Abstract: In the current neighborhood switching algorithm, the mobile device to the adjacent areas of all measured signals, switching delay resulting connection may be lost, adjacent areas of rapid change as a key commercial TD. Adjacent areas based on the choice of optimization algorithm to switch at some stage in the database area of the district the highest success rate statistics, and dynamically adjust the priority of the cell sorting to select the optimal cell handoff history. The algorithm can reduce the search time measured adjacent areas, thereby reducing the overall process of switching delay.

Abstract: This paper calculated the seismic response of suspension arch bridge witch subject the seismic loads in longitudinal, transverse, vertical or their combination based on the dynamic characteristics analysis. The results indicated that the earthquake-resistance capability of suspension arch bridge were under-estimated while not considering damping and were over-estimated while not considering gravity stiffness. The conclusions provided necessary reference for study and design of suspension arch bridge.

Abstract: The detection of pedestrian which has been widely used in digital surveillance systems is a popular topic in computer vision. This paper mainly discusses a system of pedestrian detection in video sequences captured from a stationary camera hanging in a public scene. We describe an efficient system combining background subtraction based on Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) and object classification based on Histograms of Oriented Gradients (HOG). We first process moving objects segmentation using GMM. Then a HOG detector is used to classify the moving objects into person and none-person. Experimental results on video sequences have demonstrated that the real-time tracking system can process 15 to 30 frames per second robustly with a high accuracy.

Abstract: A high reliability of Traffic Memory(TM) working condition is of vital importance to information transfer in MVB. In order to avoid bus traffic overflows, the minimum possible time intervals or loading ratios of TM for a given number of ports were calculated. The longer supervision period it had, the more number of docks could be supervised. The number of docks supervised, during supervision intervals, was submitted to Normal distribution ( Ν(μ,σ2)). From the possibility distribution function it could σfind maximum possibility of the number of docks in working. From the disturbance rejection test of the fixed factor σ , a reasonable setting of sink-time supervision interval could be made to guarantee a high reliability for TM working condition.

Abstract: On electron synchrotron, beam profile and transverse sizes are usually measured by SR (synchrotron radiation) light that is radiated by electron beam at bending magnets of synchrotron. In the upgrade project of HLS (Hefei Light Source), the designed horizontal and vertical beam transverse sizes are 0.127mm and 0.06mm respectively, the SR interferometer must be developed at HLS to measure these smaller electron sizes. To avoid the chromatic aberration of the lens, we designed the reflective SR interferometer based on off axis parabolic mirror instead of objective lens. And we used the quad-aperture instead of the double-aperture to design two-dimention SR interferometer. In this paper, design of the optical configuration of two-dimention SR interferometer and basic theory for the measurement of small beam sizes by two-dimention SR interferometer will be presented firstly, and then the two-dimention interferogram will be simulated. Lastly, processing algorithm of interference image will be introduced, and some factors effect on result will be analyzed.

Abstract: An information consensus algorithm for high-order multi-agent systems is proposed based on algebraic graph theory. Sufficient and necessary conditions are given for each information to converge to common values. The network topology of multi-agent systems has a directed spanning tree and each weight of different derivatives is positive, then consensus is achieved.

Abstract: The signal strength of the GSM-R network’s field intensity attenuates under raining condition due to the raindrop’s absorption and scattering. Moreover, the fading characteristic is influenced greatly by the scattering effect of the rainfall. Without regard to the landform and other factors, this paper uses Mie Theory to research the receiving level’s attenuation coefficient at different rainfall rates. And the related knowledge of electromagnetic waves through random medium is used to analyze the receiving level’s fading characteristic under raining condition. Analytical results indicate that the fading distribution model of the receiving level in GSM-R network is changed, except for the strength’s attenuation. Moreover, the fading depth grows under raining condition as a result of the scattered power caused by the raindrop. The analysis in this paper is proved by the measured data along the test section of Beijing-Tianjin line, and the research results provide the theoretical basis for GSM-R network’s anti-fading measures in the severe weather.

Abstract: Accuracy of independent GPS navigation systems is tied to the map-matching algorithm, which overcomes GPS error and traffic map error to map vehicle GPS tracks onto corresponding roads. The paper proposed an improved map-matching algorithm in which an intersection-based dynamic parallelogram criterion is used to improve the accuracy of navigation systems greatly.

Abstract: To solve problems concerning the process quality control of short-runs, a framework of quality control system for short-runs is put forward, and corresponding functional modules and working mechanism are also studied. The system is established on the foundation of machining error propagation network (MEPN), and quality control and improvement can be implemented by analyzing the dynamic characteristics of MEPN. In addition, some key enabling technologies, including MEPN modeling and analysis, error source diagnosis based on fuzzy inference as well as error coordination and optimization, were discussed in detail.

Abstract: Massive data have to be quickly communicated in the internet of things with few error. Two good anti-fading technologies, spread spectrum and space-time coding technology are integrated to get better performance of combating fading in the wireless channel. Such kind of code division multiple access system is studied. A kind of well-chosen spread spectrum sequence is LAS code. The forward link system model, including both the transmitter and the receiver, is put forward. The decoding method, as well as some simulational performance results is given. With more than one antenna installed, it is able to achieve both the temporal diversity and the spatial diversity, which is conducive to enhance the system performance.
