Abstract: Through the extensive research and deep analysis of existing problems in cleaner production, four middle/high expense plans were set forth, demonstrated and implemented. These four implement plans included high efficient steam traps, energy saving system of steam boiler, improved sewage treatment facilities and vacuum raw material feeder. The total investment was 330 thousand Yuan RMB. The annual discharge of waste water was reduced by about 30 thousand tons and annual economic profit was 680 thousand Yuan RMB. Moreover, better environmental and social benefit was created. More importantly, a sustainable cleaner production mechanism was established for the factory.

Abstract: Food cold chain relates to people’s life directly, and the quality management of it needs to be strengthened. In this paper, the problems in the current quality management of food cold chain logistics are analyzed. PDCA cycle and its particularities as well as specific applications in the quality management of food cold chain logistics are discussed, which are available to guarantee the security and reliability of the food cold chain effectively.

Abstract: A lot of cost-sensitive support machine vector methods are used to handle the imbalanced datasets, but the obtained results are not as perfect as expectation. A promising method is proposed in this paper, named ADC-SVM, which uses genetic algorithm to dynamically search the optimal misclassification cost to build a cost sensitive support machine. We empirically evaluate ADC-SVM with SVM and Cost-sensitive SVM over 8 realistic imbalanced bi-class datasets from UCI. The experimental results show that ADC-SVM outperforms the other two methods over all the imbalanced datasets.

Abstract: Slip resistance of footwear sole affects the comfort and safety of shoes directly, and slip resistance is mainly expressed by the coefficient of friction. Within a certain range, the greater the coefficient of friction, the better the slip resistance. In order to determine the safety performance of shoes, the system will obtain the coefficient of friction by measuring the tension and pressure put on shoes, so it’s very important to do the measurement precisely. Based on QT development environment and Monitoring-controlling System of footwear sole friction, the software will execute real-time receiving, processing, controlling, displaying, drawing and saving collected data of tension and pressure via serial communication and finally on the basis of the system test to verify the correctness of the software and measurement accuracy
