the model can reasonably evaluate the financial risks of electric power enterprises. For illustration, an electric power enterprise example is utilized to show the feasibility of the model in solving the problem Results show that financial risk of the electric power enterprise is general. The paper provides a new way for financial risks of electric power enterprises analysis, and makes its research further perfected. Thus, electric power enterprises can control and prevent financial risks better.

Abstract: This paper gives the detail introduction of community energy planning method based on integrated resouces planning and applied it in Shanghai Expo Park, finally got the optimized energy option based on a comprehensive system of river water source heat pump. The main works included thermal load estimation, optimum pipework radius of district cooling system, the impacts of large-scale river water source heat pump (RWSHP) on the River water environment and the comparison of the energy performance of RWSHP with other district energy systems. Energy saving and carbon emission mitigation benefits of the program were also calculated.

Abstract: For solving the problem of optimum space-time adaptive processing (STAP) under the steering vector mismatch, a robust STAP algorithm is proposed based on the concept of robust Capon beamforming. The model of the steering vector error is established, describing the uncertainty of the desired steering vector. And a new optimization criterion is formed, by which the robust weight vector is acquired. Eventually experimental results and analysis are given with simulation signals. It is verified that the presented method is insensitive to the steering vector error and has a bigger improvement factor.

Abstract: One Time Password (OTP) authentication mechanism has higher security by one time padding. It is implemented simply, cost less and needed no third-party notarization, and so it is more suitable for limited environment in mobile commerce. But OTP has some securities, which it couldn’t resist decimal attack and realize bidirectional identity authentication. Combined with Elliptic curve cryptosystem (ECC), it is presented a mobile identity authentication protocol (MIAP). Through formalized analysis method based on strand space, it is validated to have higher security.

Abstract: The paper introduces the lock-in amplifier, the basic concept of weak signal detection, and analyzes its application in weak electric signal detection.The results show that: lock-in amplifier has a very strong resistance to noise. Compared to band-pass filter, the output signal is not amplify input signal, but amplify the AC signal and turn it into DC signal.

Abstract: The flexible job shop scheduling problems are solved with the method of multi-objective program. In order to increase the stability of the solution, the concept of norm is led in objective functions, and new method to determine weights of the objective functions is presented. Finally, the optimal weights and the optimal solution of scheduling problem are obtained. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract: Weak signal detection is the key technique in developing through-casing resistivity logging tool. In this paper, ultra-low-noise preamplifier, oversampling method, sampling integration and sampling average method, digital phase-sensitive detection technique are applied in detecting logging signals and 30nV is achieved. The indoor calibration test and field experiment of through-casing resistivity logging model machine with those weak signal detection techniques were carried out. The result showed that the measurement range of formation resistivity is 0~200 Ω.m.

Abstract: In this paper, a standardized method of virtual design for high voltage switchgear based on Inventor has been investigated. A multi-attribute and multi-method parts library system also has been designed and developed which was integrated seamlessly with the three-dimensional design software. This investigation can achieve visualization design for large-scale product, and effective management, integration and sharing for 3D models and design information. The design efficiency and the information level of the enterprise can be greatly improved, and the product development cycle can be greatly shorten.
