Abstract: Placing the corporate R & D personnel innovation performance in a three-dimensional space evaluation, which is comprised of innovation capacity, innovation behavior, and innovation performance, we can get final organic combination between all dimensions and the evaluating result of innovation performance, and give its intuitive three-dimensional bubble graphic. Combining with the evaluation index system and the model system, relying on the research data, we make an empirical analysis on R & D personnel's innovation performance, and mine 5 valuable classification rules with rough set method.

Abstract: Under the double win constraint condition between the public and private party, this paper takes VFM (Value for Money) as the evaluating indicator of the government’s earnings, uses the rate of return on investment as the evaluating indicator of the project company’s earnings in order to analyze the relationship among cost control, technical investment and franchising period. We found that the effective cost control can shorten the franchising period and hardly depend on the technical investment. If the contribution of the technical investment to the reduction of the maintenance cost is comparatively high, increasing technical investment can effectively shorten the franchising period, otherwise it has to postpone the franchising period so as to meet the earnings target of both the public and private parties when increasing the technical investment

Abstract: As an important force of innovation, SMEs’ innovation ability directly affects the process of innovation in China. Innovation activities of SMEs in Jilin Province reflected unclear innovation strategy, inadequate investment, lack of creative talents and so on. Technology Innovation of motivation can be divided into external motivation and internal motivation. In the the lower stage, innovative depends on external motivation and in the the higher stage, innovative depends on internal motivation. External motivation includes external technical systems self-renewal, market competition and government policy guidance. While internal motivation includes the mission of entrepreneurs, corporate middle backbone technology innovation passion and the enterprise culture of innovation.

Abstract: Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is a management approach used to improve organizational performance through restructuring production activities of the core services for the purpose of enhancing their efficiency and effectiveness. Although BPR improves the efficiency of processes, it can hardly be applied in its own and thus it needs to be complemented with other concepts from other disciplines. Information technology (IT) tools are seen as accuracy and effective enabler of BPR approach in restructuring activities. This paper focuses on analyzing on how IT can be an enabler of BPR approach to restructuring processes in an organization for the purpose of enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of processes. It presents the roles of IT in BPR for organizations. It also presents challenges on organizations when implementing the BPR.

Abstract: In robotic-assisted heart surgery, the method of canceling the relative motion between the surgical site on the heart and the surgical instruments was introduced in this paper. A whisker sensor was designed for three dimensional position measurement in beating heart surgery. Analytical models were developed according to the classical mechanics of materials, and theoretical formulas were derived for displacement measurement. Feasibility and effectiveness of the method were verified by simulation experiments. We can obtain measurements by loading displacement to the whisker sensor, and draw conclusions by comparing the measurements.

Abstract: To solve the problem of trust measurement in internetware resource entities, this paper presented a model for resource trust propagation based on complex network properties, meanwhile, it introduced trust evaluation mechanism used fuzzy set theory, fully considered the features of hierarchical trust propagation, and emphasized on characteristics of adaptability, robustness and resource-saving in modeling.

Abstract: The paper intends to lay a theoretical framework for quantitative studies on management professionalization and environmental influences. By defining management professionalization, explaining its constructs, and clarifying the environmental determinants, the paper hope to present a methodological design for solving the two questions: how the management professionalization can be measured and how the relevant influences can be investigated.

Abstract: Characteristics of online auctions in E-commerce are very critical for the system design in modern Internet E-Business. This study collected data traces in a famous commercial auction site. The collected data traces are examined by statistics and time correlations. Furthermore, more sophistical inspections, such as Hurst parameter and long-range dependence, are performed to probe the characteristics of the data traces. We found that brand name handbags and smart phones have a strong degree of self-similarity. The results are useful to further study the possible reasons for the presented self-similarity.

Abstract: Based on the actual data of tourism income in Shandong province beginning from 1992 to 2009, this paper took the disposable income of urban residents, the number of foreign tourists, and the number of travel agencies as the major influence factors of tourism income. To study the impact of the above factors on tourism income in Shandong province, the tourist income econometric model was established and solved through econometric software Eviews 6.0. The conclusion was draw that there were significant relevance between the three factors and tourist income in Shandong province. All these findings would be useful references to improve tourism of Shandong province.

Abstract: The enterprise intellectual property rights supervisory work is acomplex system engineering, the achievements of management performance is from management process and final product. Through the semantic resolution, from the service quality and the technical quality two aspects, has constructed the enterprise intellectual property rights management achievements pessimistic cluster quality synthetic evaluation model, and unifies the example confirmation model the accuracy and the validity.
