Abstract: Carboxyl multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) as the second phase in the hydroxyapatite(HA) composite coatings on Ti substrate, produced by a sol–gel route, were developed for biomedical applications. The crystallization of hydroxyapatite phase was investigated with X-ray diffraction(XRD) and the microstructure of the obtained composite coatings were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Bonding strength between coating and substrate were also investigated. The surface of the composite coatings were dense and uniform. The coatings had good adhesion to the substrate. As-prepared HA-MWCNTs composite coatings combining the osteconductive property of HA and the excellent mechanical property of MWCNTs will provide a promising material for potential bone replacements.

Abstract: Nitrite ion concentration is an important parameter in aquaculture water. To measure nitrite ion in the water environment accurately, the paper proposes nitrite remote monitoring system based on Ethernet. MCU MSP430 is used as the field detection instrument, and ARM9 processor is used to build the Ethernet gateway. Field data can be sent to the gateway from MCU by RS485 bus. Embedded operation system Linux where the TCP/IP stack is transplanted is transplanted to the gateway hardware platform. Based on that web server is constructed on the gateway. So the remote monitoring for nitrite concentration can be achieved through the IE browser

Abstract: With the signing of the ‘Kyoto Protocol’, more attention has been paid to the greenhouse effect because of the emission of CO2 of human activities. Therefore carbon sequestration accounting becomes more and more significant as the world starts to realize the significance of launching forestation activities for carbon sequestration. This research reviewed the two categories of methods in accounting forest carbon sequestration: Biomass Investigation methods and Microclimatology methods. Principles of the two methods will be introduced in the essay, followed by detailed analysis on both the advantages and disadvantages. Furthermore, the individual applicability will be discussed at the end of each method. Lastly, according to the characteristics of the Greater Khingan Mountains in Heilongjiang Province, the research selected the Stem Volume method as the method to account carbon sequestration of the Greater Khingan Mountains.

Abstract: The advantages of wavelet analysis and their promising featu-res in various application have attracted a lot of interest and effort in re-cent years. Frame analysis has become popular much later in sampling theory, time-frequency analysis and wavelet theory. In this work, the notion of the binary generalized multiresolution structure (BGMS) of subspace is proposed. The characteristics of binary multiscale pseudof-rames for subspaces is investigated. The construction of a BGMS of Paley-Wiener subspace ofis studied. The pyramid decomposition scheme is obtained based on such a GMS and a sufficient condition for its existence is provided. A constructive method for affine frames of based on a BGMS is established. A method for designing a class of affine bivariate dual frames in bi-dimensional space is presented. The results we obtain gains much improvement.

Abstract: Low frequency torsional vibration tapping is an effective method to solve the problem of tapping in difficult to cut materials. Tapping parameters affect tapping torque and service life of tap, and cutting angle is the key parameter. Experiments were conducted to study the lubrication mechanism and the influence of cutting angle on lubrication effect. Experimental results indicate that the separate type boundary lubrication mode greatly enhances the lubrication effect of cutting fluid and the lubrication effect decreases with the increase of cutting angle. To obtain good technological effect, the smaller cutting angle should be selected.

Abstract: The integration of digitization and soft-switch technology can improve the power control accuracy and reduce the volume of power, etc. The response of traditional DC/DC converter's control method was slow and the implementation of digitization was more complex. Therefore, this paper presents a zero-voltage zero-current (ZVZCS) full-bridge DC / DC converter digital control system which adopt parallel current-mode control method and advanced circuit topology combining with ARM processor. Finally, the results of simulation and experimental verify Simulation and the zero-voltage zero-current converter topology is reasonable, parameter design is correct, consistent with the expected theoretical analysis, digital control strategy is feasible.

Abstract: To solve the problem of partnership choice for iron and steel logistics alliance, a method to choose cooperative partners based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation was proposed. AHP was used to construct the hierarchical structure of partner evaluating indicator and determine the corresponding weight. Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation was adopted to assess and choose partners. For verifying the method, a logistics company was analyzed as an example. The results show that this method may reduce the influence of subjective factors on the partner choice, enhance the accuracy and reliability of partner choice, and strengthen the competitiveness of iron and steel logistics alliance.

Abstract: In this text, we put forward a design using IP core which assigns a large amount of hardware operation to realize JPEG decoding in SOPC. Following the principle of JPEG decoding, we use hardware language to put up several decode modules. And these modules fulfill the design of JPEG decoder. The emulation indicates that the decoder has characteristics such as high performance, low cost,flexible use and high efficiency. Finally we can add touch screen, LCD and other devices into the SOPC to carry out the portable JPEG image application system
