Abstract: Data timeliness of cutting process data is so intenser under the new situation than ever .It’s especially necessary to propose the physical model on which the optimization of cutting parameters is based. In this paper the mathematical model is established by the analysis of the data measured from the cast iron experiments, then use MATLAB genetic algorithm analysis to calculate the optimum combination of cutting parameters. The results show that the optimum combination of cutting parameters could improve the production efficiency in practice.

Abstract: For the purpose of information management on postmark according to the date, the paper put forward a method of postmark date recognition based on machine vision, which could meet the demands of personal postmark collectors. On the basis of the relative theories of machine vision, image processing and pattern recognition, the overall process is introduced in the paper from postmark image acquisition to date recognition. Firstly, threshold method is used to generate binary image from smoothed postmark image. So region of date numbers could be extracted from binary image according to different region features. Then regions of date numbers which are connected or broken could be processed through mathematical morphology of binary image. Individual regions of date numbers are obtained for recognition. Finally, classification and pattern recognition based on support vector machine make date numbers classified and date recognition is implemented correctly

Abstract: In this paper, a review of the control of fixed-bed reactors for biomass pyrolysis is presented, which is divided into several parts: the mechanism and identification modeling, model reduction methods and system parameter estimation and control methods of fixed-bed reactors etc. Fixed-bed reactors in chemical industry are much similar with those in biomass pyrolysis, so the control methods of fixed-bed reactors in chemical industry can be applied to biomass pyrolysis processes. As a result, some comments are given about control strategies in this field

Abstract: At present there are diverse algorithms in generating 3d terrain,to further improve the efficiency of the algorithms and fidelity of the 3d terrain,a new method generating 3d terrain by digital geographical topographic map was put forward.First extract the contour lines from the map and thin the contour lines by a improved thinning algorithm based on mathematical morphology[1].In the process of interpolation,the digital elevation map of terrain can be got by interpolation in vertical and horizontal directions,and the method of intra-interpolation and extra-interpolation according to the distribution of contour lines was also used.The terrain got by this method can reflect the details and the tendency of the terrain.The digital geographical topographic map on the network can reflect the change of the terrain timely because of its high updating speed.This method has great practical value

Abstract: The soft (logical) reconfiguration mainly include re-programming of machines, re-scheduling, including re-planning, re-routing and increasing/decreasing of shifts or number of workers according to task changes. In order to solve multi-constrains and multi-objective flexible job-shop scheduling problem (FJSP), a multi-objective and real-time scheduling algorithm was presented based on resource configuration, task constrains and scheduling objectives. It overcomes the traditional difficulty to find optimal combined heuristic rules for multi-objective, meanwhile keeps the simpleness of the scheduling rules. Finally, Flexsim software modeling and simulation method was used to validate its feasibility and effectiveness. At the same time, resource configuration schemes were generated based on the presented algorithm and the optimal scheme was selected. The results obtained from the computational study have shown that the proposed algorithm is a viable and effective approach for the multi-objective FJSP

Abstract: Through researching more than 20 existing Confucius’s Temples in Hunan Province, this article analyzes the status quo and cultural connotation of the wood carving art of the Confucius’ Temples in Hunan Province. This survey clearly reveals the artistic features of the wood carving art of Hunan Confucius’ Temples: emphasizing romantic charms, employing concise techniques, modeling through lines and symbolizing shapes adjusting to materials. Also three specific measures are put forward in this paper to protect these artistic treasures.

Abstract: The design, manufacturing and inspection quality of windshield inspection gauge is of great importance that greatly affects the competitiveness of the product. This paper proposed a WAVE-based windshield inspection gauge design technology and the characteristics of WAVE technology was explained in detail. The key techniques of WAVE application was described on the base of the analysis of the implementing steps of technology. Finally, under the framework of WAVE-based product design, a design case of clip board was employed to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of WAVE-based windshield inspection gauge development.

Abstract: The requirement of the welding technology is very rigid in modern shipbuilding industry. This paper firstly analyzed the different forms of welding joints and grooves in detail, then described the function of NX-based welding technology. The difference of the features of Fillet Weld and that of Welding Joint were compared in the paper. Finally, a case was employed to explain the process of feature creation.
